You are in a paddy aren't you. Please don't worry about my investment as I have said for the umpteenth time it is a punt and I know it may fail. I know all about its past and don't need your advice thank you very much. Your posting more than dave now LOL! GL.
Please point out where I said everything was conjecture. You seem very angry for some reason. GL.
Believe it or not I was not referring to your goodself.
No, I said everything that would happen, and it all came true. I said the placing retrieval wouldn't happen, I said they wouldn't do the deal with black cactus, I said they wouldn't use their 'blockchain platform', I said para wouldn't become a director. Basically, I said everything they said is b.s, and I was right. But it's anyone's choice to follow my words or not.
I wouldn't mind if they were facts but most was just conjecture. I will hold until the end game, it's a punt and may very well fail, I knew that when I bought in. GL.
That's a bit ironic. The people that can't take the heat on this board are the ones that are invested. If you've bought shares, and can't cope with facts written on a BB, you shouldn't post or read...
I see my earlier post has gone. All I will say if you can't take any kind of scrutiny then don't post on a BB you're not invested in. FO GL.
Oh dear doc is playing Billy big nuts keyboard warrior. Wants to fight someone over something written on an internet forum lol
there's a surprise..
paddwah...would you like to meet in person and say that to my face?
Calm down man you will do yourself an injury! Read your own posts re the expert. Why post on a share you're not invested in? I have a few punts on aim and this is one. I am happy with my average and if it goes to the wall so be it. Seems JLP will never break even let alone make a profit but good luck all the same.
I don't think you're getting his satire, basically if they announced another placing, it would most likely be another cock up and probably get delisted lol
so placing of 700k with 99% dilution would mean issue of 179 billion shares at 0.00000391!...not possible...tells you all you need to know about paddwah...
There is no inner workings of MSG. it's broken lol
I see you claim to be no expert yet know the inner workings of MSG? I note you are in JLP which obviously confirms your initial claim. GL.
i doubt they can raise 700k unless there is something in the works that no one knows about yet...but paddwah and you are talking ******...you cant dilute shares by 99% or as you say wipe out existing holders...show me the numbers how that works?
the minimum price to issue new shares is 0.1p - so not much in it for any places currently. Expect good news before any placing.
paddwah : Of course dilution will be substantial and will mostly wipe out existing holders.. The default type of investor, once they have bought in, always hold on until the price reaches ~0. Telling them what the problems are, and why the price wil never recover, only gets you derided as a troll or 'deramper'. I understand there is a certain satisfaction from trying to help, or failing that, just baitng stubborn posters for sport.
What a worthwhile post, well done on it's creativity and insight. 9/10 for effort.
Davie doesn't have a wife, can tell that, all alone in bedsit land? and needs the attention. Comfortable don't make me laugh, made redundant and lots of time on your hands. Thats it from me on this bb good luck to all holders
Amazing there are still believers in the future for this company beyond administration. Daveavt has comprehensively proved that the various new deals announced dont amount to a row of beans. Blockchain will be massive but it is being exploited by companies like IBM and big banks already. A bust company with an interim CEO who didnt exactly set the company on fire previously and with very limited revenue is never going to beat that sort of competition in my opinion. Time to blame shorters and market makers holding this stock down. LOL
All that's been happening is that some of us, instead of just taking an RNS or free news sheet at face value, have compared them with actual events and information on the company's situation. It was immediately obvious that MSG had no ability or resources to carry out the block-chain development that was proposed; nor, for that matter, could Black Cactus. And that Dr. Para was not exactly the person he was described as in some of the publicity. Wherever we looked we found facts - proven facts, not claims or suppositions, that simply didn't back up the claims being made that MSG would soon be making a fortune for its shareholders. It was all available in the public domain for anyone prepared to put some time and intelligence into finding and collating it.
Canny, there are more sources of information than RNSs. Go back to the research I posted before Christmas. Their own annual accounts submitted to Companies House stated they had one employee, whose salary worked out at about 23,000. Less than we paid junior programmers with virtually no experience. The same situation applied to the Black Cactus submissions to the SEC that I went through. It just seems that all the investors who keep quoting 'DYOR' to each other only ever read publicity sheets.
Jesus, if you want me to prove that point, you had an rns last year saying a new contract with black cactus, blockchain etc, share holdings etc, people buying in up to 0.70, and now just yesterday 'yeah that deals been scrapped, now were working with other people instead of solely b.c'... Can those people that bought in on that news have their money back? What about the 1.2 million placing that drove the share price right up, and then a few days later 'oh sorry it's not happening now'. Can the people that bought in on that news have their money back? What about Mr para being a director and throwing a lot of money at it....oh never happened. Can the people that bought in on that news have their money back?
What are you talking about 'people making money from the dip. The dip was 11p and there is currently an EIGHTEEN PERCENT spread.
