Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit! Do we have any outstanding loans? If so how much and to whom? Simple questions. If anyone knows the answers, fantastic, if not, I don't need any snide comments about x's and numbers and where to look. I am fully aware of where to look, but instead of wading through everything I actually thought some of the more knowledgeable PIs might have that info to hand. More fool me.
Bye bye Emed Come back if you can entice me at 50p after consolidation Lol
Arfer, there are a number of people trying to answer what may be taken as enormously basic questions about your investment. Whilst not been as gruff as some people, it would appear to me that you do need to do a bit of research. The company has a website, this details what the company is doing, in addition it also has all the previous RNS's released by the company. These detail historical activity. This may enable you to ask questions that do not entail putting an 'X' in place of a number, sometimes bean counters like to see what the 'X' is. For example, does the company owe 5 million or 50 million, you will notice i have replaced the 'X' with a number, in the first instance the number '5', in the second '50' . 50 is 10 times 5, so you will appreciate how important it is in knowing what the 'X' is. Apart from that, i find your posts most refreshing and your sense of indignation applaudable. Do let us know what you think of the website.
Arfer, I think you can take it that no one here knows the exact details of what your asking, I assume your talking about the Astor agreement??? In which case I am not qualified to answer your question but I believe that it involves a repayment regime being triggered upon certain criteria being met, I believe that criteria will not be met and the repayment will not be made, that's as much as I know. Sheps. Sheps
Does anyone know? Do we still as, I think, owe x millions to a company we took a loan from?
As expected, your post is both agressive and insulting to those investors not as informed as yourself LOL. Once again you have demonstrated your inability to keep quiet and refrain from boasting. How sad you are. All in my humble opinion of course.
Posted this afternoon on this board. What a joke you are. The new shares were sold at well above today's price to major investors. That money has been used to transform emed. Just demonstrates that general lack of knowledge in the shareholder base. There really is no point in promotional investment in idiots.
No worries, F.E.
Thanks Eddie, Sheps please don't go on about Tracyfried. All you are doing is giving him or her air time. Enough said! Can anyone verify that there is an outstanding debt of x millions to another company, and that is one of the reasons we went to the 'cornerstone' investors for the placement?
FE, you are right, so sorry arfer, it's only because of the amount of misinformation that's posted on here that does give me a degree of sceptisism when some posts inaccurate statements and I thought yours was quite misleading, but no need for my barbed remarks. FE, I regard tracylied with as much if not more concept as any poster on here that posts inaccurate information and have tried without success to get him to understand that quite often his misleading and at times laughable ramping actually does more damage to his cause than good, it's obvious that he claims to know far more about the actual current situation than he actually does, this leads to a total mistrust of him when he posts something that's factual and relevant, however I am prepaired to pull up anyone who posts inaccurate and misleading information whatever or whoever it relates to because in my experience the truth will always out and if false hope has been given beforehand it just leads to a worse situation further down the road. I must say that I am not suffering from stress over this share across my portfolio but that does not mean some are not, I can put a lot of the current SP problems here down to situations that EMED are not in control of and consider them to be in a far healthier position than a lot of miners to weather the current worldwide commodities storm. ATB to all holders here. Sheps.
sheps, I think that arfer is a little confused and perhaps needs the situation explaining further. However it seems that you are turning into Tracylied with your coments of, "from where I'm standing you haven't a clue what your talking about" People make mistakes from time to time (you and of course me included, i am sure) but a simple explanation usually does the trick. Lets keep it civil, we are all in this for money and as i have said before, emotions are running high. GLA F.E.
arfer, might I respectfully ask you to study what a placement to raise funds actually means because from where I'm standing you haven't a clue what your talking about with regards to the loan money being paid and to whom the shares where actually awarded to, you seem very ill informed about how this actually works leading you to make some very misleading posts. Read the Company RNS dated the 28th May 2015, it was a share placing which means the money does not have to be repaid, the shares were not given to the board as you state they were given to the cornerstone investors that provided the money just because the company's that provided the funds now have representatives on the BOD does not mean the shares were given to the BOD, your posts are very misleading. Sheps. Sheps.
Do you not think, by going to the board and not a bank, just so we didn't have to pay the previous loan, has done us a great deal of harm? Not only with the people that lent us the money but in general. We not only still have to pay this money back but the shares given to the board for the funds has killed the share price!
arfer, sorry I've no idea what your talking about, this share diluted by all the shares given to the board!!! please explain. Before you answer, if you mean the shares issued to pay for the loans needed to complete the refurbishment of this mine to a producing operation that's quite a different matter completely and makes your description of shares given to the board inaccurate to say the least, that's not 'cynical' it's down right deceptive. Sheps.
1 share to every 30? We are doomed! That means 1 share will be worth £1.09. If the big boys don't come to play then it will go down badly, maybe they plan on giving the board even more shares to bring it down. If the big Institutions don't take note and see what a good company this is we are doomed. Synical ? Why not, this share, if it hadn't been diluted by all the shares given to the board, could have been 30-40 or even 50 p already with everything in place before production.
Indeed you may be right Shep. Glencore ends in an E, although the fact is that i had been too busy last week and today to look at the mining news etc. What else can go wrong that gives EMED further southerly moves?? We're doomed LOL. F.E.
Glencore Xstrata, I think the laugh's on you FE :-) Sheps.
Shep, it ends with an E LOL F.E.
Thanks for that Shep,LOL F.E.
FE, surely your not that myopic that you can't see what's causing the problem today!!! Clue: it starts with a G and ends with a A and it's very very big and it's causing nearly every mining stock on the market to shake, some a lot more than EMED.
Volume, No news, No forum chat, very quiet all round really. Oh i forgot to mention the price has dropped 3.33%, for absolutely no reason. what a crock of S*** for most of us (except Tracy who will just keep on buying and buying) investors. F.E.
Not looking good today, will effect us here more than likely.
sellers at .6 buyers at .9 .30 points on a 3-4p stock .... crazy
will we get another chunky trade today?
1.6 million at 3.75p just after the bell. Impossible to tell if it is a buy or sell but it looks like the mms are squeezing these larger trades in whilst holding the share price level. I wonder if the time spent in the city has generated some results.
