They are not going to get the drills out and certainly won't 'start bringing up the goods'. It is clear from the RNS that this is effectively being treated as a shell on the lookout for opportunities. The likelihood is an RTO with the associated suspension. RTOs, if successful, can be very lucrative.
destitute, ALDI might make a take over bid ;-)
hopefully a nice recovery. since bods in the biz are holding shares we might see the SP climb over time as new investors pile in. Hopefully they get the drills out and start bringing up some goods then we can see a SP of 25p not 0.25p
current
stocks are supposed to be suspended if anything leaks however AIM regulators are completely inept and will do nothing to assist any issue you have
This one was flagged on TW's site so not surprising.
Find it amazing how an SP always climbs on AIM ptior to these style of placements. The markets are so blatantly rigged, especially AIM. Ah well, that is why they call it a casino.
This is the end of an era of value destruction with the departure of Williams*2. Hopefully the new era will break with tradition and actually create value. The new guys seem to have appropriate backgrounds so let's see what comes out. I suggest people should try to forget the past as those associated with it are (almost) gone. Easier said than done on AIM.
Haha a fundraise to pay the Williams's off!! Even at the very end they steal from shareholders! Feck me that made me laugh! Those pair have no shame.
And a PI who didn't read the RNS properly. Will the AIM stereotypes never cease.
Could have been worse
equity to be released, fundraising to be done....SP to drop...... didnt expect that (sarcasm)
If this one goes up fast . AIM is a game and if rampers, pumpers take the lead we may be lucky and even get new investors which would be surprising. .
I knew a chap who had a relative with insider information about a mining share. His stepfather was a mining engineer. Ben had been successful investing wisely and lost the lot with this HOT TIP. He ended up somewhere in Australia teaching natives English. Sad but true.
you made my day. I had lost track of my investment and was shocked when I realized how much I have lost. I take your advice and have bought more. I have done the same with BZM and FRR and KDNC. FRR looks promising but The Financial Press is diabolic about FRR . I am LTH.
while a SP might be down from where any investor bought it, the stock is still live. aim can be unpredictable even for traders since there's no guarantee the price will move in the right direction for any trader save they can apply stop losses. Most wise investors do not invest all of the money they intend to invest into one stock. Moreover with aim sticks they should top up on the way down to average out. So if they intended to invest 1,000, but in 3-5 chucks. 300 x 3 or 200 x 5. This way they will get better value. aim is a gamble proper but FTSE 100 can also suffer say in crashes and general bad news that can see a SP fall and stay down for months if not years. A company that produces product/s or as in mining wants to is but is not is a bigger gamble. The fact the company is still alive gives hope for long term hold that one day the SP may recover. If you are an investor and are losing 80% or more of your money. You could buy on the dip of the current price and sell on 5% rises. Since this stock is way down I wouldn't recommend buying high to sell low since there is more scope for recovery than not and it's more or less at rock bottom anyway. Whatever direction you trade in if you trade set stop losses just in case you get it wrong. Though swings can be wild so you might get stopped out and the price moves back in the direction you wanted. The more pain you can take the more gain you can make. holding the share for this stock is the best option in my view topping up on the way down, and you can't get much more down then this. Either this company dies or it lives on, if the latter than I would expect it to begin to recover one day and when it does you will wish you had bought in or topped up at this current price. Because when these stocks shoot up they rocket and you will find it hard to jump on board sitting there in disbelief thinking if you should buy in when the price keeps on rising or does so bit by bit daily.
and investors pay the price. Traders play the range and drive the prize up and down. Down and down. I hope the tide is turning. Good luck to all of us LTHs.
mind investors will be locked out from trading until complete - probably at least 3 months
holding back for the right time just before they start proper they will buy big and the SP will rocket. They know the goods are there otherwise they wouldn't be sitting on it. Clearly for me this is a strong buying opportunity.
Now need to put some money into a (GOOD) lithium stock in Argentina or Canada!
You would think they would talk about Mexico having some lithium reserves in this article but I suppose there is not much there as Arian CEO probably knew but needed money to keep doors open before his retirement. https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/A-New-Lithium-War-Is-About-To-Begin.html

Yes silver is starting to rise but they couldn't find any worthwhile sites. Maybe if silver goes to 30-35 oz they could find some low Grade silver on their property that would pay to mine but thats grabbing at straws!
I agree totally that the lack of staff investment gives no investor confidence in this stock and they need to act! But you never know - silver prices are on the up now ...
