I trust that the FCA has been continuing to watch this, because it was quite recently made aware, thanks to one of our shareholders, that the Company had failed to disclose, via RNS, price-sensitive information. After the FCA subsequently chased this up, an appropriate, retrospective RNS was then issued. Unbelievable really, but I must trust that ORE remains on the FCA's radar. The exact opposite is happening here to what is being bandied about in PR interviews and so on as well. There is no renewed investor interest, moreover, the 0.0249p buyer(s) having been immediately dealt a very hard knock indeed. I wouldn't consider buying back in here so that you can take the BOD to task. It'll mean more money spent by you. The fact that you can prove you've been a shareholder should more than be enough. I've nearly lost all of the money I invested here, so have many others, but while any investigation may prove fruitful, I certainly can't afford to pursue it. Warning people of the severe pitfalls of being invested in this will have to suffice. Such a pity. All shareholders want is for this to be a success, but the management is self-satisfying only, and incredibly inept. Being anything other requires effort. Hence it's simpler for the BOD to treat us with absolute contempt, do almost nothing that would suggest we have a business, and continue to collect a decent wage. Too decent. Cheers Castaway. Best wishes to you.
The directors are paid serious remuneration but do nothing that justifies it and shareholders are diluted to oblivion. I fail to understand how this happens - I am no longer a shareholder but I feel like buying back to allow me to tell the BoD how "effective" they have been. They all need replacing with a decent management team who actually build value - existing shareholders need to get together and dump them. Gold has been in the ascendancy all year but this BoD have not capitalised on it. Any disgruntled shareholders want to get together and cause the BoD some concern - let me know on this BB - If there is any interest we can take it further
Sorry it was you matey. It is never a negotiation though is it really? I got stuffed the other way once after leaving it to a NT, resulting in a ridiculous increase on the then maximum Ask. I was livid. Swines. In a few days though, your sell price might be looking good. Lol. Cheers DENTY.
Yeh it was mine. I needed some pocket change so I had to NT. I knew I would get skrewd I little but you have no option but to go NT at the moment.
The mms stuffed someone with that. Spread between 0.018-0.02. Shouldn't be allowed.
The Wulf is on the fall. Must have been a fookin' half moon. Lol.
The Wulf is on the rise as well. Must be a full moon. Cheers buddy.
This share can't boom with the billions of shares it has in issue. Post-consolidation perhaps. Only then with a different team in place and a JV, providing also that Mutsk really is good and not only average. Lol. More of a light pop than a boom. A soft fart.
nice one on ctag. but the sp is looking very toppy atm. gl
One day it will boom but its one for the brave that is for sure.
Yes, I hope gold becomes too good to be ignored as well. Lol. I wouldn't recommend this share to anyone though, with our current staffing profile. Even if Mutsk is a decent prospect. It's a question of who is best placed to get the gold out, and after four years or so this BOD still doesn't even know the extent of the deposit. Lol. Arses and elbows.
Thanks Eric and good luck to you - I feel the BoD need to get things moving if they are ever going to develop Mutsk - I hope gold goes through the roof over the winter - the market will pile into anything gold then and ORE will get the cash to develop it.
I see. Ok, best of luck. We all hope it rises for us, just not sure how it will. What will be the driver. Regards.
Thank you for explanation
I have millions of these shares if they grow i make money if they die you don't loose much G L A,
Yes, anything below mid-price, even if it was a buy, is recorded in red, as a sell. Anything above mid is recorded as blue, a buy. Anything in black, bang on mid, isn't listed as either. Why did you buy in?
And it appears as a sell there is something wrong here Because i bought those shares , it should be blue ? what are they playing at ; there is something up here ?
Someone just spent some money he must have seen a light in the tunnel maybe a flicker
Good to hear from you. Yep, you escaped, so well done. It is probably worse since you left re the sp and not much sign this year that anything else will occur on the ground. Winter approaches and the Mutsk earn-in is done. The Company has managed to perform at a bare minimum level, and that's only in order to achieve the earn-in, which may or may not prove to be good for us, with average grades overall to date. The BOD appears to think that an ongoing minimal drilling plan for Mutsk is somehow satisfactory. Best of luck with your endeavours elsewhere. Beware the Bird effect. Cheers Castaway.
Just looking in - not much has changed - I really cannot understand why ORE carries on like this. I am not sure who owns the shares but as you LTH advised me its not going anywhere. I was totally disappointed with the way CB has conducted himself and will not bother investing in his companies again - once bitten twice shy!. As you told me this BoD is completely useless - they should pay back their remuneration for the past 5 years as all they have done is dilute shareholders - god knows how they keep raising money - there are plenty of worthier causes. Anyway you guys have my best wishes and good luck - though divine intervention may be more useful.
I knew we should have got real sharks for the Slowey shark cage. Cheers Jib.
I'm still hanging by my man nips, which are like sturdy old ship rivets, hardened by the dramatic demise of our investment. Best wishes to you.
Falling pile of poo, as we watch with our mouths agape. A quite unsavoury recipe for disaster.
My money is lost. How much further can this pile of poo fall? Well, only 4% if my arithmetic is correct. I'm sticking it out to the end. I've been , err, invested (lol) here for four years now. I may as well see it die completely. The best thing over the years has been reading Eric's posts. He's an entertaining chap. I'll be sorry to see him go.
LoL ...... !!!!
