yes I sadly am in both and what a pair of ole dawgs they both are IMHO of course.
cashchaser, are you invested here as you also say you are in ECR ? No need to answer if you don't want to but I just wondered.
As is usual with you attempting to twist the point I was making which was if we had the money in the bank the sp would not be 70% down as it is now with this mickey mouse investment 11 months in and still in the doldrums sp wise Still glad you are happy to hold 10 years might see you turning a profit.
At least we can all agree on one thing.
Totally irrelevant and with racist undertones post...you should be careful posting such rhetoric my friend
I agree with you that they'll convert well before the four year maturity date...... let's face it, business is business and building contractors (small/medium/large) will see not only the timescale savings for their projects, but also the labour cost savings that the wall panels provide. Sales figures will be interesting, but as this is a new concept to the industry it'll probably take a year or two to really have a major impact on cultural's sales/profit's figures......these things take time (some on here will never grasp this concept) and I'm happy to hold and add as and when..... GLA
Thanks for info. IMO they will convert into equity well before the four years are up. Should be interesting to find out how trading is going. They are now selling to the general public. Orders will of course be smaller but their are lots of potential customers out there. Could they not franchise the business to the USA GB EUROPE ETC. Some of the pictures in the galleries on their website are very impressive.
keep up the good work mate.......
Leed have 4 years to convert the loan notes to equity.... first 2 years coupon at 12% (not as good as rainbows bank are paying) but better than nowt...!! second 2 years coupon at 14% (probably still not as much as rainbows bank) so not too shabby while cultural grow their business......
I do believe that leed had a year to convert their investment into equity so should be news soon on that front. It have tried to find out the financial year end of cultural limestone although they have been trading with the new moulds for about 3 months. So news on trading and sales level of profits etc should be soon.
wont need to invest any more with them. Wont be any movement until June next year and 2017. There's a prediction in case anyone thinks it will rise. Solid this one, stagnant at present but solid. 2016 people Machine off
Steve surely you don't want more cash thrown at limestone it has done nothing to lift the sp.
Morning taste almost a year into our investment that was going to give shareholder value and we are still waiting. Is it not odd that it has been a strong buy for six months pus.
Good morning....yes, I predict much the same....and for some time to come too......frustrating that this is apparently such a strong buy with trading updates almost upon us....and yet the market doesn't seem to agree....
I predict a week of very low volume and a stagnant sp its a bold one I no but hey ho.
Manas is done. Any talk of Manas happening is that, talk, it had been going on for so long it was dud and it is now dud. I never have had anything solid with them and I dont think many people did. A couple of names and an address?....but no activity or proof anything was happening. Get behind this lot in Australia, at least they have a website and Facebook page and are able to be tracked unlike the Manas job. C'mon the Aussie mob, lets get it happenin' and drag this one off the deck. June/July 2016 onwards and into 2017 .........
Prefabricated Retaining Walls Cultural Limestone’s patented prefabricated limestone wall panel system is a radical new development in the reconstituted limestone retaining wall industry in Australia. Our patented wall panels are manufactured to the finest tolerances and highest quality in our custom fabrication plant at our quarry, and regularly exceed a compressive strength of 10MPa in assays. Handling and laying of our wall panels, the largest of which weigh approximately 11,500kg (equivalent to approximately 51 standard metre blocks), is executed by Cultural Limestone using custom made equipment. Benefits of Using Prefabricated Walls Cultural Limestone’s panel laying team can lay up 80 prefabricated wall panels, equivalent to up to 4,000 standard metre blocks, per day, enabling a panel laying team to lay a significant multiple, in terms of volume and mass, of what the same number of men can lay using traditional methods. By using Cultural Limestone’s patented wall panel system, our customers can reduce the time required to lay their retaining walls by as much as 90% as compared to traditional methods. Furthermore, customers can back fill walls immediately after our wall panels have been laid.
Could be worth reapplying for the licence now it has expired. I'm sure as a previous holder we have first refusal. On second thoughts maybe we should stick to limestone investment and add to the investment. Not a very exiting week trade wise but news on trading profits at limestone co should be soon. Does anyone know their financial year end?
couple of posts from Cultural. At least they exist and alive showing what they are doing. Manas...zero feedback.
Another zero trade day on this platform. The market is loving this one.
The buyers are coming after lunch.
Having an Opinion set as "strong sell" and holding, or having an Opinion set as "No Opinion", then posting exclusively negative or sarcastic opinion. Confusing, to say the least. But then again, not being a savvy investor, its probably above my head. Any savvy investors out there care to explain?
Perhaps the buyers are finishing breakfast before they star piling into the share that according to one poster has been a strong buy for over 6 months.
another big fat zero trades day on this platform what a wonderful share this is.Have a good evening all genuine holders.
