Bid/ask .17/.18 more dilution on the cards .... jeez h what an absolute dogs dinner they've made of this.... I might have been inclined to partake of a placing myself had it been offered to us at .015 but I think I'm gonna have to vote against this resolution just seems like a pass to give even more shares away cheaply to person(s) unknown at the expense of those who've already lost thousands here. What a shower.... however don't forget the shareholder value....my a r s e!!!
more dilution coming - great news - each of my shares is now worth less than a sheet of Andrex - soon i'll have no other logical use for them - I sympathise with all the other LTH's - this share needs to become a 25 bagger just to get me to where I started.
Another Ericism. Lol.
.....at not st......
They daren't invite us for Christmas Coli, Birdy will end up having his giblets removed, replaced, then removed again, so he knows what it feels like to be an OREite. He'll hate it.
Yes, of course, in most companies the shareholders aren't always offered to partake in any share issue, but I suppose it's a case of the 0.015p being the point. It was an incredibly heavy discount to the then sp, so we should have been given the opportunity to partake. Otherwise, and which has been the case absolutely, it is seen to only be favouring those select few chosen, whether either new or existing holders. Cheers Jib. If shareholders don't agree to the motions st the GM, it's curtains. If we do agree, it's curtains, but a slower demise. Without a JV who is willing to financially back us in return for a percentage of future profits. No shares. Time to remove my tag nuts.
not only was the last dilution a giant mistake, it was clearly breaking the rules
We're only invited cos they need someone to serve it up to em...... which I guess is a change from them helping themselves!!! Don't forget the delivery of shareholder value that's been spouted - that'll be serviced well by further dilution FFS.
Dear Turkeys, Your board would dearly love you to vote for Christmas. Your board dearly loves spending time (and money) with their beloved families at this wonderful time of the year. Without your support Christmas will be a very unhappy time in our households. We hope you share in our views and we can count on your undying support. The BOD. p.s. You're invited to dinner. Blimey, slow death by infinite dilution.......lubbly jubbly.....!!!!
I wonder why it isn't an EGM? No matter, they want our authority to send the company into dilutive nothingness, in my opinion. No way will I vote for that. Issuing the recent shares at 0.015p was a giant mistake. They have been wholly irresponsible already with the dilutions here. Now it has caught up with them. I thought they were buttering us up for something. Well, here's the first part of it. I feel pretty disgusted at the moment.
why would a company that has already and without hinderance duluted so much need to ask for more authority to keep diluting? They have clearly been caught out because of the 0.0015 issue in my opion.
So basically our complaint about the BOD distributing the last bundle of shares at .0.015 without offering it to existing shareholders was naughty. I guess the FCA have been in touch. Pre-emption rights in companies in England and Wales (and Scotland)[edit] See also: Corporate finance The Companies Act 2006 is the source of shareholder pre-emption rights in English companies. Under section 561(1) of the Companies Act 2006 a company must not issue shares to any person unless: 1.It has made an offer (on the same or more favourable terms) to each person who already holds shares in the company in the proportion held by them; and 2.The time limit given to the shareholder to accept the offer has expired. By virtue of section 562(5), the period given to the shareholders to accept such an offer must not be less than 14 days. The effect of these provisions is that a company cannot allot shares to new shareholders until it has offered them to their existing shareholders. The company must give the shareholders at least 14 days to decide whether or not they wish to purchase the shares.
After this morning's announcement forget the grapes - drop the full force of the air grenades on his beak .... that'll give him a taste of we're smelling!!! Ankers
& yet more dilution..... disgusting performance
Issues shares more than their current authority.. Must be millions?
It's a deal. Sit him in his bath chair and I'll dangle my grapes in front of his face. He'll never know he was born. Lucky lad.
If birdy secures a JV I might firm up my own.....hell I might even go so far as firming up his for him as.as well - whilst feeding him your grapes !!--
Another fundraise at 0.015p will be seen as progress by this bunch of duffers. As in, because it won't be a worse discount than the last. Of course, in reality, we'll be well screwed further. We need a JV now. Avoid that dilutive situation again. An absolute must. If Birdy can produce a backer, a JV, I'll then start thinking about firming up my thoughts about thinking about Mutsk. Lol.
My poor old grapes are more like watermelons at the moment. Still trying to locate an entire tube of Anusol, which has somehow managed to disappear somewhere inside my person. Lol. Let's hope they start the drills turning before it hits -30 and the drill bits lose their functionality. On we go. Chaaaaaarge!
I'd be after blood at the moment - what a p i s s take that was for existing holders diluted at .015 & fir those who in my opinion were suckered in at .0249 the brokers should be ashamed of themselves.
Nearly all day!!!! LoL ...... the disappointed & disillusioned continue to sell out though - wow what a share..... s h it or bust are the only options here now IMO & I'm certainly not buying any more...fully written off the few grand left in here now ( from the several tens) what a Team .... shareholder value my A R S E it's already had Eric's.... no such meaning for the saying here for any long suffering long term holders who've been diluted out of any recovery potential.... Ed should be sacked at least ...might have been different if Bird had cone on board a few years back but sitting on a cold nest just gives you piles.
Bag egg egg bag. Lol.
Yes & the greater volume by far sells..... funny that who'd have guessed LoL this is without doubt the Tommy Cooper of shares..& your monies gone.......just like that
The RNS has only generated six trades so far. Gosh!
