Welcome to the sleazy world of RRR and Andrew Bell, the truth is never out there.
But seen as you see this as a 2 to 3 year ‘investment’, I’m not sure why you are sweating already? Or is that smell of coffee finally beginning to kick in?
Don't worry, the lone ranger and tonto will be posting anytime now and before you can blink, they will tell us we don't understand and there will be news soon and we're all trolls for posting the truth.
Probably would have been here already, but for the fact that he's busy defending RRR posting the same retorts to people on there as he does here.
Still, judging by nthe replies he's now getting, at least some have at last woken up to him.
I am torn on Congo
if bad news was coming then RRR would want to raise money now (unless I am being too hopeful)
If good news was coming then RRR would wait until Congo cash was received/sent and not raise money at this price level
I am thinking RRR's cash is low and people/staff need to be paid and they would only hold on if positive news was coming
Lithium again torn
last permit was projected to be issued Mid April-was it? is RRR being told its close (as in any day now) so they continue to wait. -ie negative news
or
permit issued and people & equipment mobilized and they busy mining waiting for first sale
IMO shares price short term will continue to drift with downward pressure
Sorry for so many posts but I keep watching & waiting for news. This is too large of an investment for me
whats going on? was permit issued? What is est timeframe for production to start? Previously you said end of April is that still valid? if not what is revised time frame?
LOL another repeat Yes as stated before RRR has alternative to funding its activities other than issue shares until Congo cash is received and/or Lithium production is cash positive. This is way for exploration/development companies. No surprise Nothing new
Well your about to get a s*it load of new shares issued
LOL You forgot to mention that RRR won the court case as well as the appeal.
As a public company everyone knows RRR financial condition including those in the DRC, including the Dec RNS where a party agreed to put an additional $1 million. More RRR dilution results in more damages from this issue. RRR is doing its best to minimize that damage which is their obligation (at least it would be in Canada or USA, probably the UK too since the legal systems are similar. I dont know their obligation to minimize damages in the DRC would be. In any event your comments bring up nothing new
Every month Bell has raised money at an every decreasing SP. Next week will be no different.
Apparently parties in DRC know Bell's cash position and rumours are the other parties lawyer is now also à minster in the government. Looks like Bell has been withholding info again
brainspark LOL really singing the same song then I just repeat my response
more big trade (buy and sell)- since the shares are basically flat I suspect its all somewhat prearranged. Trading was similiar to last ppm at .18
IMO shares will continue to be sideways until news on Congo and/or Lithium. The longer there is a delay in news the more likely it becomes the RRR share price will drift down
IMO the increased trading volume makes it clear that people are interested in buying at this level. Sellers are weak hands who are tired of holding, need cash. personally I think AB is in Congo and/or Zimbabwe and is quiet due to the potential significance of the news (good or bad)
Time will tell who is right
The fat bloke is singing. Money runs out in a matter of days

More big sells
Cash from Last fundraise only lasts one month.
AB will have to raise again next week .
Who will take RRR shares. Maybe at 0.1p ??
Busy trying to get the next bunch of suckers for the next fundraise.
Maybe he is busy, a lot on.
Bell knows he is fcked, that is why his quiet.
EVerything has been imminent for 12 months.
Very soon they won't be able to raise any more money. Then it is lights out
Haiwai - I have to pick you up sorry !!
" someone is buying stock under the radar and Bell is very quiet"
1 - Someone else is clearly selling the same stock
2 - Bell is quiet ! Please don't see this as a good sign - most would see it as ominous. He oversells and underdelivers so worrying for holders
POW have just announced some indifferent drilling results from Botswana, it was a project Paul Johnson was ramping aggressively last year, their need for cash is far more desperate than at Red Rock, this IMO adds further weight to the potential of a sale of the New Ballarat Gold licences.
If RRR can get their act together in Zimbabwe re lithium production, sell New Ballarat and then pursue $10m Congo cash the company will be viewed entirely differently.
There is nothing in the share price for any of these events, RRR is basically valued as a shell, that is bordering on crazy IMO.
Someone is buying largish lines of RRR stock under the radar and Bell is very quiet !
poor lion ...would be dingdonging the bell in his tummy for the rest of it's life.....that would be Ronnie McMillon's final placement////lol
It certainly doesn't look great here.
When he goes on his trips to Kenya and goes on Safari i occasionally wonder, would it be best for investors if a Lion ate him?
Not really material to RRR share price but I thought it was interesting to learn that they have a director in common
see https://www.hartenergy.com/exclusives/california-ep-trio-petroleum-launches-ipo-204786
Trio Petroleum Corp., a California-focused E&P, announced on April 17 it was launching an IPO with expectations that the company’s gross proceeds will be $6 million.
Trio is led by CEO Frank C. Ingriselli, who also serves as a director of Elephant Oil Corp. and Lafayette Energy Corp. Ingriselli is a veteran of several oil and gas
wow thats raising over 1 million pounds. I dont see that happening unless Congo is dead and the lithium production will not happen. IMO I think RRR continues to limp along until something happens those events (Congo or Lithium) occurs and there is a bump up in price
I'm expecting 2 billion shares to be issued. The sp at 0.1p. When news lands it will go to 0.2p
Banbury the April 4th placement was at .18 with warrants at .35 (roughly double) and smaller placement of shares for debt had no warrants.
so if I had to guess it would be a placement under the same terms (.18 with a warrant at .35). It is probably a 2 year warrant so the RRR share price would have to signifcantly higher than .35 to get anyone to exercise in the next 12 months-maybe .50?)
so for now I am OK. BTW I would consider myself a long term holder. I think the mid term and long term share price outlook is very bullish but the short term outlook is probably neutral to bearish. IMO timing is always difficult on small cap stocks and historically I tend to get in early. I suspect (hope?) that when either Lithium production or Congo cash happens it will be followed by rapid rise up from current levels-perhaps a gap opening.
IMO the upside is far greater than the downside which is why I averaged down
Spec we had 123 million new shares in early April at 0.18p GROSS [ important word] of charges. Each had numerous warrants attached.
I would be surprised if there is a placing but if there is it will by 0.15p and lower -warrants at .23p ?
You will need to average down as even if all big things happen the manner of the fund raising and dilution kills any gain even the short term holders like you.
Brianspark-IMO there will be another placement of RRR shares soon. There has been good trading volume and I would not be surprised if the fund raising has been underway for a week or more. Probably in the range of 100K to 150k
