So why keep falling now ?
Helpful your comments about the difficulties of navigating the legal system I suspect equally apply to doing business in Zimbabwe.
A month next week with no info on sales at Tin Hill.
News would be good even if just price received and tonnes sold.
Disappear "Like the Cyprus money held In escrow!!
Andrew Bells - published words were "we realised we were negotiating in good faith with someone who had no authority and was not a party to the dispute"
At the time there was lots of keystone cops type comments.
For me this is a huge red flag as is the fact he has not sold on the interest for $2m or so. He would have done this if he could its his way.
Smart money is its dead but Andrew doesn't like a
Losing (nor does anyone) and coming clean will.decimate the SP which of course he doesn't want.
I don't think.we will ever know it will just dissapear completely. except for me and the other saddos on here who will remind new investors.
Funny. Lomax, do you do this just to get attention? I was reading about teenagers doing this sort of thing but presumably you are not a teenager or maybe you are?
Well I am suggesting it’s a crock of Shiite. Used to get the fund raise away. Same old same old with this board. And do you know what , the market agrees
Not suggesting anything, AB has said that this is the case in more than one of his interviews.
Remember he was in DRC last year and signed. He came back and announced the deal was signed and then he had to explain that although the other side had agreed to sign, they hadn't.
Not for me to explain the procedures of DRC commercial courts and arbitration courts. As I have said we are dealing with wriggly people. The amount of money is decent in our terms, in DRC terms it is huge. There has been a queue of lining up try to snaffle part of or the whole of the proceeds.
No doubt part of it is racial. The Congolese were treated very badly by the Belgians and part of it is Congolese Nationalism: which is why should these white f**kers profit at the expense of our people.
Anyway, ring Andrew Bell and ask him.

H50--What is the point of arbitration if it is not binding? In the USA non binding arbitration is required in all civil cases. The legal system believes have a 3rd party review the case will help each side understand the relative merits of their case and it encourages settlement reducing the burden on the legal system.
There is plenty of research and opinions on this topic available on the internet
Helpful, once again you suggest that RRR's former JV partner has to sign, the question is what was the point of a arbitration ruling if one party knows if they do not like the decision they can simply, in effect, ignore it by not signing a document, this makes no sense.
Normally a arbitration ruling is binding, end of.
Also, the former JV partner has ignored a court ruling against them in favour of RRR in a judgement made nearly 18 months ago over the initial $2.5m, again how can this party get way with that, are they mafia, are they criminals, it seems they can do as they wish with no consequences.
Bell has never ever explained these processes, discussed the former JV partners behaviour, are they legitimate, did these events ever occur, where is the online proof, surely there must be some online references to all these proceedings.
To me is is foggy as heck, Bell of course will continue to waffle about the potential of receiving $7.5m but in reality is there ever any hope of it happening.
I agree that if the former partner does not sign they will not receive their $5m so what is their problem, is it likely they are in bed with someone from Gecamine (who hold the cash) hoping they will get the full $12.5m perhaps? (RRR's $7.5m and their $5m)

Deffo, I think Bell has done what he always does.
Today the SP is looking as suspicious as hell with those lumps
Banbury,
No point in posting the same stuff constantly. We pretty much know what is going on so what is there to be said?
AB is waiting on DRC signing: they either sign or they don't. If they don't sign, they they don't get their share of the readdies held by Gecamine. ALR, he is getting his ducks in a row; ALR now has a lot more land than it did. In my opinion ALR probably will need it's own CEO shortly: no way can five or more sites be effectively managed remotely out of the UK.
Any work previously done on a presentation based just on Tin Hill is now out of date. I think we will find that at least one site is much bigger and better than Tin Hill.
I am not sure he will be allowed to put the in-house estimate in the public domain but ALR now has a serious amount of lithium ore.
That broker report that was circulated a couple of weeks back valued ALR at £1mil: in my view that is now seriously out of date.

Excellent licence in Cote D'Lvoire.
I can almost feel the confidence draining away from the Maqsood's Daytrader etc. Bladderman clinging on.
Helpful also really quiet.
To be clear - no one is disputing the asset rather Bell and RRRs ability to create value to shareholders. Next RNS is probably critical.
I realised and posted DRC was dead over a year ago - there has been no official news since that time just mild ramping.
If DRC happens we have the cash which I think we need to develop the asset. When that happens this will fly. In accounting terms the prospect is too remote to warrant disclosure. You are clutching at straws
That bell was compiling?
exactly, well said. ask yourselves where are the lithium sales from 3 weeks ago that were meant to be immediate. where is the congo money he said it was days away? **** me off all you want but this ceo can’t be trusted
Unless they are convertible to cash at 10% interest. AB can't raise any other way as SP has fallen 99% in 15 years.
As many have said it must turn eventually. But they said that every year for the last three.
Fundamental issue is AB is allways chasing his tail and presides over ending share issues that more than destroy any accretive value.
So yes our market cap may be silly but any increase won't go to you it will be absorbed in a higher base of issued shares.
RRR is a lifestyle company and that needs to change.
It’s called the Bell effect
Waarrants generate money tho right
Depends how much hidden debt and warrants AB has accumulated!
Year end just gone and normally publication of the AR&As is the only real transparency shareholders have.
AB knows that and publication will be delayed as much as he can get away with. When he starts to change the year end go for an 18 or 21 month accouting period it's time to worry !!
By the way the bid was 0.182p yesterday for about 20 minutes so doubt a placing is happening just yet. Hopefully he gets news out and we place around 0.25p plus
Not a bad time to hold 4 lithium licences in Zimbabwe
The money is clearly arriving in country

If Bell raises again it’s because he knows the money from DC is bull.
