I'm on hold...
Now I feel really stupid & uninformed. Quote from Investors Harbour Energy reads "On 31 March 2021, the all share merger between Premier Oil and Chrysaor completed to create Harbour Energy. Management will host a presentation for investors and analysts at 11:30 (BST) on 1 April."
I'm on EQi (Selftrade) and i can buy HBR but my PMO holding is still showing as PMO and i can't trade them!
FF same on ii 100% loss
Gusher any idea when shares will show up on ii account? Have you spoken to them?
Just noticed that no trades are shown for today, only yesterday
Weird. On my EQI account there is no share price showing, giving me a 100% loss & yet it apparently is still trading on my live trading feed!? What is going on?
Absolutely agree NF... Interactive Investor exactly the same... happy to take your trade and earn their commission but after that they couldn't give a f**k...
...still waiting for shares to be transferred... plenty of other brokers who don't treat you with contempt
I managed to buy at 18.9 with HL this morning.
I cannot buy through my long standing IWEB account!!
Hi Gusher80
I totally agree with you. Ig Index only made me available all their trading desks in Harbour Oil at 9am which
is 1 hour too late. The Iweb broker as other said had HBR selling at 18p. I actually managed to buy HBR with
the Ig share dealing desk at 20.96p. I've lost out near 3p in share appreciating value. I shall look to open an
Iweb account and I will also report Ig Index to the FCA for today shamble. They've been bad more often than
not. Anyhow, I now have £90k in HBR at 22.98p avg. Good Luck for everyone buying and selling today.

Better off with iweb
As per new HBR site....Interactive Investor - expensive and useless
Still waiting for PMO shares to change to HBR... really worth paying the expensive rates
Ah, somebody else who has been on hold with Interactive investor customer service. Their update this morning is they haven't been allocated the new Harbour Energy shares to credit those holding PMO.. whatever that really means? ... hmm sounds like a mess. I'm just glad I'm long anyway.
here's a recap just for you ... see I did say :-)

RE: One for one shares
whether it x billion this or y billion that, surely given all the uncertainties surrounding what the market will value PMO's existing shareholders 5-5.45% holding of the new enlarged (HE) company the appropriate thing to do (for most) would be to sit it out and wait for it to re-emerge on the 1st April and then decide IF the SP on the day has added value or not.
IMO this is like holding a share going into a make or break exploration well for a junior oiler on the red or black drilling results and the only ones who normally do that are the gamblers and rainbow chasers.
investing in the unknown ?
well that's not really a strategy for an 'investment' is it :-)

RE: Manipulation
roll on the 1st April and lets see what Mr Market has to say
20p would be good :-)
BTW it's 21.5p to sell now but I think I'll hang on for just a wee bit longer
TTFN
Still in my IG trading account.
I think they will be back 25 soon enough. The switch from PMO to HBR could have been handled much better. A bit of of a dog's dinner especially given that all parties and brokers had so much time to prepare. IG completely messed it up but they're usually very good.
Well done to those lucky enough to top up at 18/19.
IMHO DYOR
Best
Happy
Bought on hl
I suspected that...
Now they report 185-200kbpd...
This might go down to 10p again, with this 18.5bln shares in issue....
up to 21 now....
Tens or hundreds of millions of pounds have been lost from shareholders portfolio value from the transition to the new company
How is that even allowed? Anyone have a clue if anyone gets the money which is lost through the transition
LOL that's quite a statement coming from a brickie
thing is I remember you trading PMO not so very long ago for penny swings in the 19's and low 20's and then selling out completely in the 21's to go chase some other 'rookie' banking rainbow just before their steady rise back up to 33p
RRE did me proud, almost a 3 bag in just a few months (if you include the 4 fig dividends) whereas I recall you were holding and topping up in the £20's screaming £40 soon before it all came crashing down in March and April last year
rookie by name rookie by nature
nothing changes :-)

It'll get done for you I think. Probably be slow at doing it
