Banbury - with respect my position is not based on Helpful being here for 5 years or whatever other beef you guys have. Its based on what the company executes in a time frame i deem it to be reasonable. You have to understand i've been around the markets for some 15 years, I know RRR/Bell very well. I think the risk v reward is very acceptable from £3.8m as Bell once again like it or not has an opportunity to go from villain to hero like GR of PREM and many others.
As i've said the next step is to enter into binding agreements with these parties, the moment they do the project is then hugely derisked because you have pricing terms, a mechanism to get your product to a willing buyer, the market will then take this up very significantly as it will forward price the revenues/profits very quickly. The project becomes real at this point. Thats when things go the other way very quickly and you get moves like you did in 2020 from 0.16 to 1.20.
Helpless are you real? And you are not trying to manipulate the price merely helping poor folks out with your wisdom. 🤣🤣 what a narcsssist
Ha! Lomax, a bit of self-awareness.
I am in here because I think there is upside. You are here because you think you can manipulate the share price to your advantage. Not quite the same.
Not the only news Trade but duplicitous conduct on DRC means treat with caution any other news.
I note helpfull is bigging this up massively. He's been doing that for five years and any one investing would have lost a fortune. Let's get DRC over the line before we big up further Glencore claims. If our Glencore claims had any merit they would have taken us out by now
You call us trolls I like to think that we are the Ying to your Yang. You Mr Lundy are talking up your own book, you have loan notes at .002p, you say you own 10% or so of ALR so you are a ramper. You are only here to help yourself as we all are
LOL Helpful, always going on about Glencore. Red Rock getting money from them is never happening.
Also why don't you let Glencore know that you think they are crooks?
This will be the Glencore RNS from a few years ago:

Banbury - I will not be here by xmas waiting on it. I said to you before if i don't see tangible progress in a time frame i deem to be acceptable i'll be gone.
I see good enough movement on the Lithium asset to stay positioned for now, i expect now for RRR and ALR to convert the contract mining/partner/offtake/Chinese sales discussions to official contracts and binding terms so we can see what pricing/tonnage/life of mine will be and commencement date for exports to begin at Tin Hill. That is what i am looking for next.
Trade you are really optimistic on DRC.
I've a funny feeling your enthusiasm might taper as we approach Xmas and the excuses are wheeled out.
Many on here have seen all this before let's hope it not a repeat :)
Seems like the coffee is being prepared and some of the trolls are starting to smell it.
DRC will be fun but Glencore will be much more fun in due course and it looks like ALR will be a money making machine. 😎
Fingers crossed 🤞
DYOR
We are saying the same thing about the judgement, its been ruled in rrr favour and rrr have signed it. We need the other party to sign it that is the delay so far but Bell in the interview seemed hopeful of getting that call to fly out there for funds transfer.
Its not the only news now - lots of contract announcements and terms to be agreed for lithium sales to begin now.
Lets see hopeful of a few announcements intraday any day now.
Lithium project:
- terms with offtake/contract miner/partner
- samples being sent to chinese buyers for export/pricing terms and contracts with them.
We know this could now be a larger than 5k tonne per month operation at just tin hill - $5k tonne per month at $1500 a tonne = $7.5m per month thats $90m a year or possibly more now from just 1 licence.
DRC $7.5m:
- we await to receive the signed document and indeed if we do see him suddenly flying to the DRC now we know its done.
Atb
If the other party hasn't put their mark on the documents then you hasn't got a signed judgement.
And for the doubters only Bell would have the neck and duplicitous nature to pull the DRC stunt twice. :) Helpful will of course shrug it off as no consequence other holders may think differently.
The judgment is signed he said, it’s the other side that won’t sign. Not difficult to understand is it 🤫
Some will have watched that video and be very happy with Bell because if in the near future he tweets he is going to the DRC along with maybe a photo of a piggy bank, that will no doubt spike the price. Saying that last year around June he was going to the DRC and he said he wasn't returning without the money; in a proactive interview he said they were all going to gather around a table and the money would then be divvied out. Yet 15 months later still no money.
Yes when we get the signed judgement (that has already been ruled in rrr favour and vetted by the uk nomad) by the other party. Not difficult to understand.
Bell slipped up in his interview when he said “ when we get the judgment” he said in June that all judgments had gone in their favour. Which is it.
Duke I would not stop posting.
You are right. RRR cash burn is eyewatering and a raise is inevitable. Debt is oftern hidden and in some case the accounts publication delayed to keep it so for longer. Its called sharp practices and dodgy governance.
Bell as you say has been duplicitous in the past and unlike others on here I'm not convinced DRC will happen. Others have pointed out the lack of public documents or independent news and it does raise doubts.
This board seems more upbeat than normal so good luck to investors. Let's hope I'm wrong on all three counts :)
Agreed fella, things with CLNs with the likes of Riverfort etc, they never play by the rules and will decimate the price to get more shares, so definitely a good thing to get rid of them. Honestly tho from your last post you should and would think RRR have plenty of cash left, unfortunately Bell has proven he can burn through money quicker than you could ever imagine, plus until the Annual results come out you don’t know what other debt has been taken on - For example the 50 million warrants are two an unsecured lender ?? Surely we should have but more detail around that ! But as I have said before if DRC money hits RRR bank account, or lithium sales/production starts this will sky rocket ! Apologies for being such a negative poster on a share you invested in, it is purely due to my hatred of Andrew Bell and how I believe he is a parasite and the complete opposite to Robin Hood. I wish you well here trade desk and will try to refrain from posting here as if DRC money comes through or lithium sales start and someone sold or hadn’t bought due ti my comments I’d be gutted ! Good luck all ‘
It's quite amusing reading again Bells explanations when he wanted to lower the Red Rock nominal value, then later have a share consolidation.
Read the 4th December 2014 RRR newsletter for his reasoning for wanting to lower (he calls it par) the nominal value. He wanted it lowering from 0.1p (tenth of penny) to 0.01p (100th of penny).

......
Read the 23 November 2015 newsletter for his reasoning for wanting a 25-1 share consolidation.

No worries Dukee. I enjoy the debate helps me see things i may have overlooked.
Just on rrr cash:
On 21st June they raised £236,032.38 + £60k of own cash to settle the vwap connected CLN & Debt coversions which were killing the price with Riverfort & Diversified Metals.
On 11 May 2023 they raised £535,840 for work capital & a further £288,750 on 22nd June - total of £824,590. So should be a decent amount still there, free of the 'toxic' CLNs & Debt.
Doubt they've burnt through +£800k in 3 months and 2 weeks. We should be good.
My bad !
Ignore second point of last message, I assumed the 50m warrants were issued to the CLN converter but it does not state that, so moot point be me and shows helpful is correct I need to learn to read 🙈
I agree - Converting CLN’s at 30% higher price shows to things
(1) They are super confident the SP is going higher
(2) If they were an unsecured lender they could be getting out what they could as quick as they could
Again only time will tell us which one
Done not sone
I never argued the point of shares in issue …lol, that only becomes an issue if comes close to nominal value - But I think you are right about altering the nominal value - In sure I was involved in a company that sone it before 😉
