i guess that explains the sp in the red....still waiting for news to arrive. I expect the sp to move very quickly upwards when permit news is announced, assuming it is positive of course....i think it will be so just have to wait i guess
Mms not expecting news any time soon.
RMP usually as leaky as a sieve
As usual a few sells earlier on and they drop the price but when buys outweigh the sells, the sp stays in the red. The sp has been suffering at these lows levels for some time now. The permit news must be due soon. Wonder how much longer it will take? This has been dragging on for some time now. Really could do with some positive movement here. An MTFB kind of move would be nice......with good news of course
Hi Swify, according to the RNS after approval RMP state their intention to drill within 15 days .
HI Suthy- did it say drill announcement 15 days after renewal for sure ? - I seemed to have missed that, regards
My understanding is that the permit approval then gives RMP 70% ownership of the huge acerage for a £500,000 payment to the joint venture and then within 15 days RMP will state it’s intention to drill.
what happened to the Alaska North Slope? I noticed RMP want to sell but are 88e still the other interested party?
I've got an extra £10k made from these pumping covid-19 pharmaceutical companies . My friend told me to buy here and wait for the permit approval and the sp would shoot up because of the 500 million issued shares. I'm a bit confused com. Can anyone help please? Vgla
Sadly tried my luck with a bio today and got stung big time....hence need some good luck here. So easy to get stung with the bio's...more patience as ever needed here, but i am hopeful that when news is released, hopefully very soon, it will be very positive.
I bought in as i expected the renewal to come early April. Since then no news and the sp has just fallen. It is annoying to see the sp falling despite more buys relative to sells seemingly going through a lot of the time. However i do think news is due very soon. This sp can move quickly with the right news so just holding and waiting. Could do with some good luck for a change......
seems more buys yet sp in the red. This share does seem to have been held back for a long time and seems to just drift down even when there are more buys relative to sells. Hope we get some good news here soon...good news should boost the sp significantly imo
Yes you are right, it did say it was under assessment. It looks like it is getting closer, which seems to fit with the timeline of the other permits.
Yes a fairly expected reported. It appears from the other approvals that have taken place that there is around an average of a three month wait give or take. Given that it was submitted prior to 19th Feb I am expecting early to mid May. Cash in bank is a great position to be in .
Agreed it will take a little while to recover. The people who tend to make money are those that invest in uncertain times. Because sure as hell things will recover and everyone will pile in at much higher prices
If you are going to punt....now is the time, not at 1p +. Low number of shares in issue and current market cap is valued at cash in bank only .
This will drag long time to recover from this covid 19.
After being in this shower during the Puntland and Alaska debacles, you'd think I would have learnt my lesson... nope, bought a few a couple of days ago. Only punt money though, nothing major. We shall see what happens.
We have cash in bank , great time for investment, Should get some good bargains
Selling free
Thanks Fuse 7, I can see it was lodged on 14th Feb 2020. Will come anytime now. It is difficult to say when, but it is currently being assessed. The quarterly report is due this month I believe. It would be nice if it sneaked in before the report, we will see.
Thanks Fuse 7, that was an interesting read. It provides a comprehensive update on proceedings. The prospect looks very interesting and RMP’s share is quite considerable if they take it up
Hi Swify,
Unlikely it will go beyond 3p with news alone, somewhere between 1p and 2p on permit news I think and with a firm drill date then possibly 2p to 3p. However, once drill commences this stock has been known to rocket upwards. It all depends on your risk profile. At this levels, it’s worth buying as it equals cash in bank. As I have mentioned earlier once it starts to move then it’s more tricky.
HI Suthy , so you think it could go beyond 3p on news of renewed permit & drill programe in 1 RNS ? I've been averaging down over 5 years since the dreaded Puntland, and now have a price of .004 p , so i need to get the timing just right on news. Or do you feel RMP will rather feed new in separate chunks. Speculative question i know, but what are your thoughts on that
i think 2p is definitely, with permit approval. The subsequent intention to drill should l send this upwards . i do bebieve they were also looking at other shallow drills , so could be quite interesting.
So you confident we'llsee 3p + within the next 4/6 months?
