i am just wondering what exactly COC got from the partners that led them to the decision to hand out that special divi, i mean they must have had some assurance, one would assume that is binding, which made them feel comfortable handing back so much cash before FID.
i cant see them with their millions of shares and tens of millions invested handing out so much cash that it weakened their negotiating position when it came to crunch time, they surely must have a deal sorted..........nowt else makes much sense
fund managers like these dont want to take this into production, they dont want all the risks that come with being operators, they want a substantial return on investment within a reasonable time frame, not own this company for years and years..........its got to be a full sale around FID, i cant see any other logical explanation, thats the obvious conclusion even before they distributed that cash via special divi, that action only goes to reinforce the view they aint going into production.........?
FID on Etinde. Is there any hurry? The D could be a No but this seems unlikely. We want a Yes but somehow I feel there maybe no decision. Could Etinde partners take out Bowleven now rather than wait for FID? The political situation in Cameroon is currently going downhill but this shouldn’t really put of the partners. Come on give us some news and allow us to move on.
That’s already happened. This is the worse of the worse in my portfolio
.....and then it will drop so low that it won't be worth selling. :-)))
It really don’t matter where the sp is today or how low it goes , it matters where it will be next week . I know I won’t be scared into selling.
Any ideas why this dropped 10% yesterday on no news? (aside from 1msn's deramping)
Wouldn’t worry about 1msn, he used to ramp based on exactly zero substance then he turned on a sixpence and now de-ramps based on exactly zero substance
Whats the news 1msn and why is it lights out?
Look like lights out...
Looks like we are getting news we didn't want
here it comes..
Lets hope for some news we are all waiting for
I wonder if we'll get any additional information? Not that much left of 2019.
The good news is that if/when FID money arrives, the mcap basically values the remainder of our Etinde investment for c.£20m. Percentage wise, that remainder is the same % as the portion we farmed out for $200m. So while this is the most tedious wait ever, you would hope there's light at the end of the tunnel
Don't worrie boys and girls we all are underwater in this share my average is I think 0.45p and I too am broke to invest any more hear 30k now worth 5k
Good afternoon Luck and everyone, I certainly hope your correct with your thoughts on this
I am a long term holder and vastly underwater but unable to average down due to now being
broke, but would buy at current price if I could.
Hope this comes Good , Best of luck to all.

Well i bought here earlier for what its worth, approximately £1500 but £1488 after dealing costs etc and my trade not showing on here ?
No need to be be rude..a late interest that you are to the BLVN train... you have been pretty wrong so far... as we all are... I'm just being realistic now...
Give it a rest 1MSN, it is obvious to everyone that you are position posting, just like you were when you made up blatant lies to try and ramp the alleged 4million shares that you held. How many shares are you claiming to hold now just out of interest?
Anyone need reminding about 1MSN s blatant ramping lies give me a shout and I'll provide them for you.
After 10.2 goes nothing below ....
New Age website.....
Pipeline of key developments
Litchendjili (Marine XII, Congo)
Nene (Marine XII, Congo)
Etinde (Cameroon)
Aje (OML113, Nigeria)
Good to see Etinde is still front and centre of New Age thoughts.
I agree, but thats the same position it has been for the last 10 years....
This share is very much a play on FID and production. Given New Age sold Congo to finance Etinde and indeed sold to Lukoil this field is going to be developed. Loads of change at New Age infers that a new management team is being put in place so as to develop Etinde. Given New age ownership I would expect increased Chinese influence over the development and potential for Bowleven and Lukoil to be bought out as soon as FID is reached. Cash is not the determinant of value now, future development is.
