Reading between the lines I believe everything has been lodged with the Swedish Exchange and they are now just waiting for the green light to list and agree a date. Hopefully any announcement will come with details on how to trade and settle , most likely CDI route in crest. Should not be long now unless there is a problem.
Anyone found any info or link about the Stockholm listing ? Been a while now .
There not listed yet , should be soon I hope. Will be listed on the Swedish Exchange and will be priced in Krona. See previous rns's
Anyone know which broker handles MATRA share buy/sells. Had mine for years, not many but I'd rather have some money back now. Thanks.
Must be due very soon as we end March , expect notification about listing next week now. Got no replies from enquiries so guess they are at crucial stage ? Seems like an eternity waiting for this one to come alive. GLA
Well after spending £11,052 all them years ago I now have the above £34.45 all I can say is this better turn out better than this . Dick turpin wore a masks. I still have a million in my sip but cant look at the moment.
mine is the same, Barclays are always a little slow on the change/updates, I guess in the next few days they will update again and divide your new 232,115 shares by 1000 and you will end up with 232! I had written these shares off 100% so anything would be a bonus :-)
I used to hold 40,000 shares. I looked just now & Barclays have me down for owning 232,115...........?
Just my view for what its worth , whatever the listing price will be I expect a quick sell off from long term holders just so they can get some cash back and then a slow climb back up until they deliver the good news re JV or even a take out.
Just got mine through on IWeb (Halifax). 1 share for every 1000.
No probs think that was the last move before listing although not sure if they have sussed out how this will settle in Crest yet , still await details , probably CDI's held in Crest.
Dave, thank you for confirming my numbers are accurate. Now ready for lift off I guess!!
yep 65681 x 5 divided by 1000 = 328
Just received this through II 1 new share for every old 1000. Matra Sweden.
I started with 65,681 shares but now only have 328. Is that right?
Final allocation of shares now on your accounts just need the stock listed now and we should see a proper valuation and dealing facilities , here's hoping for a good listing price very soon.
The Company says listing is soon and have also emailed Mangold for any info , no reply as yet. i would expect some time in the next couple of weeks unless there is an issue we are unaware off. unless they do a dual listing I'm not sure you will get a correct valuation on your portfolio unless they do show Krona pricing. Think we will find out very soon.
Anybody heard any further info on this share, am still showing zero price, with TDDirect
here? Showing a price of 1p on my IWeb account. Is this going to be relisted and where? Back on lse? Last I heard were on Swedish stock exchange. Does this mean they will be dual listed. And is new Matra separate from 'old' Matra. Had these for years and had written them off. Sorry for all the questions...think we are all confused.
I would say its overdue now so must have some teething problems with settlement is my guess , but expect it to happen before month end. Could have done with the oil price staying up as this will affect listing price I guess. Not long now , I have faith in the board unlike many other AIM's companies.
When is it planned to start?
Think they are trying to sort out how this will be traded and settled via Crest. Here's to a good listing price and upward turn once trading starts.
Makes a bit more sense, tempted to try to sell them though!😉
