This gate is closed & I will not be opening any more. 7) Wait for a two horse race 50% chance. 8) Don't listern to strange men in a pub with a dog.
Meet the CEO, see if he is a delusional pathalogical liar.....
Is it? There a plenty of XEL type companies in existence today which have people piling money into them. Try having a reasoned and evidenced conversation with people who post on the boards of those shares. See what vitriolic abuse you get. As with Afren and GKP, just go back to posts from a few years ago and see the aggressive attacks towards anybody who offered an alternative opinion. Small investors oughht to be humble and exchange opposing ideas in order to test their own ideas to destruction. They need to exchange factual information regardless of its positive or negative conclusions. It never happens and it never will, that is why statistically most small investors lose money in the long run. People don't bother shutting gates and they move on and open more.
It's easy to shut the gate after the horse has bolted.
Lessons to be learned: 1) Dont invest in oil and gas companies that do not have strong and reliable cash flows 2) Don't invest in oil and gas companies with high Net Debt to EBITDA ratios. 3) Don't invest in oil and gas companies that are not conservative in their forecasts 4) Don't abuse and shout down people who offer reasoned critiscm of your own position 5) Dont buy in a high oil price era, wait until there is blood on the streets Anybody investing in any oil company with significant debts and no cash flows is playing an extremely high risk game and should expect to lose everything.
if you mean flosspot on iii he is almost certainly cole hole himself. his ego wont let him keep his snout out
a complete & utter fraud on every front ... despicable egotist
Be careful, Overcoat will be giving you a verbal warning.
Thanks for reply guys not Sure who is left with shares and stayed til the end What a ****img disaster it's been and It would be great to see some return I turned 50 this year and planned on using my xel fund but shit happens still can't believe what a mug I've been and stayed all these years listening to the bod Hope they get what's coming to them I'm lucky I have my health and good job and family I'm. ****ed off with xel but in ia way glad it's all over and I can't invest no more Good luck to all the genuine investors . To the whankers that are paid to ramp and to all the mms and crooks on aim and the bod I say go **** yourself
Clearly with the rundown to leases expiry date, and one hopes that includes Chadwick with it's possible use to Bentley, it will be of benefit to both buyer and seller, (and shareholders) if a deal can be concluded asap. So that is one positive from this mess, one way or another we will know soon, finally, away from the earlier obfuscations of the bod, industry valuation will be revealed.
The bondholders proposal was not voted on and withdrawn in favour of them suing as they did to liquidate xel and which happened. Now xel's sole asset xer is up for auction by the liquidators, and proceeds from same will be divided to pay bills such as bondholders, liquidators, and others further up the queue than shareholders. Whatever is left is is divided into the 309m shares or thereabouts outstanding.
Hi Ethan, I hope you are well and are surviving despite the XEL Fiasco. To be honest I am not expecting anything. If we do get anything I doubt it will amount to much. Very Very BAD Story here. I have lost ( for me anyway ) A lot of Money here and I know that you are in deeper. Rupert Cole should be Hung drawn and quartered as far as Ia m concerned. He is a Lying manipulative egotist. If he had at least been honest in what was going on many holders would have bailed out and saved at least something to move on with. Thankfully I have good health (touch wood...) And Iam working hard to move on and forget the whole stinking pile of festering pus that was the BOD of Xcite Energy..............What a Fking Scam and no Government entity not the FCA the OGA etc give a damn.
Can anyone enlighten me please I'm still in here unfortunately If we get offered say 20 p per share do the bond holders get 98.5 % of it or just what they are owed Any reply would be grateful thanks
Good to see the Chuckle Brothers are still getting work and working together. Three years in a row now, and still not been found out...... Wait a minute. It looks like they have a new brother on the bill.
There is a lot in common between LEGENDS and Rupert Cole. They are both delusional purveyors of half truths with no shame. They actually deserve each other.
I would suggest you all ignore that poster; like we used to do. - If you look up LEGENDS in the dictionary it cross references to Irony.
Oh & legends its a pity a lot of Pi's had not listened to your absolute (fanciful at times) utter nonsense, they may have been able to see the wood from the trees & sold with a small amount left! Instead your continuous ramping...borderline lies at times , were atrocious, which UNDOUBTEDLY caused some people to stay in...you are to blame !!
In all fairness to Missy, they are unfortunately 'Probably' right...
I would suggest you all ignore that poster; like we used to do.
You are not correct, there was no egm, the proposal was not voted on, the company was placed in liquidation for sale at best.
does anyone bother telling lies and spouting misinformation on this BB anymore. All it does is speak volumes about those individuals. Weirdos.
Well we wont have long to wait, no one knows at all do they Missy...
I am pretty new to this situation, I just received the notification from my broker saying that XEL is delisted. So what may I expect in the future? any chance it may be re-listed again and my share can worth a little bit?
STO over Innovator.
Here , HERE! Well said that man!
