Unfortunately could be a while before sales and profits are announced - things are just starting
I must admit things are looking very positive. Once sales and hopefully profits figures are announced things may start getting very interesting. Our share of profit may even exceed our market value which is about £600,000 at the moment. Still hoping for a return to aim market in the near future.
Roll on April. Website looks a lot better also seems to be expanding eg: "The Civex Group also sells reconstituted limestone blocks, and other products such as sand, aglime and crushed limestone from its quarry in Wilbinga.".
23 March 2017 Leed Resources Plc ("Leed") is pleased to announce that, further to the completion of the restructuring of High Mannor Pty Ltd (“High Mannor”), as from 1st April 2017 all the business activities will be transferred from High Mannor to a new company, Civex Group Pty Ltd ("Civex Group"). Civex Group is wholly-owned by Civex Group Holdings Pty Ltd. A new website has gone live at www.civexgroup.com.au As announced on 22 December 2016, Leed now holds approximately 33% in the holding company for the business, which has been renamed Civex Group Holdings Pty Ltd. Leed is pleased with the completion of this restructuring which places Civex Group on a firmer base from which to progress. A further update on the business and operations of Civex is expected in April 2017.
Cheers to you as well. Looking very good. Hopefully profits being made about a third to leed.
Cheers. Good news.
Thanks i just needed to refresh - good news as well. May get some positive news on production soon then.
Leeds - look under announcements.
Leed or Civex website, i am struggling to find anything about it. Thanks.
Announcement on Leeds website restructure has been completed.
As Leed only investment is in limestone company they would probably be best to obtain the best deal for shareholders and then return the cash to shareholders as they have little cash reserves to continue with other investments. All imo.
Thanks for info good to know that things are being sorted. Still hoping for resisting in near future not really into other share trading platform. News soon.
Had a note from CZ and he confirmed that the company re-structuring has gone very well and they are supplying good number of the blocks; moulds are working well now. He was very positive about the management team and the future, but emphasised it is a good start with much to do in the future but all sounded very positive. They are also looking into other revenue streams in Australia, which sounded very interesting. Keep the Faith!!!!!
All good news i think.
Also seem to be selling other products now eg: "sand, aglime and crushed limestone".
Could be an interesting development, hopefully we get an update from LDP soon.
Interesting developments on the cultural limestone website - now civex group.
'looking back the manas thing was not real' I was invested in LDP back when it was a gas producer. Manas was an excuse for a few crooks to get some money back. Tried to warn but no one listens when it is going up.
This was a gamble share I actually think looking back the manas thing was not real imvho
Steve I would love that to happen I really cannot see it at all mate I spoke to the team at asset match and they said very few tend to go back on the AIM once de listed and using the platform I tend to agree really
Hope for good news soon and maybe aim relisting.
Bannor......yes,roll on the next auction....but I am not holding my breath on that...lol Good luck to you too
Steve, yes sleepless nights are a lot less now, the little one is coming on fine..... Good luck here, your optimism as regard to this company is to be admired . A T B
All good thanks & trust so with you.... hope you're right about the relist as it would happen with a major rerate I'd think.... GL & speak again in about 2&1/2 months LoL
Hope all good with you. I am very optimistic that the limestone company will pull through. Last Rns was very positive and upbeat. Sales forward orders all looking good. Leed own 33% of company. IMO we could be getting a good share of profits sooner than we think. Interesting that 10 million shares were matched in auction. I shall keep my shares where they are no auction for me. They will be back to aim market this year imo.
