Reading Interim Results from 31st March 2023 it says the "Average gross production for the period across the Group's Netherlands assets was 18.0 MMscfd, approximately 3,205 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd)"
So help me out with the calculations here please Ladies; The current wholesale natural gas price is about $2.5 per MMBtu and Parkmead are running at 18MMscfd = 18720 MMBtu per day.
18720 x 2.5 = $46,800 per day
46,800 x 365 = $17 million dollars per year gross coming in (subject to tax) from the Netherlands operations.
Parkmeads Market Capitalisation currently stands at about £20M.

It’s legal on AIM
Well not quite the answer........Resident shorter is never far away when concocting ulterior motive.
In theory there is £60m of tax savings, however I would imagine the rest of the business would weigh on that as a valuation. Does anyone really want farmland, a couple of wind turbines, and a tiny producing asset in the Netherlands? Disposal of these “assets” will be time consuming and expensive.
Also if Labour get in then these tax losses become worthless…
Mr H, I'm no expert but yes that seems good way to understand what the tax loss is 'really worth', maybe the other part of the buyout/merger would want their slice of the £60M. Do Parkmead have to use this tax loss within 4 years?
Changing subject a little; I just tried a dummy sell and strangely got offered a higher price to sell bigger chunks than smaller amounts. I guess that means someone is still accumulating... or could be just halifax choosing to use LSE for the small sell versus AQSE for the bigger sell.
I believe level2 subscription only shows LSE book so it's a bit pointless paying £35 a month to view LSE when the main event is happening over on AQSE? We are just minions at the bottom of the pile, you got to be in the top tier club to know the real truth.
In the RNS of 19.6 it states that the company has 'a very significant pool of UK tax losses which total in excess of £150M'
If PMG merged with another NS company with significant production, does this mean it could be worth up to 40% of this i.e. £60M? I'm sure that cannot be correct as it would make PMG ridiculously undervalued. Perhaps someone could enlighten me on how this works. [I am aware that it cannot be used to offset the 35%EPL]
Watch this space and follow the money.
Skerryvore is 3 times larger than Perth about the same size as Kraken.
GPA relinquished and taken onboard by a major
Good news coming..........
Daily fibonacci about 46p and the weekly is about 43p, so technically good upside. Not sure if Perth area can be reconsidered. Not sure how much Skerryvore adds with 40% of 150 million barrels is it about £4 billion pound total recoverable…
Back to the 30p area
Or news leaked mote
For all long suffering shareholders enjoy today, long overdue imo.
