Blood sucking leech :)
Fear of the aim markets is what leds to spectacular gains. The unstable frontier markets of East Africa would bring some of the biggest windfalls for the shareholders of Ortac Resources and any other countries who are involved there in next few years- fortune favours the brave. And the Slovakian asset is an hidden gem - East European countries need their tax revenues and jobs - I see the opposition to the Kremnica project crumbling in next 18-24+ month...the project would possibly get expedited with the right sort of local partnership/joint ventures. Ortac can be a 200+m market cap company in next few years.
Well I wasn't predicting it to rise P00rman. 2p should hold until the next findraising. I see chaotic calmness is still giving out wild valuations even though Slovakis has almost zero value for very good and well known reasons.
I'd be surprised if we see any significant sp movement this year, but have high hopes for 2018. I'm not invested here in the hope of making a quick buck - this is my 'long termer' stock. We know all about the assets and i'm happy that we appear to be under the radar for now. Gives me a chance to continue to build a position. Delighted to be here for the long term
Fully agree Nick has a clear vision and this is a great top up opportunity in the low 2s at the early stages of OTC’s new strategy. Next year will be very interesting indeed.
Obviously I invested here because I liked what I had researched. However since Nick has come on board I believe he is a very driven individual and the assets we have are potentially massive. I'll admit my investment coming hasn't been the best however i've managed to average down and will just sit and wait now. Happy also to add as and when i can. OTC has a great future with Nick at the helm.
Been touch and go for so long but now I truly believe we’ve got a great chance at real value. I’m an investor and a ridiculous optimist. It’s a bad combo sometimes. Learning to preserve my stake money has been a hard lesson. Dilution and consolidation has been painful. Cash is king though and always will be. If we can build that, we can avoid the carp that has plagued this share and the resources sector for so long. Ortac has survived though so roll on more great news!
Well done for hanging in there. I'm relatively short term here (only a few months) but have no intention of selling up any time soon. I believe the value is in the medium/long term. I'll admit i was a little sceptical about recent sp quotes from other posters however after doing some calculations, i'm beginning to see the long term sp potential is massive. So yes in time the sp could be multiples of what it is today
Watched NVS’ vid a few times now and he confirms 2.5m in the bank which is great. For me, he appears quite cool on the topic of a JV in Slovakia and the closing date has passed. I’d prefer a sale to firm up that cash position. Interesting he said we’ll be looking to develop at least one of the core assets (DRC for sure). Again, he seemed cool on Zambia. Been invested in this for so long now. Dreaming of a 4m+ oz play. Then one of the big players to come along and offer us a wedge to buy a slice.
The boss said on his latest podcast only a couple of days ago that we're fully funded well into next year. So no cash raising coming soon.
Oh yeah i'm not doubting it can multi bag, but as it stands at the moment i think it's positioned where it should be until that game changing news arrives. But what will be keeping the sp down at the minute is people buying in now are gambling that news will arrive before a placing or vice versa - if news arrives first great chances are they will be up but if the placing arrives first then they'll miss out on a better buy in price
Agree When PYC can go from 1p to 20p+ on a matter of four days on 500k revenue tieup with a pharmacy major, Ortac can go similar with a tie up with a mining major over its Slovakian and DRC asset for an combined life of mine revenue potential of $2.5+ billion....that DRC project is turning up to be an gigantic asset of upwards of 2-5+ million au oz...
The ones you are comparing it too will have something over this or the market would have caught on by now. The fact that funding has always been a bit of an issue for Ortac or maybe the others are further along but the market wouldn't sleep on this one for so long if they wasn't worried about something. My guess is it's funding and until that is taken care of then it isn't undervalued
Considering the market cap of other junior miners, it is massively undervalued. There aren't many junior mining companies in AIM that are sitting with PFS with life of mine annual revenue of $1+ billion dollar. And Ortac is sitting with two at Slovakia and DRC. And then they still have their stake in Zambia and Eriteria which is additional bonus. Epicly undervalued...
It's valued at where the market value you it at. It isn't undervalued by 15 - 40x at all
Just with Sturec, the market cap has the potential to reach 40m-50m. The Sturec PFS indicates net current value of the project above $100m and a life of mine value of above $1 billion dollars! Any game changing announcement regarding the Sturec asset would lead to the takeoff of the share price....and while DRC project is marching towards its own PFS by 2019. That's another mega beast that the market hasn't factored in yet. And with the government of DRC having their own 5% stake in casa mining, that project is a sleeping dragon, that could explode Ortac's market cap above 250m+. Ortac Resources is undervalued by epic proportion. 15x-40x+...
with one exception here: a) in the case sturec is sold, the share price will shift by the amount collected from sturec sale. there are two kinds of customers who are interested in sturec: 1) long term gold producer already working in that are. 2) local authorities around sturec mines as It will bring them lots of direct and indirect jobs. b) in the case sturec is handed to a partner at agreed percentage form profit sp will move by the expected income from this operation. in both cases sp is likely to move upward within weeks as expected results from sturec negotiation is within this time frame.
positive movement
I wouldn't get too excited, i'm in SOLG and their find is huge and getting bigger every month but the sp keeps dropping, looking forward to a long, long term hold here.
sp +11%
Yes certainly undervalued. By how much only time will tell. I'm not expecting a big rerate anytime soon but 2018 should see things become more clearer re our assets. Whilst this is not my biggest holding (yet) i'm continually building a position here and happy to add on the sp drops. The gold is there but it's going to take time to get it out of the ground and to market. I think 5 years+ should see us all very well rewarded.
the next big gold deposit found so far. 1) it is virgin. no gold has being extracted before 2) it is high ground in the middle of the African continent. a condition of gold separation 'geological' 3) it is next to the African fault where deposits of gold could be stored watch this video on gold formation conditions and extraction https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWFa5Mf3h_Q
Between Nick Von Schirnding and Michael Foster, Ortac Resources have got two of the most experienced resource operator in AIM who have delivered massive value to shareholders previously. The guys are persistent, and know what they are doing. 2018 would be a year of reckoning. Slovakia and DRC is where we will generate massive value. The other two project is bonus. Both the Slovakian and DRC asset has an potential to generate more than $500 million annual revenue individually. Ortac Resources is undervalued by 15x-25x factor.
below is your last message i.e "YUOR"--"where were you all these days and "why do you insist etc your last post "I being programming" is Pigeon English at very best "is just de-ramping. good play fulmar29. where were you all these days? we have not seen you spreading any good news about this stock. yuor contribution in nothing but negative. I don't think one thing worries me Mmmmmmmm ???? and lots more. why do you insist to win your money form crime such as these. do you find it pleasant to mislead fellow traders. To call what i said negative and a crime is ignorant and albeit in a language all of your own shows a complete and utter lack of any intelligence whatsoever My original post was merely asking a question to other posters (which are normally discussed on here with adults)the question of the new board member's history/credentials which may give clues to the future. To assess my question/observation as a negative attempt to criminally influence others is dim,and before opening your juvenile uneducated mouth,I suggest you look at a poste'rs history.if your had bothered instead of the knee jerk reaction to something you misunderstood you would see that I am heavily invested and perhaps am a little overoptimistic re this share . On the other hand your posting history show exactly how inexperienced and naiive you are and I would suggest you say a lot less and listen and learn a lot more.
you seems to be a bit puzzled mate. the three lines you called broken English are copied and pasted from your comments. as to electronic devices I being programming them for ages and I hate their stupidity which you are calling proudly 'complicated'. we wish that all contributors to this board come with some thing new and constructive, not just negative feelings.
