Ummm I'm not smoking that. I just researching a company that sells the Marijuana for investment. And yes I'm pretty sure Max is dead.
Hello Cleverdicks: You remind me of the musicians playing on the deck of the titanic as it sank. The only ember burning is the one on the end of your marijuana cigarettes, and it appears to be burning brightly because you have to be high to still be here thinking that the phoenix will rise. The equity was wiped out in the administration proceeding. Tis over. The fat lady went home last year. Cheers.
So you agree an ember is still burning? :)
I am almost positive in the report I read last year they gave the production to the bank in payment for the bank loan. The subsidiary they sold for 1 million covered most of the remaining assets including the part with the failed deep well. It was sold to an associate of the company who was trying to buy into us at the end. This report mentions none of that only the 1 million sale of the subsidiary. Dam old age messes with the memory.
It was £180k, not £1Mill. Don't know where I got that figure from?? :)
No idea mate. It could be another 6 months, a year or more. However, oil above $50 a barrel and staying there gives me hope that we may come through this. I read the whole report and somewhere it said they owed so and so £1 million and they paid it, before the deadline, Where did that come from? We could be at 5,000 bbls a day now for all we know. Fingers and toes still firmly crossed.
Cheers ,what time span would you expect

Cheers, all the best to you too, long time no post :) Things are pretty grim at the mo, need Max to rise like the proverbial Phoenix to pull me out of the shoite.....lol

See Section 9 of the latest Administrators report for MXP at Companies House. i'm no legal eagle, but it reads to me that there is still a straw to cling on to.
Guys it's gone no more ,and all the other sayings that go with it that I won't repeat ,coggy I feel your pain . But good luck to the future
Where did you get that info from, may i ask?
Backdoor theft.....just before the end we drilled numerous wells all striking unbelievable.
From my understanding the administrator sold off all the assets already. The creditors got pennies on the dollar. They sold the exploration rights for 1 million to a chap with ties to our so called white knights. It blows my mind that the bank blocked the investment deal from AGR and then ended up with a small fraction of what they turned down.
