Fairly obvious answer really, RU is still calling the shots in Georgia via its puppet regime, the situation in Ukraine will be focusing georgian minds on where thier loyalty lies, but to decide to lean west will inevitably incur the wrath of the Russians which seems in capable of fighting in the battle fields and targets women children and the elderly instead. The Georgians will rightly be nervous of kicking the hornets nest but how long can you live next to and under the control of fascist child murderers? They will inevitably make the right choice eventually, this as always is a battle of hearts and minds which russia never understood and for that reason can never win. Everyone hates them even the Chinese and Indians, tho that doesn't stop them buying cheap oil for the time being.
If there are no further legal cases and the current ones are in the main 'academic', there is no reason why the company cannot expedite things now, recommence and re-list. After all, given the situation unfolding in Ukraine and the increase in hostilities today from russia, it's becoming more pressing that alternative supplies be introduced. That alone will have a 2-fold impact; no further dependence on russia and turning the focus towards a EU friendly supplier.
It's almost becoming a 'no brainer' situation where it's a win win situation.
Begs the question: What is delaying things?
So there's no legal cases known about for after this date? If so, hopefully good news in the new year!
Hi MontiBurns - I haven't heard anything. All we have to go on is the message that JimSlade shared which talked about them "continuing to make progress". They were very bullish in documents submitted in the Texas case regarding the 5 year extension but any replies were wither redacted or not submitted for public view.

Even though would be great o having direct info from Frr that is not looking like until 2023.
On the PSA ext of 5yrs would think that Frr must be very confident of that ext being awarded to them, if not already.
In end, as usual though we hope on everything working out & Frr comeback in 2023.

Thanks for the input Looed. Still lots of haze around FRR. For me, it would be helpful if we could find out what is happening with the Georgian PSA. I guess the company continues to remain schtum because of the ongoing legal cases but they could give us a hint in terms of discussions with the Georgian officials. I presume there has been no word from your contact recently?
There is a hearing end Nov in the Mourant v SN, ZM case – repayment of a foreign debt. To some extent SN is working with the Plaintiff on this one, presumably to make sure any judgement against SN / ZM doesn’t fall solely on him.
Lots of chatter in the Georgian media discussing energy security and independence but mostly in relation to Georgia’s role as an energy carrier and transport hub. I think this is due to recent visits from nearby energy suppliers i.e. Azerbaijan.
I believe May in the next court case.
Is there any up and coming court cases for FRR and any whispers about if production continues, or likely to restart. We are certainly in a time where any gas has increased value and not just monetary but also geographically for alternative sources for Europe. Anyone got a glimmer of good news?
It is pretty clear that among those leaving Russia, there are also people whom the Russian authorities have specifically sent. For example, in Moldova, there have already been demonstrations against the Moldovan government, with the participation of figures who have just arrived from Russia.
Reads good to me RR, there’s another customer needing gas…!
Get another contract sorted Frontera and get them signed up..!
2023 , could this finally be our year…??

Pi*s off you useless id10t. Go and join a forum for that talk please. You are clearly in need of some assistance and have invested far too much of your life into this BB and share. You need to understand that you may have a binary position here, and if it does not come good your trail of dribble will haunt you forever.
Try not to poison your own chalice more than you have already.

" what Russia believed to be an injustice" was not grounds to launch 3000+ cruise missiles into ukraine.
Putrid was again protecting russian speakers, in the early hours of this morning, while the slept !
There is no justification for his attacks and his threats against whole world.
We need all pray that this ends quickly.
Rainbow Rider you know literally nothing. Please stop spamming the board with your ignorance and bad, highly biased,
non-nuanced, immature 'putrid, pukin etc' takes of the Russia Ukraine conflict. This is the FRR board not your little soap box where you constantly spout drivel looking for validation and 'recommends'. I'm just going to report any and all of your Russia posts from here on in. I've grown extremely tired of it. Hopefully you will get a lengthy ban eventually - so that you might actually learn something about the intended function of this 'Frontera Resources Share Chat'.
RR , I have re-read HOG write up, seems he starts it out by saying he doesn’t agree with what Spewtin is doing ..?? And ends it with everyone should be able to choose what they want to do, through peaceful talks..! How is this Spewtin narrative ..??
I don’t write on this board to get tick up’s , I write to make comments , like thanks to the sleuths or agree / disagree with certain comments , I happen to agree with many of your posts regarding this war being connected etc. but i am sorry I didn’t read HOG’s write up as being pro Spewtin, words of choice and peaceful talks don’t ring out as Spewtin like sorry
I get 1 tick-up for telling the truth about putrids reason for invasion of Ukraine.
Houseofgold gets 11 tick-ups for spreading the putrid narrative.
Now you should understand why FRR management remain silent.
Thanks for the find keysersoze , and thanks for your thoughts, hopefully not long to wait then on news..?? Be it good ( we bloody well hope ) or bad, the nightmare ending ..!?

Some announcements coming up in next few weeks. I wonder if this will include Gas production initiatives...
In FRRs recent communication to Jim Slade they mentioned
"We are indeed continuing to make progress. However, due to ongoing legal proceedings that are related to the continued progression of our interests that our board is advancing, we remain restricted in our ability to share details at the moment for confidentiality/strategic reasons." 19th Sep FRR comm with Jim Slade.
This is dependent on court cases (Maybe today's court case) but they're clearly talking about the future and seem hopeful .
On 15 th of Sep...
"the strength of the ???????? strategic partnership, and the importance of increasing economic/commercial ties between our two countries."
David Zalkaliani discussing with US Congressman Brian Babbin (FRR supporter) - 15th Sep 22.
I can't see Georgia waiting til mid 2023 (hope court case) for these commercial/economic ties, maybe hope has settled and we're waiting for Zaza latest case to be out the way.
Many many countries are now not buying Spewtin’s gas, they need a new supplier..!
Step up Frontera , because if you have what you say and what we hope you have ..! Sell it to them ..!

I do not condone the violence started by Putrid and there should have been a more peaceful resolution for what Russia believe to be an injustice. The injustice goes back many years when USA and Europe promised not to integrate any of the former soviet Union regions into NATO. That said, all independent countries should have the right to make choices through 'democracy', a word Putrid despises.
I almost forgot about the "Bread basket of the World." We have witnessed the devastation caused to African food supplies. Kindly note the areas which putrid has stolen and the smiles on the face of Lav rot ? They hate anyone who isn't rusky.
Pukin is the real Nazi. You will never hear anyone say that on the BBC. He saw India buying lots of property in Kiev. And we all know what's happened in UK.
Pudin also needs beach-front real estate to claim the Black Sea licenses. Don't forget that he has made incursions into Moldova and Georgia. He wants to put a strangle hold on Europe. Submarines in the Caspian Sea will be a worry, if he isn't stopped now. Rare Metals ? Journalists are always trying to dig deeper in-order to justify their existence. When, on the surface of it, the answers are clearly visible.
These are worrying times indeed.
