Seen it many times over the years. The supposed disinterested and altruistic commentator, with detailed knowledge who only posts on one company, whittling away...and eventually just disappears again.
That's ridiculous. How would my comment achieve that? If I'm wrong, I will be proven wrong before the shares can even be traded. And if you are relying on positive sentiment from chatrooms to move the share price you have no faith in the underlying business.
There is no "concern". Other than carefully, persistently, undermining sentiment.
Klueloss - my concern is that JLP / BMR have not yet begun construction. Certainly not in any meaningful way. Why? The most likely reason, in my opinion, is that they are concerned about the deadlines. I can't see how JLP can risk starting to spend (more) before it has reached agreement with the government. It is difficult for them to reach agreement with the government if they can't demonstrate any progress. Sure, I'm guessing, but we are soon at the point where it becomes impossible to achieve the deadlines and both partners are completely in the hands of the authorities to give them another chance. There's a reasonable chance that they will since it is still likely to be the quickest route to a clean up. But when do they finally lose patience? I have no faith in AB to get it done - he's a london based investment banker and his skills don't lie in tailings processing. Actually, I have a lot of faith in LC and think that he is the best option to stop things going sideways. Maybe more is happening that we are being made aware of? Sure, my primary concern is for Kabwe to get cleaned up. It makes no difference to me who does it, so it might just as well be BMR. At least then the shareholders will finally get some reward for their patience and their pounds.
I have no other alias. I may have even convinced BringMyReward of that, although he will have to confirm either way.
I'd never heard of the NEX stock exchange. I'm sure it's just as, if not more, stringently regulated than AIM. So something to not worry about should it ever come to that. Could you imagine we delist, lose Kabwe and AB says Ester could save us and then relists us on NEX. We can all reignite our passion for BMR and get behind the Tin and Tungsten deposits at Ester albeit with our shareholding worth 100th of its current value. Got to believe.
"My view is the JV will fail within one month" "I remain keen for the project to succeed" I take it you just mean Kabwe itself eventually being cleaned up? If BMR and JLP JV doesn't go ahead I'm not sure how the project can go ahead, at least not with BMR benefiting.
I'm signed up from its original inception. It has been dormant for quite sometime. I think the lack of shareholder pressure is exactly what has allowed AB to destroy shareholder value. The appearance of our 'white knight' AB hasn't quite been all it was cracked up to be. The past has continued to be an indicator of our present performance. We've been going into production every year for the last 5-6 years only for another bright idea coming along that the company deems worthy so forgive me if I am skeptical that LC just wants to play with the build/commission timetable but not the 31.12.18 production deadline. A part of me can't shake the feeling all these timelines (down the years and now) are extended perpetually in order to squeeze a living out for the hard working directors we've been so lucky to have and may still all come to nothing for the seemingly infinite patience of us loyal shareholders.
So keen , you keep showing up here with multiple alias’s to keep talking this down #A£&@holeoragender?
Vignere - genuinely, you are wasting your time with personal attack. It says more about you than me. My view is that the JV will fail within one month. I don't fear being wrong - I can cope with the possibility. Even the likelihood, in this case. Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong. But worrying about commodity prices is completely missing the seriousness of BMR's challenge for the next month. Put your dreams on hold until JLP announce that they have reached a new agreement with the authorities. Only then is it worth your time trying to work out if there is any money to be made here. This is much the same message that led to the attacks from the 'informed', but I can take it. I remain keen for the project to succeed.
I miss Jeremy Hawke.
That's the one!
Is this the hotline number you use for AB? +44(0) 774 702 0600
Vigenere - do you try to bully in real life too? Or just whilst sat at your keyboard?
Hi Eric. Thanks for the upload. You do have to wonder whether he just took his eye off the BMR ball with his fingers firmly stuck in so many pies. Probably spends more time at Black Sea as he finds it easier doing city wheeler dealing than getting his hands dirty in Africa. Hair looked remarkably subdued. Do you think he has a different barnet for each of his companies? Cheers matey.
Also, Black Sea used to be an AIM company but had to delist. It then applied to trade on NEX. Lol. Frightmare. But it's important we dig, as I'm sure our Brynjon would agree. Cheers 3card.
This kind of thing. From the Black Sea Property PLC website. Video published 1 Nov 2017: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cNSl43T8ah8&t=328s Weasel!
Hi mate. The thing is, Bozzer doesn't have any spare time on his hands, because he has his fingers in far too many pies. While he should have been concentrating on BMR at a pivotal time, as in, the whole of last year, he was pi55ing about with his other interests. I would suggest he has no real focus, only that of making money for himself, regardless of the quality of performance he gives. It's a case of the more appointments the merrier.
Blimey, I figure that I've been pretty polite, as a whole. "Taunt"? If you can't take genuine sell-side opinions then chatrooms are not for you. I'm interested in the project and will continue to comment. If that's a problem for anyone, you know what to do.
Yes, BMR were desperate hence the deal we got. But I don't think we are that desperate now. Maybe I'm reading into wrong but I don't see any more major issues coming up. As long as we start production by year end, which I'm sure we will, then we can start building some proper value here. There are obviously a fair few here that are skeptical, I can't blame them but I'm pretty sure things will improve from here. Moaning about the past won't get us anywhere. If you want to do something about the future, get signed up to BMR Watch. I'm not affiliated with the site but I'll happily promote it.
Sidebar "I don't hold JLP either. Feels like a better proposition though. A decent strategy and management with sector experience. But I think investing in junior miners is a lottery. I like that JLP are focused on waste processing, but I'm not going to invest in it. My interest remains environmental and social, not financial." "I'm an analyst at heart! " So Sidebar, you don't hold shares in either JLP or BMR but you see fit to comment on something that you don't have any chance at all of investing in. Your interests are environmental and social. I assume that doesn't stretch as far as good quality, well paid jobs for local people so I am going to suggest that you are on the side of the tree huggers, a swampyite. Given the above, I can't see any point in entering a dialogue with you so this should be my final comment.
You should count yourself fortunate that you are not a holder here then , not very pleasant to sit there and taunt those less fortunate than yourself though is it ? So either your just an a&@@hole or you have an a gender XD
Both a patronising and superficial comment there, Vigenere. You have no idea about the potential profitability for BMR. You are merely hoping / guessing and relying on the fact that JLP think it's a worthwhile adventure. On top of that, a further default of the license for Kabwe remains a reasonably possibility. "Good luck" is the right way to end your comment(s).
I’m going too. Sick of AB running this company into the ground!
I don't know who runs it. There's an Email address to contact the site host if you want to get involved. Could be worth an enquiry...
