I really do appreciate it's a very worrying time for you RoJo. You must be asking yourself, is it true the Tanzanian authorities are really planning to build a pipeline !? If they are, it must be that the extensive and expensive 3d seismic programme has identified a practical source of gas that justifies the cost of the pipeline. As a shareholder, surely you would like to hear the pipeline plan is actually proceeding, on the other hand......
Dream on me old mucker !
Was it bingo last night - how did you get on ?

Yes looks like NT-2, 3D Seismic and the GSA Are the three things near term.
NT-1 will follow CH-1 and both are later in the year.

Well RoJo at least you've got a long weekend to consider your next move. This pipeline problem is getting all too real agreed ? What about a sort of War Council with Proscuitto to think about what you should do ? I would strongly suggest that you avoid trying the fake news step. The last thing you want to hear is that it is all genuine ! It could give you the awful feeling the 3d Seismic is indicating a bonanza somewhere on the Ruvuma acreage don't you agree ?
Multiple news items possible:

How many weeks do you think the pipeline will take to construct?
I am not asking when you think it will start, only how many weeks to construct. From this we can then look for the furthest time that the pipeline could start in order for it to still be completed for first gas in October, as advised by AEX/ARA.
Here's my thoughts on it:
The pipeline is 35 Kilometres long, which in old money is 21.748 Miles. The land will be vacated ahead of the construction, leaving a clear path for construction.
The image on the following page is from the Kinyerezi spur, so could be quite similar in size and depth to ours. (the image name is GASKINYEREZI-780x470.jpg)
https://dailynews.co.tz/tpdc-embarks-on-final-process-to-compensate-255-people/
Looking at the image there is:
Delivery of piping along the route.
Digging the trench and levelling the base.
Welding the pipe sections together in movable pipe runs.
Lifting the welded pipe runs into the trench.
Welding the pipe runs together.
Completing the connections at the ends of the pipeline.
Testing the competed pipeline and remediating any issues that might be found.
Filling in the trench.
Delivery can take place as soon as the piping is available, it doesn't need to wait for pipe laying to start, so that time does not need to be counted.
I'd have 10 excavators and rollers each working on a 2 mile stretch of trench and taking 10 days to complete their section.
If they then welded and laid half a mile of pipe per day, that would be 44 days to lay the pipe. (I'm sure this could be done a lot faster, but going very conservative here)
Add 10 days to complete the ends and testing, and 5 days for any remediation.
Filling the trench, 10 diggers and rollers again, 5 days to complete.
That gives me 10 + 44 +10 + 5 + 5 is 74 days or 11 weeks.
To have the pipeline in for first gas on 1st of October, the furthest they could start the pipeline based on those numbers is 17 July. To complete by 31 October it would be 14 August.
So by my *** packet calculations TPDC's contractor will have a minimum of 15 weeks to start the work in order to complete it by 1st of October, or 19 weeks to complete it by end of October.
It is 7 weeks to 1st of June, past the May rains. So from then they would still have 8-12 weeks in which to start.
Based on the urgency that TPDC are moving on this, I am very confident that the pipeline will start in time, and will be completed in time for first gas in October.
Oi Drogerewky !
You told me you didn't have any friends here !
And...How can Tanz be an old friend of yours ?
RogerJolly has only been a member of LSE since Christmas 2022.
Is there something you're not admitting to ?
And also...in the extremely unlikely event that you become a wealthy man in the near future, so would everyone else here. Many far wealthier than you.
More chance of snow in the Sahara though.
Tanz, I think you will be wasting your time on the pair of them. Poor lost souls trapped under a bridge with nothing to do but search through hundreds of positive poster comments in order to take glee in a gotcha moment, or to show their paranoid fear of an old poster returning. How sad is that?
As said, they can call me all they like, but I will have the last laugh when I become a wealthy man in the near future and it will pee them off all the more as I ignore them along the way with nothing more than their ID and laughter :D
As for balanced and healthy debate my friend, this is the LSE bbs that are infested with these sort of characters. Is it any wonder why so many have migrated to telegram groups etc.
Happy Easter old friend and the same to all the decent people on here. Fingers crossed the ball rolling news will come soon.
and the only one I can think we might hear about in the not too distant future is interesting of Ntorya-2. Is that right or is more news due to drop soon?

Maybe upgrade the light to a 100MW Laser....
Aimster, can you do me a favour ? I'm assumng most of us here are shareholders. Could you turn your spotlight on someone that although he continually states he is a Shareholder, constantly talks Aminex down ? Most of us want to see AEX PLC do well, but clearly not, no hoper RoJo. I for one would be grateful if you could shine a light on our dear RJ !
That's Drogereky alright !
Not very Jolly is he ?
PS However good my intentions and not bad, I should apologise for my going on a board where I do not hold. That part was hypocritical of me and as it's something I hate myself. Hands up Guv, you got me, I let myself down!
Yes it is correct, the issue is why do wish to promote that fear in a share you appear to have no interest?
I'm calling you out for that, not for its factual content. But you do know that don't you.
Just like FJones in it to make a quick buck by promoting fear. Go get that job at The BBC
You may pull the wool over some people eyes about your motives, but you'll need to get up far earlier in the morning to fool me with your games. TTFN
Rogerky …. You haven’t answered my question. Is the statement below, that I posted on the HE1 BB true? Yes or No?
“In Tanzania it took Aminex 2 years to complete their farmout to ARA and ARA are still in the process (nearly a year) of buying Scirocco’s 25%”
Yes I saw it, a post from someone who has shown no interest in the share previously as far as can be seen.
That is not policing, that is noticing the tricks people get up to. Perhaps I should no longer respond to you in future either. You might be a little happier. That way you can take your kicks without fear of stubbing your toe!
Haggis
I don’t think there is a problem regarding the transaction with SCIR but it’s better to have it sorted sooner rather than later while you have leverage. My thoughts are that with the history of delays in the past by the Tanzanian Government, in would be prudent to insist that all approvals are in place before AEX makes further commitments. I may be barking up the wrong tree but that’s what I would do in their shoes as the Government are currently keen for AEX to get producing asap.
Rogerky aka BB Police… this is my post on HE1. Is this not truthful or does the truth hurt?
“Just a word of caution. If securing the rig is based on Noble completing their farm-in, that may not be a good strategy with regards to timescales. In Tanzania it took Aminex 2 years to complete their farmout to ARA and ARA are still in the process (nearly a year) of buying Scirocco’s 25%. IMO we should have taken the financial burden and gone it alone.”
ICB,
SCIR have advised investors that the deal cannot be legally stopped. The Tanzania Government aren't going to stop it as they want to keep ARA happy. ARA are doing loads for the Tanzania economy and communities, so the deal should breeze through approval.
What are SCIR are referring to with " The firm consideration, as well as the contingent consideration elements associated with the accelerated first gas of that project" some may ask, the answer is in their previous RNS.
Ruvuma Transaction Highlights
· Total consideration of up to US$16 million comprised of:
o Initial consideration of US$3 million payable on completion of the Proposed Transaction;
o US$3 million payable upon final investment decision being taken by the parties to the Ruvuma Asset Production Sharing Agreement or the JOA as the case may be;
o Deferred consideration of up to US$8 million payable in the form of a 25% net revenue share from the point when Ruvuma commences delivery of gas to the gas buyer;
o Contingent consideration of US$2 million payable on gross production reaching a level equal to or greater than 50Bcf.
What that means is SCIR get revenue from Gas sales after ARA take their share of the license. So as far as they are concerned the deal is going ahead.
This all means that ARA and AEX have no reason to hold back news. They could of course, that's their prerogative, but they really have no valid reason to do so.
Next news could be next week or the week after, as the tests on NT-2 were scheduled for end of March and expected to take 2 weeks. That RNS would give them an opportunity to give us a 3D Seismic, CH-1a location, general update.
"A two-week well-testing programme on the Ntorya-2 well ("NT-2") has been designed and scheduled for late March 2023, utilising a mobile testing unit, to provide additional information required for the design of in-field processing facilities and the export pipeline; in particular, an accurate measurement of the gas composition."
No Hypocrisy Aimster. Congratulations were in order, they did well and I feel no shame in pointing out there is an opportunity for more of the same to be had here om Aminex. It is the truth is it not? Sorry if that peed on your chips, but most on there in that spell were quick buck merchants so why not inform them of another possibility?
As for HE1, I have a large holding there too and just happened to catch you and FJones up to your usual bashing tricks. I know you are both day traders and I don't care, but as a an investor, I wont sit around and watch you rubbish things for deceitful gain.
So your buddy thinks I'm Drewky, you think I'm Jeffsy? Well as I've told you before, I've met Drewky once and read his research, but as of Jeffsy I have no clue and kniw nothing about IOG. Were you ramping it? Did he pee on your chips?
No, no Hypocrisy from me mate, I only say what I see.
Surprising what a couple bits news for what was a no hope company can bring create a bag on investment in just three months. Congrats to those who bought at the bottom
Oh dear Haggis I didn't realise you were so sensitive to a little adult humour.
If I promise to be a good boy and agree with every word you say will you come back? ;D
