They are taking on new members Ben has stated on twitter he should have changed the comment at the bottom of the TR1. Commit your support and watch Adam work his magic change will happen
Yep they have I can say that with 100% certainty! Nothing sinister happening here just offering support for Adam if needed.
let me re-phrase that, do you accept that new members have been added to the list since the previous holdings RNS (not todays)?
do you accept new members have been added to the list?
13. Additional information ********** has reformed to offer positive shareholder support to New World Oil & Gas. ********** is not currently taking on new members, but is more than happy to speak with any shareholder of New World Oil & Gas. The same statement today . Why state it , and go against what you have said by adding new members IMO its sending a very misleading message to shareholders . Just my opinion of course .
As I'm aware there not taking new members because they currently have enough percentage to help AR. Nothing sinister in that decision as far as I'm aware. Plus it's an already trusted grp of people. They will not be allowed to trade their shares whilst being a member of that grp. Hope that clears a few myths up.
Are there to support AR and NL. This is a good thing. I think many are getting a bit confused as to their motives. It's all good.

I agree, that's what I saw, and it's dishonest, and so that is making me feel nervy here now, as I don't like that. Who are we to tryst now? anyone? I just feel something dodgy is going on now. Just how I feel about it today following the RNS.
OK, yes get your drift now..........LOL!
I hope you are right. My wider concern is the financial state of the oil companies. There is a lot of chatter around banks exposure to oil company debt
It clearly states in both of them they are not taking new members in ,and what do they go and do add members . A bit misleading in my opinion wouldn't you say !
Maybe wibble. If they keep supply steady now which is what Im expecting after the next OPEC meeting then oil will recover to ~$50. US production in my mind is about to drop off a cliff. I was expecting it sooner but the wells will start to die and that will increase very fast. Also lots of companies going to the wall with large debts needing to be refinanced and banks running a mile.
Hence the group reforming we wont have many issues with the old BOD. The risk at this level I would see as low. You could look at it from the point of view either:- 1 - Adam brings in a RTO = Shares go up 2 - If oil is going up we have some interest in oil so will that be worth anything to someone? = Possibly/share maybe up 20m is a fair size you could look to join the group which would give even more power to Adam.
IMHO I think the rise in crude will be short lived as mainly on the back of reduced supply. OPEC pipeline issues and US shale too expensive to get at.
Hopefully March :-)
Good morning Goooba. You're correct in your earlier post, but do you mean this month not next month as is 1st March today. cheers
I already hold 20 million, not a lot in the whole scheme of things, but am wondering whether to de-risk slightly, as I'm seriously worried that with crude oil on the rise, the longer time served members of the board are not going to give in lightly by any means!
Happy, the NWOG group is in place to support Adam. They may or may not be needed but it gives a clear signal to the old board that they need to fall in line or head for the exit. Im expecting the old BOD to leave shortly. You have to keep in mind Adam said he had a 6month plan in December so we are still well within that time period. Accumulate now for the reward as I believe things will start to happen in the next month.
is this good or bad news? Is it more members added to the holdings by the NWOG action group, if so, why aren't we being consulted at all about it? It seems to me that there are big issues in getting the old board out and now with crude on the rise, I'm beginning to have doubts about my investment here. Views??
