Oh no, this share has even depressed everhopeful, says it all really!
Personally I'm not looking for a takeover, not yet at least. The product has so much potential, particularly in the Chinese market in the short-term, I wouldn't want to share the winnings with a third party. Further down the line, different matter, I can see lots of potential candidates once sales volume grows significantly, the cash calls stop, we get past breakeven and profits start rolling in. Don't hold your breath though, I suspect this could take 2-5 years to play out, depending on news from China.
Could one of the optimists put the case for a PXS TO please, might cheer me up.
WS sounds good to me, hope it works out for you. I tend not to trade, too high risk for me although I have a little dabble on occasions. Buy and hold in the main. Average is now 1.03 so SP gradually creeping closer to that, although my first sell trigger is 3.09 so I'll be waiting a while yet.
Kr
on paper, yes, but like SL I’m essentially locked in until takeover at a bill/0.1 bill . If the buy drops to below a penny I’ll put £2.6K back in.
Changing the subject, re the brand owner for exercise my money would be red bull rather than lucizade or gatorade.
W$
Kr
down 50k, on paper, but that’s irrelevant, I couldn’t sell my holding- waiting for the takeover to get them out as these are essentially locked in - like SL. As someone recently said (apologies I poster, can’t recall who) this is a gr8 share to trade.
W£
WS yes but unless you've sold some more recently you're down £50k this morning on your core investment. 0.90 on the bid has killed the rise stone dead.
I bought 2 x 250k @ 0.80 myself recently but I'm holding those, still trying to accumulate 0.01% of the company's shares in preparation for it becoming a £1bn mcap company lol.
Kr
go with the flow, peeps will take profit, I did, sold the 2k£ I bought last week or so at 0.8 for 1.04.

Looks like the P is complete & the D has commenced.
This share never fails to disappoint.
Was really hoping for another test of 1.50 in this phase.
and over 4 million traded.
quoted 1.05 / 1.2 to sell/buy on Hl
Good start anyway.
This site still hasn't caught up with Friday's pm trades or closing sp, mid-price finished at 1.035 +25.84%. So we'll find out this morning if it's yet another false dawn or if there's actually something going on in the background that us lowly PI's haven't been made aware of yet. I'm going for the former, based on previous experience. Here's hoping though. GLA. K
For reasons unknown*, SiS dropped their Fruitflow product years ago Everhopeful, we're not in competition with them
BB
*Guessing here, but chances are it wasn't massively profitable and / or, there were better options to invest capital in for the geographical markets SiS were aiming at at the time.
thanks for update , I thought they did in the 1st product they brought out.
As O'Kennedy is the Inventor and scientist you could hazard a guess that she wrote the patent but probably with the help and advice from our IP people "Bioscience IP Limited"
“Bioscience IP has provided the board with invaluable support when it has come to establishing a patent strategy for protecting our FRUITFLOW product. Their knowledge of our sector and patent expertise has made this firm a first place to turn when we need advice on patent related matters” Ian Ford, Finance Director, Provexis plc
https://www.bioscience-ip.com/testimonials/
There is no secret that Provexis is collaborating with By-Health with this invention.
"In August 2019 the Company confirmed it had entered into a new collaboration agreement with By-Health to
support the planned launch by By-Health of a number of Fruitflow based products in the Chinese market. The
new collaboration agreement has been structured on an open-ended framework basis, enabling the parties to
conduct a number of different projects over an unspecified period of time under the one overriding agreement,
with all projects envisaged to be at By-Health’s sole expense.
Projects conducted under the agreement will be focussed on specific areas of commercial focus for By-Health,
and the first project which has been agreed will concentrate on the use of Fruitflow with nitrates in exercise,
an area of considerable commercial interest to By-Health in China. Project work will be managed and
conducted by Provexis primarily in the UK, led by Provexis’ Chief Scientific Officer Dr Niamh O’Kennedy and
supported by outsourced research partners which will be appointed and managed by Provexis.
The Fruitflow with nitrates in exercise project will require the use of healthy volunteers and it has therefore
been delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that the project will be re-started when it is safe to do
so, and as the project progresses it is expected to provide gross income to Provexis in excess of £55k, to
include an element of overhead recovery. The project will not affect the ownership of Provexis’ existing,
substantial intellectual property for the Fruitflow with nitrates formulation, which has potential patent protection
out to December 2033."

With regards to SiS, I am not sure what product you are referring to as competition??? SiS don't use FF.
The description tab goes to a long piece of text which IF couldn't have written as he is an Accountant , who did write it ? these two ?
Inventors
O'KENNEDY NIAMH
It looks like competition for SiS to me , slightly alter the product to get an other product on the shelves. ByHealth might have funded the research ?

My other share CTEA is the same. lSE has no trades after 2.45
Looks like something is building up based on volume and a decent rise. Hope some good news are on the way probably from By-Health. On wards and up wards
