Well done/lucky you for that enviable average SP!
Yr getting cucumbered by 2 slippery bits of fruit

Anyone able to explain why we have 16,666,666 warrants at 15p. I thought JM had 6,666,666 for 1:1 warrants but what about these extra 10m?
Surfaced from the festive alcohol lake to find full request for additional shares granted. Only time will tell now but with a not too shabby average a slither above the offer price, 60p would be a tasty new year’s feast.
Oh joy. Sounds like I’ve inadvertently taken on a cucumber. Funds were in but nothing credited - allocated or additional
I got all the excess shares that I requested via ii.
I can see no logic as to why people would have been scaled back.
On one account I had 3980 shares, sold 663 and got them back as my 1/6 but also asked for and got 50k extra which are now showing in my ii account. The process was very simple and very clear with ii so I would challenge your broker. GL
My HL account has now shows that I have been credited with my excess allocation which was four times my original quota .
Same here on ii - let’s see/hope that there is simply a delay
Sorry to hear that H50, I received my full requested excess of 25,000 shares (allocated and funds taken). No idea why some got them but others didnt. Hope I don't come to regret it!!
Seasons Greetings to all.
My Open Offer shares have been allocated to my account and funds taken, I also applied for Excess Shares but have not received any - neither has funds for them been taken from my account. It looks like I will not receive any which is surprising, as I read it the whole offer closed on 23rd December.
I noticed another post where no Excess Shares had been allocated to the poster, my understanding is the distribution of the shares was at the discretion of the company or broker - so one wonders what exactly is going on, has anyone been awarded any Excess Shares by now ?
I gave very concise instructions to my broker so there could be no mistake BTW - any thoughts on the matter ?
That was supposed to be fingers crossed!
??
Seasons Greetings to all the LTH. Is this our last Christmas?
Amen to that Seingred!!!!
Happy festive period connect, cf . Hope all get out at least at breakeven.
Gl 2023
I hope Jim hasn’t bought mark some trainers and a running track suit for xmas
Merry Christmas connect and to all. Have a good festive period.
May I take this opportunity to wish everybody a very merry Christmas. May Santa please bring us all the gift we ultimately desire. Thank you to all the many individuals for your insightful posts that have certainly helped me to keep a perspective on things during difficult times.
I agree. I quite like this investment now because the share price is completely irrelevant and it's all about a single event happening or not happening.
In my head this is a binary scenario and either;
1. The assets are sold and we recover say 40p per share (or better if we get very lucky) or
2. The assets don't get sold and... assorted vegetables are back on the table
You pays your money and you takes your choice.
There may be people who try to trade around penny moves but frankly who cares when it really is that simple now?
GLA and DYOR :-)
Given the open offer was not fully subscribed, they should meet everyone's excess applications in full. We'll find out when the new shares appear in brokers: accounts. I put in for one-for-one in the end, and I'm expecting to get that.
...or do we get the full amount we applied for?
Also shouldn't the new shares be available for trading today? - Neither of my two platforms have them ready!
I don't think people are too concerned about the SP given where we are. Also, it's so close to the offer price I think on balance it will more likely tick up a little rather than down. Anyone selling at current prices is guaranteed a loss. It makes a lot more investment sense to wait and see what unfolds. As mentioned already I've got a bit on money put to one side in case there are any day traders who think a few weeks, maybe months, is a long time. I'll be quite happy to pick a few up at 13p or 14p, not that I think it's particularly likely.
I will be very surprised if we can hold the current share price tomorrow with 15,161,373 shares being added as a result of the recent open offer. Still nothing seems unusual in today’s market though so may be surprised.
Adam, the fact that he is mellons wingman speaks volumes imv. I dont quite understand since they have now converted their unsecured loan to shares why particularly it is still a ccondition. Bit of a takeover by the granny mugger.
Yes mc not turning up in person is a bit concerning, like he doesnt want to be face to face. For me, buy 16 p sell 25 p and keep a few just in case.
