All looking good
Wow
Reduced to 35m excellent update
I'm expecting a very positive RNS at 7am, fingers crossed it can be the shunt that gets us moving North. GLA.
If oil was still above $60 I would expect this to climb tommorrow, poor China data is giving OP a hard time though.

I tihnk the trading update tomorrow has to come out guns a blazing so this should put a little step in the price and Medco will need to man up and table an offer. To walk away with their tails between their legs would be an embarrassment to their management team. no management team gets to this point and this folds at a low ball price especially when they were willing to pay a lot more last October. i think both the trading update and a new offer will transpire but as long as POO goes up in the meantime this will also push Medco to get their skates on.

Prudential Plc / M&G from 9.07% to 9.18%, added 800,000 shares on Friday.
Tried to spot the difference but decided to give up. Good luck to others.

Could anyone tell me of any exploration plans pencilled in for Mexico? I couldn’t find any info on that acerage..
Anyone shorting this are playing a very dangerous game, playing with fire imo.
Large holder just added another 3.5m shares on Friday tells me all I need to know atm.
Only another 5 k shares but I think Medco need to put forward a sensible offer now before they bring to much attention to Ophir as severely under valued.
Careful. Don't forget, they might walk away, then the price will fall back.
I'd expect. This is just the early runner!

If i was Medco i would be thinking the same thing and once i bought OE to then offload all the non core assets and effectively get the Santos assets for free that they really want. Hope they dont get the chance. Can see this dropping today.
Holding up well, market expects an increased offer. GLA
To think with a few red days in the market these WILL go back to the mid 30s. Typical. Good luck
Possible trading opportunity. 48.5p rejected means likely to be a drop today. Operations update tomorrow though will likely reverse it. We´ll see.
"The Board has unanimously rejected the proposal as it undervalues Ophir.
On 15 January 2019, Ophir will provide an update on its trading and operations for the twelve month period ending 31 December 2018."
My guess of 48p was bang on the money fellas
yep, no more "possible offers", table a real bid, much higher that we may consider or forget it.
Medco, imo will come back and table a higher formal bid, but not sure it will be quite enough ..... yet !
