Well put testpack
The Failures no. 1 disciple makes another appearance. I think age has wearied him. ' there was never a leaky ship'. No , it was you that delivered to us the meanings behind The Failures statements, and sometimes his policy. You were the unofficial RNS. Of course, you are going to lie and say that you never did, and ask for proof. Unfortunately, those posts will have been deleted by this time.. I remember the debate over the value of gas. You were the one that delivered by post the words from the Failure that the figure of $27 (?) included the value due to the other stakeholders, Schlum, ONHYM etc. I still believe you were tipped off by your Master when to sell. You enjoyed largesse at private dinners with him, and co events, getting drunk as usual, at SH's expense. And I bet you are very proud of yourself. Did you invest heavily in Echo? Take your time to answer.lol.
For anyone new to SOU this polemic must read like bitterness. Why don't you no. 1 Disciple tell the newbies your relationship with The Failure.!
Hi Crude.
Good to see you are still hanging on in here, like myself.
Let’s hope we get back to the same dizzy heights we were once at.
Appreciate your comments, Scarf.
Crude
Hi Crude, it was how you used to crow about your relationship with Parsons. It gave the appearance, to me, at any rate, of a personal association. First names. Phone calls. I may be wrong. Apologies in advance if I am. Its that I consider he is dishonest... Based on numerous events.
You were either too blind or stupid to see it, like I was at the time, or complicit. I can recall you saying, that you didn't feel you'd been conned by him. Nice bloke and all that. GLA. That includes you Crude.
Sundance, Dave, & all the rest of you: let's get one thing straight. There was never a so-called 'leaky ship' regarding unofficial information. As hard as I tried I never once was in receipt of information that wasn't publicly available.
Yes, I made money, but only from being astute & having the constraints of a mortgage that was almost at the due date with over £60k outstanding. What would you guys do if the sp reached an unprecedented £1.04 & was falling back into the 90s? I sold a chunk & did what I had to do. We are all here to make money but I have a chunk left behind that is languishing. Money that isn't earning is like having staff that aren't working - unproductive & a useless waste.
BTW Dave, I'm no fool & I do realize this is AIM. Over the years I've seen so many companies & CEOs promise much & deliver nothing. You all know this is a casino. I'm not so-called de-ramping, I've still got skin in the game. Why do you guys think that Premiere League Managers get sacked on a regular basis (including my beloved Leeds Utd)...because they don't deliver. I'm not lazy when it comes to facts, I just have more important things to concentrate on these days. Anyway, like I said, nothing would surprise me more or excite me more than success here at Sound. More than most I have been the one that was encouraging & upbeat about our prospects & no one here should doubt my ultimate loyalty: I'm here until we are successful in Morocco!
Crude
Many here like myself, have been in over 10+ years and most didn`t have the good fortune to get out when you did, paying off your mortgage with some sort of crystal ball intuition. I really find it strange that someone who obviously made good money here, now slates the company`s progress and BOD., you must have skin as thick as a rhino and whatever little credibility you had here has certainly gone south. I regret many times not following my gut feeling and getting out, but that`s my fault and I`ve been averaging down ever since, because my belief is that things will be different with Graham in charge and I`m still confident of that outcome, if I get it wrong, then I won`t be bleating on about it and will move on, as you should have done, if all you can say is non sensical drivel. GLA
Parsons great actor earned millions like Brad Pitt….
Best films,
From Fight Club and 12 Monkeys to World War Z and
MONEYBALL .. ????
I Got out as the Money Ball started falling - Love Parsons great actor still acting like Brad Pitt ????
Unless Graham pulls a rabbit out of the hat, I expect a share issue of c. 250 million shares in the coming weeks, as follows:
Cash flow déficit for 2023:
G&A expenses (Apr-Dec): US$ 3.25 million
Bond redemption in Dec23 (5% of the outstanding debt): US$ 1.25 million
Interest payment in cash in 2023 (2% per annum): US$ 0,5 million
Total cash flow déficit in 2023: US$ 5 million
Share issue price: US$ 0,02/sh (c. 10% discount on current price)
Total shares to be issued: 250 million
This calc doesn't take into account the eventual obligation to pay US$ 2,55 million of tax already judged by the morocan court, and subject to appeal. In some jurisdictions, the payment of the tax is a condition to appeal.

Fernan

From the man who knew everything to the man who knows nothing. Quite a turnaround. I cannot begin to understand your motive for that post. To spout the rubbish you did apparently unaware of the progress which has been made was a spectacular own goal! I find your claim of ignorance of our progress to be a pill i cannot swallow. Your praise of Parsons is sickening. I dispise that man and wish him nothing but ill!
From what I remember you cashed out a lot of money when this was high so have no reason to feel hard done to by this share.
I wonder why you cashed out with being such a staunch supporter of JP and him promising many multiples of even our highest price of £1
Crude …… Parson’s ……..credibility ……..definitely shouldn’t be written in the same sentence! Imho
Well it looks like you have been missed Crude. Hahaha.
Any credibility Crude has has gone with his last posts. We are going to be a producer by year end, don't you look at the site pictures on Twitter you fool? The company was in such a mess due to your beloved JP spunking the money up the wall on a fast track wild cat drilling campaign which we didn't find out about until the deep dive in which he sold a million of his shares the same day through his so called share trading enterprise. Have you read his C4 Energy has gone bust??
In all the various posts over the years that I have read on this BB and yes Crud sorry Crude I have been here longer than you I think it would be extremely difficult for me to think of something more accurate than what KTF has just written and that is
" I guess it must be hard having to rely on official communication from the company that we all see." absolutely, positively correct in that statement. It doesn't matter if its inaccurate as in not totally true as there's no way in God's little green acre that you will convince the faceless and unknown on here that you didn't receive any guidance or not one little jot of inside info from Parsons and that is why peeps get so angry when you come back on here criticising GL. GL actually told me once in a email that he was specifically brought in to plug a leaky ship and I for one am glad that at least now we stand more chance of not going under and losing the lot as I tell you this if it were Parsons at the helm we would now be dead as a beaver hat as C4 is now I beleive.
Yes I’ve been here Investing with Sound a long time.
Made a few ‘ Bob ‘ out of a £1 as it fell. What I left in a still made few squids !!
Let’s keep on pumping the shares up, we have not got a puncture yet, rough ride in Morocco though.
Once we get the results climbing, it’s all downhill from there and fist to the finish line. Downhill doesn’t mean the shares are falling your still on the road for victory!!
BUY BUY BUY
How can you say 'if we are genuinely making progress' Have you read ANY of the rns?
for a man who supposedly took JP et al. at their word you seem to have suddenly become rather cynical.
I guess it must be hard having to rely on official communication from the company that we all see.
If we are genuinely making progress then I am very pleased & reassured by your collective confidence. But like some, I have been here for over a decade & I guess getting a little impatient. I would like to see something really tangible happening this year is all.
Crude
Strange he speaks out criticising the management as our prospects are great with everything falling into place, who are still sorting the mess out the three stooges left behind. Without the current team and particularly graham this company was bankrupt, and I for one am very grateful to them.
Crude I think you have shot yourself in the foot with that post and yes things are slow but at least we have a team who are doing their best to get this moving without spouting ****e. Watch this space and see what an honest team can achieve and give us all a decent return on our investments. GLA
I get the impression Crude is a bit bitter and twisted with new management making material advances with the horst, he's probably lost a ****.e load of cash following his buddy on his lifestyle paying companies he keeps setting up.
At least under the previous administration, there was plenty of action.
Have you been freeze-dried or living in a cave as the only action the previous administration accomplished was for them selves and in that description " themselves " I include you , jeeeezzz are you serious
The Russian/Ukrainian conflict has set the green agenda back a decade or more. I work in Oil & Gas and have been privy to some pretty high level info on future Oil & Gas projects by an American Super Major - Oil & gas is here to stay for for a long time to come..
