I phoned max again today in the afternoon and spoke to an advisor ,he said they were taking every step and in talks with aim to keep this alive ,I think they have a few loose ends that need to be addressed but are trying to resolve this . Believe what you want ,I think if they were going to de list he would have said no comment .hopefully we will get an update next week.
Don't worry about it, that's journalism for you. The author is probably just going off a financial calendar. He won't have bothered checking if every company he has named have actually completed their obligations.
i just find it abit odd that its in that article, especially with agr telling dicie they were confident the accounts would be submitted in time
No word from them so doubt they will contact me now
My apologies, my speed reading is carp. It does indeed say that. Guess they must have done then, but kept it quiet? :)
Any word?
Does anyone know what time the deadline is today????
it says released "full year results" not accounts but thats not my point, my point is the article says that BUT... They didnt release anything? apologies for calling you all ignorant apart from funspunker... funspunker f**k you !
You are definitely ignorant.
What time is the deadline ?
I did not see your post. I do not like being called ignorant as I am trying to help the situation.
There is zero possibility that the equity remains intact. Riddle me how that could happen, when it cost 65% of the equity just to get a few million quid in working capital to keep paying the Wordsmith and his crew of renegade rebel holdouts. He and his bunch and you lot remind me of the Japanese soldiers that stayed on the island to fight WWII some 30 years after the war was over. They just would not and could not believe that they lost. The company is likely to go (or be forced to go) private with you lot owning about 1% between you. The majority of the rest would have to go to whatever lender is dumb enough to refinance the debt. But I still am betting on bankruptcy or on Kaz seizing the assets to satisfy the tax bill. Off to the pub lads. You chaps should consider the same. Time to drown your sorrows. No shame in that. Who was it that predicted a share rebirth and a 300% bounce this week? BlueBoy? Illogical2010? HIVorsoreass? Cagey?
Sorry, but this ignorant poster didn't see your post. I've just read the article and the last line says Max released interim results, not final accounts??
i'll ask again seen as though you ignorant bunch decided to ignore my post yesterday evening, why does the lse news article i posted say that aim listed max petroleum published its final accounts on september 30th ???!!!!
Could not get any information from max a couple of days ago and there is nobody at AGR this afternoon. My only hope is that somebody from Stiefel rings me before 6pm. They are the financial advisers. Cannot see why it is so difficult to produce a set of accounts!!!!
Rns
read in the weekend press that this went t*ts up few days ago
dot fkin com!
They are consistent, mxp has always been poorly managed even right to the wire but as logical says its not over just yet heres hoping gla.
Its not over....but its getting close.
Not looking too good now, I must admit. They're not running round last minute on a Friday afternoon to dot every "i" and cross every "t" before releasing the RNS we are all waiting for. The RNS was probably written days ago. A little dramatic and also pathetic at the same time. Just publish and be damned!
Big loss here. Very annoyed...how can they dragged for 7 months? Are we delisted?
And put us out of our misery. Cowards they will wait till close of play so you can't phone them up to vent your anger....
or is this beginning to not look too good
and counting.
