Concerns about the company. LEG Anyone know 3 Jan '18 Where does the CEO Zafarullah Karim come from ? Is he a pakistani or an Indian or another ?
Do.you feel special ? Not sure what you have reported exactly but you were the one call me a racist where I just came on to highlight my concerns with the company
Reported
He does sound a bit raciest, looking back at his posts and on the other boards such as AMED
Blaming anything on any race of person. I do recall asking where the CEO comes from. Which you obviously see as relevant because you have used your expert research skills to find out the answer.
Again. I am not homo. Please don't get all interested in me. I'm only interested in discussing the company. No my personal positions, how attractive I am is not the point. Please desist the personal interest. Cheers
SL79 blames it all on Indians and Pakistanis (even though Zaf from Birmingham), although he's definitely not racist in any way... whatsoever.... definitely not.
I think you have lost all your money on three companies that you talk about that is AMED,TYM AND LEG and that's why your so negative
I have noticed that all your posts are negative on every share you write about, you have serious problems Mr negative...
Freedom to post yes, just as I have the freedom to post about your ineptitude. Since you don't know the difference between exercised and issued, you have no credibility. How much did you lose here?
To leave in the same way that I have freedom to post. Cheers.
Yep same old carp. Shame there isn't anything solid for you to differentiate the conversation with eh. No news from investments. No income. Company in debt. Etc
Goodbye then, why not leave us here in peace.
Doing you a favour and pointing out how the behaviour of this CEO is not in the interest of the shareholders. I'm afraid it's you that has no clue, if you think the issue of all of those warrants are not relevant. Hahaha clueless. Stick in here with very little hope of ever seeing your money back. That's my point. Cheers.
Amazing how clueless that post is. Firstly, the warrants were exercised and not issued in August 2017 (they were issued in 2015). They generated cash to the company. There are only 32.5m warrants left with the stipulation that the sp has to be over 0.15p before they can be exercised. They were issued in Nov 2015 and expire in Nov 2018. All ignorance is always motivated.
Mr negative is off again, same old crap.........troll
Is not a good investment August 2017 Legendary Investments PLC ("Legendary" or the "Company") Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity Legendary Investments PLC (AIM: LEG)announces that it has received notice from certain of its warrant holders for the exercise of 80,000,000 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a total consideration of 80,000. Accordingly, the Company has issued 80,000,000 new Ordinary Shares The CEO issues a butt load warrants at 0.1p Never states who the warrant holders are They invariably sell as soon as they receive the warrants. Per last year's 280m warrants at 0.1p He will take value away thought the accountacciunts and warrants and with dodgy investments from his mates firm's. So basically you need VS to double in value again from 66m to even have a sniff of a chance at profit. When that comes you have about a day before the CEO ensures the rise returns to his pocket.
Getting more NHS joining Vs update would be enormous news. VS been only gaining more and more contract nationally. Hopefully, internationally? Soon.
We might some blues soon. Bang bang
Indeed a good investment but has paid for all of the other awful and also hidden investments...dont forget about them now will you
After the valuation of 66m Vs winning contracts retailers such as John Lewis and many more. Recent partnership with Wincanton. What about the NHS? Vs is now providing service to Shelford trust almost year. High profile experienced directors are joining Vs last couple of days. Increasing the number of staff. What for? Guess. This is getting bigger and better. Sooner or later. Let be proud of homemade organic technology which soon going to explore all around nationally and internationally and don’t forget about the other leg investments .
When discussing the minnow LEG, will share talk touch on the fact that the CEO has "hidden" (For want of a better term) 350 thousand pounds of the 1m placing money, in manas resources. An investment made at 100k but subsequent loans made to manas for working capital of 350k, which were made interest free and with no term. This money has been lost with little or no statement for the firm. Will investors ever see that money again. It is significant as it is actually 10% of the firms market capm
Is share talk another ramping vehicle for AIM? When discussing the shares are they impartial or do they put positive spin and fantasy in ? As vox markets and Zak mir etc are all involved in selling these shares to investors no matter what the underlying facts are.
Twitter nice picture.
