W Shak trawled both wall st and the city to dig up any dirt on the main men of COC and could find nothing but integrity and glowing reports right from the top. RELAX , all will be well.
I think the former directors are offloading their holdings (very little) and all the gravy they awarded themselves (lots). With COC continuing to buy, I think this is a great opportunity and I doubled my holding this morning at 29p.
I've emailed Bowleven about a couple of things, no reply. I believe COC are orchestrating this drop, and I think we have all been hoodwinked. I foolishly trusted them and even bought more, where are we heading?, possibly below what we were under the old crew. Its so crooked.
These guys have not come this far to give up The end game is on play.. sit tight
if he did as no longer a director may not show up?
Oil price jumps 3% COC making a lose soon? the sooner revenue starts the better. could go lower as old bod sell out and those who should not have been given free shares sell them!!! a proper share option plan should be in place not the disgraceful approach of the old BOD
No idea. HL show a 3.4m buy at 1:34pm. I noticed LSE showed 2 such trades and that one of them was then cancelled.
Anyone know why Google Finance shows 6.86m trade at 13:36 but LSE doesn't?
I'm amazed the market is allowing COC to pick up sizeable chunks of this company so cheaply. Clearly there is no other other institutional interest. Only COC know what their exit strategy is and they are clearly very confident about it!
yes looks like a 1million buy.
Dropped to put a buy through..
Was going to sell when we hit £3 but life's too short and full of opportunities . I'm in my fortys , maybe would have held if I was still 20 . This share would still make me sick if it was 75p so no more. No more oil shares . Bye
Same Algo moving price down again.. showing 500 share..
Realistically probably get just over a tenth of that back, even that at this time looks optimistic.
Will this share ever go back to £3.79 coz that is what I paid for in 2011 will I ever recover my money from this share any feedback thanks in advance
news from the print yesterday great find 1msn Off Cameroon, Bowleven is holding development discussions concerning the Etinde gas field, at the time of this writing. Operator NewAge had staged a technical workshop to review options for Etinde, with a view to gain agreement from all stakeholders on the preferred development solution(s). The choices include floating LNG, gas-to-power, and others. Participants at the meeting agreed that a commercially viable FLNG scheme with domestic gas offtakes as they become available could represent a credible forward development plan. Bowleven says there are sufficient resources to support one initial gas offtake solution - more if planned appraisal drilling targeting up to 2 tcf of gas and associated liquids proves successful.
A lot of week holders sold yesterday... now they take it back up.. lets see if we can close at 34..
6.3m as an option? not bad hey....one of the board is filling there boots....i didnt see this in the pre takeover information...however im sure it was there in the small print...were being fu@@@d over here.....
I dont doubt that....but would you be happy with 37.5p ? and the longer they hang about i believe that average will be reduced.....

Not sure what those new shares are for, can they just issue new shares willy nilly? I'm sure they can't just issue shares to themselves as and when they feel like it. Need some clarity as to what's going on, it's all a little mysterious.
How many more have been agreed too?! Should be disclosed in the accounts Or are these for the new bod?! Can't top up until I get a proper picture now
ramp ramp ramp!
Next RNS is Etinde production to start this year.. Share price 45p
