It's not a gamble...it's quite simple... If you think RMP are onto a winner with a decent discoverey then buy....if you think the RNS is bull and they have a duster then don't buy or sell.
How do you work that out?
30%+ COS pre-drill
Now they've been through primary pay zone and its got HCs and didnt mention water so that raised the COS to somewhere above 66% in my book
Wireline to get it above 90%
Flow test for 100%
So the COS had doubled from pre drill but the SP is up less than 50%. The prise is still x6-8 from here so the Risk reward is brilliant
..... Remember the Greek crash a few years back...when they took 20% or what ever it was from the accounts of everyone old & Young to prop up the banks.....limited withdrawals to €50 per person? The wealthy Russians & Greek tycoons miraculously all transferred their money out 2days before the announcement..... What a stroke of luck eh...
So my take on this Twitter lark is if I had a friend working out in Alaska and he heard it was a gusher and he could somehow let me know for sure then great... I would pile in as much as I could and thank him on his return with a fat envelope.
Anyone who thinks insider trading or tip offs of any nature don't exist or are clamped down on are delusional.... The richer the individual the more likely to get info before us poor Pi's 99% of them time.....so grab the 1% if it ever comes along is what I say!
Rather, watch the people in the know selling out carefully as PIs wonder why the SP is dropping. Sorry to be Yang, Ying is still there of course with a multi-bagger on discovery news short term.
??
So many people gambling before the event rather than waiting for the facts - Watch the SP drop tomorrow. Odds are against.
If large positions taken tonight on ASX market then initial wireline results are known and leaked

you're up the yin yang

geological chance of success of 25%-35%.
***Technical work on the Western Blocks has identified a gross best estimate prospective resource volume of 400 MMbbls (126 MMbbls net to RMP), and a geological chance of success of 25%-35%. The estimated quantities of petroleum that may potentially be recovered by the application of a future development project(s) relate to undiscovered accumulations. These estimates have both an associated risk of discovery and a risk of development. Further exploration, appraisal and evaluation is required to determine the existence of a significant quantity of potentially moveable hydrocarbons.***
Reality is that uk authorities don’t car or do anything anyway and my understanding is that so long as you don’t trade on inside info you are fine. There will be so many people on or around the rig that an anonymous twitter link would never be traced, although we are getting way off topic now.
It could be fantastic here, some might say the market makers have it priced in-between a gusher and a failure already as they won't know yet but will be aware of the big rise or drop on success or failure.

Yes, plenty to fund flow test, will have about $3m left after drilling, although drilling has been very quick and efficient so may be a little under budget.
spending your money yet, that will hurt if this doesn't come off..
I'm not sure but I think RMP may have done a placing. Think about it, its very hard to raise funds and with the volume over the past few days, they could place "due to institutional bullshit demand" and raise £3 million quid.. I know they don't need the money now, but a placing could derisk a future investment as they wont get it at 1p if this goes tits. Just hedging to ensure survival in a tough market.. whats the thoughts? SP traded a bit odd today and its text book for AIM.. Not concerned about that, it would make sense to tap the market at a high, but don't be surprised if we get one. Im in at 2.3 so not too bothered either way, but hate it when you buy on a spike to find you were an unwilling subscriber to a placing
Has RMP enough cash to flow test the well if they declare Winx-1 a discovery?
I can’t say I agree, if I could help a lot of PI’s make a 10 bagger on their money I would, wouldn’t cost me anything! Anyway probably bollocks.
If so, why tell the world ? I would just shut up and mortgage the house. Buy as much as possible, makes more sense to me.
Not really, bit of excitement and banter based on a random twitter post but not expecting anything to come of it. However they should have some idea of net pay by now even if they don’t have full results yet.
Oh yes....plenty to choose from @ Geneva... Couldn't make it this year I'm still recovering from last year!
Yes bigger boot for the kids is great.
Tonight?
I’m thinking more A6 estate or XC90, I have two kids and need the boot space
1:500 scale.
Ralph69, La Voiture Noire is out and the most expensive car ever. I have already ordered two.
If we get a 185ft payzone tomorrow I suspect I will be out buying a new car next week once funds settle. However for now I expect to continue in my old banger 😕
Might be true but I wouldn’t get excited at the minute. His last post on Torok was pretty accurate but that could easily be lucky guess. I’ve always felt we will get more than one logging RNS and if hebis correct with a source I would expect to see that RNS tomorrow given how material it would be.
