Think hey held 3.84% before so a marginal increase.... Have to wonder who they are buying on behalf of...
Merrill Lynch just bought 5% of the company. Is it for them or for someone else ?
I think you are all missing the fundamental sentiment change over the last few months, I have declared my interest many times and hold a good few share so Yes I do have an interest.
Bigel, 1msn has ramped BLVN for the last 2 years or more...Apparently he has a few million shares so it's in his interest... That said one day he maybe right that it will go up. Out of interest 1msn what would you class as significant?
Why? It's just moving up a bit because of the higher price of oil and marginally improved sentiment towards Oil stocks. Nothing fundamentally has changed yet so there will be no "significant moves" at all. You really need to stop misleading people with this baseless ramping, it's like Trump saying that he's not a racist and is a genius over and over, just because you say it a lot doesn't mean it'll come true.
Feels like it going to break out.... could see a significant move here..
yes 33,s are sells and above that are buys
like buys going through as sells not sure how its managed that for those big trades??
looking at the list ,they seem to have the majority of shares out there between them ,not many free trading shares left ,1.16mil traded today ,so still some but if you want to buy a big holding , its going to be hard now at these prices
COC do not want to go above 30 % they know they will have to make an offer.. the confidence is the new holders coming to the table.. any RNS now giving details of the drilling or FID will be the catalyst for a new trading range.
The most interesting aspect of the New List of major holders I thought, was that since the last issue of a Major Holdings Notice (TR-1 ) on 28th November last, COC do not appear to have bought a single share, their holding % having dropped marginally from 28.18 to 28.1. This, during a period when the share price dipped to 28.5p, would suggest to me that unless they have run out of funds or expect the share price to drop below 28.5 in the near future, they do not favour purchasing beyond 30%.
Gas was up 7 % over night.. Im looking for a 35 close today..
consistent buying going on this morning ,34p looking like it could be breached
good enough for hart ,good enough for me lmao
his stock ( smart move)
Oil hits three-year high at $70 a barrel when the drilling completes q2 must be worth 1.50 a share and all the gas!!
Personally I do not think so, New Age mentioned they were going to fund the FLNG scheme with the oil from Etinde, and sell the gas, it would not surprise me to see a Chinese buyer taking the BLVN stake as payment for the FLNG platforms they build.. they would own 69 million Barrels themselves.. at 70 USD per Barrel thats a lot of money. This is being held-back at the moment, why Im not sure..
Do you think we'll get that far?? With drilling planned for Q2 there will be lots of juicy RNS's in the near future and the herd will return en masse FFOMO What will CoCkup do is the big question. Do they try to get control of the company before then or wait quietly until drilling success (dear Lord, pleeeze) and sell on the re-rate or when NA or Luke wants us?? But will SNH have the funds for the costs of the 20% they are entitled to ( a la VOG woes ) ?? Don't know how it works but could we go into play with 25% of Etinde rather than 20% ?? (Every little helps ) Just keep our lot away from the rig chartering process !!
Patience.. with all the institutions buying this is going to be substantially higher at the end of 2018
on COC sell while the price of oil is high. 60p will do as its probably worth 1.50 a share
I see DMS bank and trust have also bought 1,727,310
