What a scandal/tragedy that would be. Does anyone know if there’s a stateside competitor?
The FDA approval, on paper, is an obvious foregone conclusion. This being a US outfit, fully open/susceptible to pharmaceutical lobby, makes the decision unpredictable. The paradox now is that if Eroxon is successful after UK launch, it could encourage 'interested parties' to try and block/interfere with the FDA decision.
This link looks at 4 of the major requirements for class II medical devices. There is nothing here that FUM have not already addressed.
https://www.qualio.com/blog/4-major-class-ii-medical-device-requirements
Any day now.
FDA states 2weeks-8month for medical devices including class 1-3, we are class 2! Class 3 bring the longest 8month! Submitted mid Sep so we are now at 9month? FDA is dragging its feet I feel but news must be imminent now. It works! It’s safe! & no drug in it! So I would have thought it was straight forward with all the collaboration FUM had with FDA before submitting. As Med originally involved a drug the clinical trials were overkill for a medical device alone, so the data gathered far exceeded what was required by FDA.
FUM have done everything they possibly can to warrant FDA approval. They have consulted FDA on leaflet design so that purchasers are aware of other factors that can cause ED. The trial reached primary and secondary endpoints and the safety and technical data has been passed by FDA. The factors that could go against FUM are pressure from big pharma, pressure from doctors eager to keep seeing patients or the FDA deciding it’s not appropriate to have OTC for ED in US. These are the competing issues but the company anticipates approval before end of the month and they are more qualified to give an opinion given they have already dealt with EMA.
I regularly read, but don’t post much. Today I was in London and went to the large Boots store, near Bond Street station. I purchased a number of items and did see a large display of Eroxon boxes near the counter and behind the counter too. I asked the sales person if Eroxon is selling well. He said he normally is in the pharmacy area, he has discussed the product with a number of people but was not sure about the sales as they don’t need to see a pharmacist about it. He did say he is aware that a lot have been stolen and they probably sell them on eBay. I know this is not the most insightful info, but thought some might be interested to know on here.
It was the original statement back in December but was then updated. Latest is that it’s before the end of June… So good chance this latest update is more accurate
Do you mean Q2?
The FDA has now confirmed that the dossier is under formal review and has indicated that the dossier has successfully passed the initial technical screening. Based on the FDA's published target review period guidelines, granting of marketing authorisation remains on track to be achieved by the end of Q1 2023, in line with previously announced timelines.
Well I’m hoping along with FDA approval before AGM , they will follow up with initial sales revenue or some figures at least to say things are going well & as anticipated! Fum should now have an idea of direction & hopefully some future sales targets even if speculative?
I sometimes go over to the dark side and have a read on ADVFN about what LB is spouting on about.
But I don't have an account, so I'm just being nosey really.
If any one here is able to reply to The Butlers comment today, about "100 sold in 24hrs" could you remind him/her there are an infinite amount 24hr periods.
That would be great.
For example, if Butler checks on Boots at 10am and it says "100 sold in 24hrs" it refers ( in my mind at least) specifically to that 24hr period; 10am previous day to 10am that day.
If he/she us then checks on the same day at say 13.00, then that's a completely different 24hr period and not the same one as the 10am-10am.
Anyway, off to the beer garden, here's hoping for "that FDA RNS" next week. Cheers all.
LiarBOoth is just waiting in the wings to spout more BS, and as martin said, he's also busy trolling Boots. But wait... a familiar face has just come back to the other place - The Butler, bashing the stock as usual! Amy minute now JohnyBig will be backing him up! As for the changing Avatar, LiarBOoth often does that, particularly if I've been mocking whichever one he's using. I'm now using his old favourite, Gordon Gecko, for Petroc the Proven! Also if I don't post so much over there, LiarBOoth also shuts up, another reason why I'm keeping quiet at the moment.
I suspect that LB has concluded that spending hours on the other board is having no effect on the share price,so has turned his attention to reviewing Eroxon on Boots website (all negative!)I have mentioned this before, the fact that helpful ticks for a negative review far outweigh ticks for positive reviews.
As we creep ever closer to what all us long term FUMSTERS hope will be a satisfactory decision by the FDA, have you noticed , on another BB not just a slowing down in out put by a certain party , but also the removal of the logo beneath his name ?
Have he and his team been kicked into touch by his paymasters and contract either cancelled or not renewed ?
Just see it on UK Gold !
When are these so called independant experts supposed to deliver our approval any info anybody seem to to be taking an extrordanary long time i wonder if there is an aggenda at play seeing it gets ia big part of its funding from the drug companys
Yes, agree regarding the ad. They have gone with short 'blanket cover' rather than longer with full messaging. Main emphasis is the 10 minute time for on-set. It's all good!!
Ody - shot from the past. last seen when price was around 13p, playing devils advocate.
I saw it on tv last night myself too wasn’t the greatest advert but Least it’s getting promotion. I can’t recall which channel it was on unfortunately.
Evening bucolic.yes not long to go now. fda aside for one moment,i don't know about you,but had we been told back at the start of 2020. that we would be posting about eroxon being sold in boots and advertised on several tv channels throughout the day,i expect we would have snorted in disbelief.really quite a journey imo. hope you are right about FDA (i remain quietly confident) and hope the news will finally release you from the ongoing battle with LBO.i have genuine admiration for the way you have kept it up.im sure it has been massively wearing and i know from my experiences on here that it certainly left a bad taste, but it has been, imo, genuinely important,so all kudos to you. i haven't decided what to do yet if we get approval. only anecdotal comments about sales so far,so it is a tricky one.hope it all works out for us and that we get the long awaited trip to fantasy island (perhaps LBO will seek employment as a bartender there, as his services will presumably be redundant after FDA approval!)
How queer!
I've just noticed my last post didn't have any upper case letters! I wonder if this one will, and if not, where are they going? ABCDEFG, in caps.
so sometime in the next thirty days, the.italian! **rubs hands with glee**. you may have noticed that petroc the proven hasn't posted in the other place recently, it's because i've felt a bit dirty trading intimate blows with liarbooth, so i decided to have a detox and deep cleanse to get ready for the fda announcement. when that happens, i shall go and mock him mercilessly for losing all his money on the condom debacle, and probably flog the bulk of my holding. aim really isn't good for my blood pressure! hopefully i'll be investing in my mansion with long gravel driveway and a trip to fantasy island soon! see you in the ****tail bar and i'll treat you and ody (if he makes it!) to a few pina coladas! good luck all!
