"The Moroccan group could potentially require 2–5kbpd of fuel, depending on how many of the group’s sites deploy MSR/bioMSAR. The requirement could be substantially higher if Quadrise’s fuel is used extensively across the group’s sites."

And to think they could be using standard Msar, but decide to burn HFO.
Sounds like we may all benefit from a 46G timeline update? :)
So. We’re changing our name before end of the month.
Morocco trial due by end of month. So are interims.
So next three RNS’ in our name?
Change of name to QED Friday 24th?

What price success?
Good luck everyone
Lovely piece of news that coincidently lands a couple of days after our proposed name change. Lovely indeed

MSC Leandra left Port Louis this morning and is on her way to Singapore as expected. ETA midday 26th March.

Awww thats nice, rhey'll provide financial support for their trials.
Maybe not on the same scale but something that is happening local to me is TheClean Maritime Innovation Centre.
"Expected to open in 2025, the centre will feature cutting-edge research and industry partnerships from the Centre for Future Clean Mobility (CFCM, University of Exeter) and the University of Plymouth offshore renewable and maritime autonomy specialisms. The complex will also incorporate a range of offices and flexibly designed workshops to support businesses to innovate.
CFCM's global-leading research into clean maritime propulsion will support the re-positioning of Appledore as a centre of excellence for clean-propulsion shipbuilding as the movement away from diesel intensifies over the next few years."

Looks like us to me

Had this link on file from a while back and remember being impressed at the time at how quickly they built them.

Not talking about that. The other schedules they may have. Maintenance, fit outs, and other logistics too. Which clients are shipping which products where. These things are industry secrets.
The schedule is already in the public domain, look it up.
It's not their schedule to release. If MSC doesn't publicise it's internal procedures, that's it.
I hope you get a reply but they seem to deem the drydocking schedule as confidential for some reason.
The journey for Leandra from Singapore to Dalian and the supposed drydock is 3200 Nm, she will be unladen for the journey and would need to travel at around 25 Knots to get to Dalian in the proposed 6 days.
I've E-mailed IR to see if they will confirm this schedule as the dry docking, will post if I get a reply.
The vessel search is more accurate and up to date than the port to port.
Thanks, hadn't checked the vessel search recently.
Really strange because if you put in Port Louis to Dalian on the point to point search, the Leandra will only take your container as far as Singapore, and it is then transferred to the Maersk Hamburg to get it to Dalian, whereas the Leandra will apparently deliver containers to Shanghai and Ningbo directly, the two searches are conflicting.
Hopefully you are right and the Shanghai and Ningbo stops are removed from the schedule soon.

The telling part will be her AIS destination when she leaves Port Louis where she has just berthed, looks like a 48 hour turnaround.
I don't see her calling at Dalian.
Per MSC schedule she is due:
Colombo 21-Mar
Singapore 24-Mar
Shanghai 02-Apr
Ningbo 07-Apr
interestingly up until last week she was scheduled to Shekou after Ningbo and this has now been removed so may be of relevance regarding the yard.
MSC now has the largest container ship in the world (link inluders video of the ship):
