Any way we can verify if MM has sold any of his holding.
We tend to see declared purchases but never seen a sale? Strange, since he seems to have been purchasing regularly over the years but his cumulative shares owned bare budge.
This is crazy, buying something that's getting delisted? Why? Who's gonna buy it off of you let alone for a higher price? Re-listing on the the illiquid ASX under Strata aint gonna help either given the shambolic history of this management. Not even a new strategy with push the price up since this management has lost all credibility over the years. Trust me, it takes way way longer than you think to RE-Build lost trust. NPVs and valuations don't matter no more. don't forget, price swings on the ASX are way more brutal than other exchanges?
I don't think whoever is buying right now realises the degree of gamble they are taking.
Looks like a good goodbye to me.. adding
bigmj.....thank you for sharing your thoughts on recent events.....appreciated....
Has anyone managed to find the Circular? that "will shortly be available to view at www.metaltigerplc.com."

Good to see MM got paid £339K in 2021 (£150K Bonus! well done)
Really ? Zero Trades Again ….Zero Interest ….
I’m still here and I understand the rationale for this change, I can sit and wait for a while longer but appreciate not everyone has that same luxury.
I think MMS plans will become clearer in the coming months and once that happens he should be judged then. AIM is not the right place for this listing and even and illiquid ASX listing is likely better as it frees the company to do different things , maybe the answer will be once the company has proven its new strategy plus we start get the royalties, someone will then take out the whole company for a nice premium at that time
Halting The Gravy Train …. Wouldn’t Be In The Interests Of The Bods ….
Of Note Since The Bods Been In Charge …..
Have Any Decisions Been Good For Shareholders ?
Imo There’s Just Been A Catalogue Of Bad Decisions……
It would appear so! Not sure the details have been announced yet. I see the NEDs had options previously so great independence and governance here!
are these the re-valued options so the BOD can make money even though they didn't hit the previously agreed stike prices??
seems fair
Bod ……. Flying The Tiger Away …..
Basically 2 Fingers Up …..To The Uk Investors Who built this company …
Carved Themselves A Very Lucrative Living ,Even Though The Performance Has Been Rather Poor…
Communication With Shareholders ….Another Very Poor …
Soon to be even poorer…Once It Becomes Strata Investments …..On the other side of the world …
Don’t To Forget To Vote For All Those ….Lovely Director Options ….
Imo Shocking Management
Sincerely Hope This Isn’t The End Of The Tiger ….
Would it not be a quicker and simpler way to narrow the discount to NAV and realise value for shareholders to simply wind the company up?
As someone said earlier, ASX is the only option to do a new deal. I give the Board one more year, then we'll see where the NAV is at.
That said, until then, I don't want any bonus or luxurious benefit in kind paid to the BOD
By these effin cretins running this utter shower of shyte… another 6 fooling million from a 21M starter….you cannot write this
WILKO2 sooo obvious go away
You're still both of these things, tis true. I for one am as gutted (and stinging) as the rest of you - I just choose not to be a 3 yo about it... Have a nice day.
I hope MM is reading all of this. It's about time he showed himself and faced the music.
A TROLL am i........ versus a ramping bell end
REALLY KAMI.......
REALLY
Come on boys, lets here you now. .........
if we transfer to asx and at some point down the line a rights issue occur, are us uk folk allowed to participate ? Any one know
You'd have thought it would be available by now.
What type of transactions aren't possible on aim ?
Valeura delisted from aim to tsx
then did a large acquisition
i think it went up a few 100%
In the last 12 months there have only been 335,000 shares traded on ASX in total vs 63mm on AIM so ASX is only approx. 0.5% of the trading volume. It doesn't trade at all there most days. Big call by the BoD to think there will suddenly be an active market for this on ASX when there hasn't been to date. Or that the ASX will be able to soak up the inevitable flow back from the selling of UK holders who can't or don't want to hold ASX paper. Not that the BoD have shown themselves to be particularly adept to date with the SFR margin loan and now SFS debacle.
