It may not be a fair critique since I just posted on the spur of the moment but it seems to have prompted Martin to act as he then bought 2x 250k shares at 29-30p. It just goes to prove that he is the only person keeping the share price at this level. The next support level is around 24p and I think Martin need the price to stay as high as possible say above 29p to help him negotiate his funding.
The problem is he is trying to fight "The Junior Mining Company Life Cycle" which is highlighted in The Lassonde Curve >>> https://www.visualcapitalist.com/visualizing-the-life-cycle-of-a-mineral-discovery/. I believe CGH is the "Orphan" phase but has yet to reach the bottom inflection point.
News flow is very important to this stock price and over the last few months there hasn't been much to shout about.
I'll buy when it reaches 24-25p range as I believe Martin will ultimately be successful. I thinking the price will rise to over 100p but not for 18 months or so. Good prospects but you can stomach uncertainty? I recommend sell on the dip and buy on the rebound. It'd definitely dipping right now.
No, none of that is fair. Quite a few Directors have been buying not just Martin who obviously did have some need to support the sp before the last month but has not continued at the moment.
Don't think we've gone into hibernation mode that oft used to accompany this share in the long winter. A Measured & Indicated M & I update for Tulkubash is due this month and our major funding is set to conclude early 2020.
It's been drifting considerably the last month but on minimal volume. Upped a bit today and that's what we need
What has happened to the share price? We need Santa Martin on the case. Has he gone to sleep? Perhaps he has more pressing problems elsewhere or his interest in KR is waning . We have become so dependent on our Chairman and largest shareholder to keep the shareprice rising. Who else is a net buyer over the last 18 months? By now his group of buyout specialists were supposed to have brought in a number of producing mines. They have a couple of weeks left and as the share price tanks the opportunity to use company shares as an enticement is going up the chimney... the smoke signals don't look great. This could go all the way back down to 15p. Sell now buy back in the Spring.

Looking good.
They just can't stop buying! RNS virtually daily with another load purchased.
Y to people buy a few shares in a company say under £20 surely the dealing costs make it not worth while ?
38.20 paid. Simply lovely!
I've never known a Board like it! They just can't stop buying.
Mr Grim so am I sold 200,000 a few weeks ago because I had to put some funds in to my business I sold at 27p but few days later I bought 100,000 at 27p.4 in to my company personable pension.
I have 100,000 to sell in my private holding I am holding out to after Xmass to sell as I am building an extension next year so there is know rush.
I have a massive amount in my ISA and SIPP but like you I am hoping to sell at a pound a share if we can get to production as planed all these year's of investing will pay off if not I'm ****ed lol
Yes still here watching it tick up nicely and yes I'm in up to the hilt! I haven't sold any yet. I might kick myself along the way, but this is only going one way in my opinion and the Directors seem to think the same thing.
Great to see continual buying.
Still here also but must confess I sold a tranche at 36.2p for a decent profit.
Might pop it back in at some point.
DT
Still here, invested up to the hilt?
Further reassurances.
'Bout time we had a 'post' on here, so, surprising but good news today : Martin A thinks it's a very good time to have him monitoring and, it is true, supporting the share price.
Apparently, Artem and Bob Benbow were agreed this swap of their options for restricted share awards @ 33p in the 'incentive plan' a while back. That's good news too as the dilution is less with the smaller amount of shares awarded than their options facilitated.
That’s a good profit, well done. Definitely worth taking some along the road
Still got over 90% of mine riding.
Last week for Martin A’s waiver. Will he/won’t he take the full 4m ?
Have taken 75% off the table with decent profit ..... the rest can ride with shakhtars “ financial assessment “ from which I have to agree has ..... a bit of the night about it “ :) BW
Watch out genius at work !
Yes I did, thanks. I sold 9,487 @ 34p from my Dealing a/c and closed my long CFD of 6,000 too at 34.1p
Excellent bit of patience from me and I've still got a massive(for me) holding in my ISA.
Shakhtar, you are so kind doing all this work for everyone with all your wonderful figures showing what mad fools we are. Why don't you leave us to our madness, we're quite happy. The mgmt are doing a great job and all this dilution you're talking about has not been happening willy nilly through the years at all. Today's issue of shares was all forecast and documented in the Re-admission to Aim document published last December.
"This Incentive Plan, which remunerates with locked-in shares and options rather than cash bonuses for top management, means the team are rewarded when all our shareholders are" Further "The senior managers of the Company that will participate in the new incentive scheme will not be entitled to cash bonuses during the three year vesting period. "
Chaarat moving on from strength to strength and the market seems to agree
I think that you might want to revisit your net debt calculation.
I don’t know what happened to a post I just tried to make, but it seems to have gone missing. That’s annoying as I have to write all over again, but the point I’m trying to make is worth the pain.
I wanted to ask MrGrimnasty on what basis he is making a prediction of 70-80p per share?
At the current SP of 34.2p, the market cap is $189m. Net debt is now $72m. Hence EV is $261m.
Assuming 2019EBITDA of $15m (optimistic IMO), this translates to EV/EBITDA of 17.4x !
Let’s suppose Artem is right in his predictions and we get to $80m EBITDA once Tulkubash is fully operational. Let’s further assume they get full benefit of this EBITDA as early as 2021.
To get there they would need to raise $80m of debt for Tulkubash capex and further $40m to repay debts maturing over this period. (Not to mention they need to build the mine!) Kapan in the meantime might contribute net cash flow (after paying its own debt) of, say, $20m. Net Debt will therefore increase by $120m. This means that today’s SP equates to 2021EV of $381m. This translates to EV/2021EBITDA of 4.8x.
That looks already very rich to me, but I have ignored dilution so far. I don’t understand why shareholders are so happy about today’s massive dilution news. Over the same period, all those shares and options announced today would vest, so on diluted basis CGH is now trading at EV/2019EBITDA of 19.7 (!) and EV/2021EBITDA of 5.2.
This is assuming no further share issue and no more options, which is unlikely, given the history so far.
Now, let’s take MrGrimnasty’s wild prediction of 70p. That would mean the shares would be trading on EV/2019EBITDA of 30.5x (non-diluted) or 35.4x (diluted) and EV/2021EBITDA of 7.2x (non-diluted) or 8.1x (diluted).
This is madness! I mean anything is possible given Martin is controlling the price. I've never seen anything like this with any share on any exchange. This is crazy.
The company has just printed money (new shares) to a tune of $9million with further dilution of $25m over the next few years, but everyone here is ecstatic. What are people smoking here?! Unbelievable.
I said I am not shorting as I cannot compete with Martin’s millions, but if this goes anywhere near 40p I will be very tempted to open a short position.
This is a test. Am I being blocked? My posts don't come through...
Pablo you got your 34p my friend did you sell any yet
34p paid! I'm getting giddy now! Should be 70-80p this time next year. Bring it on.
Have a good weekend long term holders.
A steady rise and another pleasing RNS. Directors are being paid bonus in shares. If the shares don't work hard, they don't get a good bonus. A great incentive to the Team to get this gold out the ground and earn a few bucks!
And yet your every post suggests otherwise. Intriguing.
