Some food for thought!
With the numbers being talked on here, how many people would be prepared to commit multiples of £1000 funding for the sole use of pursuing SDC-1801 ( How it's regulated etc.. I will leave to the experts) - 300 nominees raises the immediate Phase 1a completion funding - 2000 nominees gets Phase 1B funded with no RF and/or other "Sharkmeister" and if successful a completely new ball regarding sp.
getting involved,
In return BoD defer salary increases for the year and a share option is given to each £1000 nominee payment similar fashion to the HNWI agreements - and a pi shareholder representative (non voting) sits on the BoD.
I'm sure I will be shot down in flames, but, I thought I'd put it out there, in business which let's face is where we are, it's about how you resolve not wallow on what you can't change.
@ Snoop and Potnak, obviously Primary Bid is a route as is Retail Book ( Rex Platform) but as you state there is an "overhead fees" situation!
@ Lazurus and Andy spot on with comments!

'Both have seen their personal holdings here (effectively their pension pots) reduce from c. £5 million (approx. 50 m shares each @ c. 10p at one point in old money) to c. £200k (approx. 1 m shares each @ 20p)'.
Well I for one give absolutely 'zero f8cks' as to what they may have lost due to THEIR OWN actions/decisions.
My only concern is what THEY have cost all of US with their utter incompetence and mis-management! 😡😡😡
The HNWI won't or shouldnt know anymore than we do. That would be illegal. They are investors and that, would have to do their own due diligence with the information that is already in the public domain. They may have had a personal meeting or even presentations with Tim and Parker but nothing price sensitive.
Luckily I wasn't in Sirius Salfordred but I did put just shy of £76K in here at around £2.57 equivalent (prior to that oh so successful consolidation I held 2m shares, and then stupidly bought more!)
I'm just hoping we don't see similar games played as Sirius with my only other major holding (GGP) as still up (just about, despite waving goodbye to over £650k in paper profit since the ATH in December of 2019!)
GL to us all (I think we may need it!?) 😟
If that fails too (for whatever reason and however unlikely it looks at the moment then I'll be royally f8cked!!! 😔)
They must of been well annoyed with the sp and the way things are at present. The HNWI will of been aware of Peel Hunt & RF and what will they have been told. Is it possible that the HNWI are going to buy a massive amount of shares on the Data news. Or am I totally thinking in cuckoo land.
Interesting by you and Sheperd Dollar, but, do you trust the board with a large lump of your money, interesting all the same.
Smart_Inv - I agree re having faith. I have been a long term shareholder from the dark days where the share price sat at 0.20p (old money) and remember all the fundraising to help the Company progress the compounds. There have been many ups and downs and feel there is still a few hurdles to reach the end goal.
It is very very dark at the moment. I’m trying my hardest to keep the faith and in that the board of directors can put in place appropriate funding to at least allow the completion of Phase 1a. This is a very critical inflexion point for the company and should
Open many doors; on-licence, investment or maybe a major taking a stake. This should allow the progression of 1B and pushing 1802 into clinical trials, 1802 I believe is the more valuable of the TYK2/JAK1 inhibitors.
Good luck to all investors in the hope of a construction resolution to the current situation.
I understand fear creeps in such situations but let us all have faith. The trend can reverse with one good RNS and completion of ph1.
There must be many who understands the importance of our product and willing to support.
Good luck all
Bobble snap never sold a share @ one point £100k up today £30k down, my choice but had faith in sar, think started to go ptong when they consolidated, then peel hunt, nail in coffin RF
Know the feeling Humdinger £400k to Fook all.
Greed. Thought it would return £1m, my missus love’s to remind me how many times she told me to sell 🤔
Two years ago, my shares in SAR were worth 200K+ now worth less than 10K. I have learnt a very valuable lesson - don't be greedy. I hope I get another chance.
Back to where it all started for me!!
I just hope it's got a second WIND!!!
Hit the nail on the head with FOMO Falkirk, think I was £30k up at one point but in my brain that wasn't life changing money so being greedy thought I could make a lot more......how very stupid!
Absolutely you’re only throwing good money after bad with this now. PI’s taking the hit , 10p incoming
It’s one of the few crumbs that have kept me going Krusty since the consolidation and it all headed with again. They could have been multi millionaires and although taking £200k a year it’s a long way to fall. I’ve watched my 6 figure paper gain and hopes of an early retirement disappear but thankfully not lost much as others will have who bought in 2021. Been here since 2011. This feels like the end or at leas the beginning of it. Really don’t understand what has happened to the HNWI.
The optimism of some on here is incredible. I always had the FOMO so even when Sierra were bought and we weren't or MHRA feel through or RF funding came on board I held. Little point in selling now. I hoped to attend the AGM in December . And hope there is still something left by then.
PNE123...Yeah, must be well over 10yrs since I held a small stake here, like you say, under 1p...eventually ran out of patience and sold out. Then £3 !!!!......just goes to show. Seems the company is pretty much similar to those days now, but wish holders good luck. one to watch more closely this time !!
Hmm, I seem to remember buying in at 1.2p and it falling to @ 0.25p. I sweated then as I'm sweating now, cashed out at near the top 2 years ago. I still have faith in the second coming.
I only hope that the second coming is more than 1 minute from the end of the universe at milliways.
most buys below 1k
i offloaded my lot (140+k shares) earlier today.
did serious thinking last night, something really stinks, so i decided to sell up! was already on a free ride, but still a kick in *******s watching the collapse, only way out for sareum is further financing, which once done (hopefully) i will then look to invest again. i believe in the science but they just cant manage the business!
have been burnt to many times previously...
glalth's and hope this does turn a corner soon.
Hopefully this may reassure folks in the event things go bad to worse but please remember I'm not an expert, just a punter. I'd appreciate if someone can reply to this thread to either confirm my understanding or not.
Looking at who owns the intellectual property, the link to the various patent applications indicates Sareum Ltd.
https://worldwide.espacenet.com/searchResults?submitted=true&locale=en_EP&DB=EPODOC&ST=advanced&TI=&AB=&PN=&AP=&PR=&PD=&PA=Sareum&IN=&CPC=&IC=
So who owns Sareum Ltd? Companies House says there is just one individual with significant control - Sareum Holdings PLC
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/04863659/persons-with-significant-control
Sareum Holdings PLC is what we're invested in and no individual person has significant control i.e. the company cannot be sold off cheap without shareholder agreement.
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05147578/persons-with-significant-control
So if I'm correct then we all own a share in the IP. The BoD will know they're outgunned in terms of not being able to accept any offers unless enough of us also agree.
Probably cold comfort at the moment but better to know where we stand should the brown smelly stuff hit the big twirly blades.
Stay strong, people.
RF (Royally F***ked)
Sea of blue but we are down. Riddle me that anyone?
I think there's another aspect to the incessant criticism (which, in my view, is deserved) of our two main directors. Both have seen their personal holdings here (effectively their pension pots) reduce from c. £5 million (approx. 50 m shares each @ c. 10p at one point in old money) to c. £200k (approx. 1 m shares each @ 20p). That's a hell of a price to pay for their failures. I'm not saying it absolves them of blame, it absolutely doesn't, but they must be feeling our pain.
Been invested 4 years or so, long time observer but first time post. I find the situation amazing, I first invested at 0.8p and have been topping up since. At that point we had nothing as advanced as 1801 but there was never a mention of cash flow issues. I note the chairman is active in both biotech AND finance???? I’ve a few grand in here, nothing I can’t handle losing, but I wonder what was said to convince HNWI to pump money in at a much, much higher SP than now?? Im hoping there is a plan B, could be small top up for someone already deep in. Pleasing to see so many buys but can’t help but think it is a calculated punt on the BOD having a magic plan.
With all these buys going through thought it might have recovered already.
Looking good for a blue finish……
Probably as likely as buy out above £50m
Must say I’m surprised at the level of buying. Either there’s someone out there who knows something we don’t or there’s a never ending supply of punters as daft as us 😀
