does anyone know how easy or difficult it is to get a NOMAD and how long for the required papers to be in place
Shambles from them two absolute shambles. A director of our company doesn't know the MARKET rules??? There need to go now and hopefully a NOMAD will take us on.
what does barry heath do for the company while ivan is on his hols ,is barry answering any questions about what they are planning?
will do his best, not his decision not what we want to hear ,where is he on holiday CANADA,surely it shouldnt be that difficult to employ a nomad within 3-4 weeks?
Still on holiday. Back soon. Not like there is anything important going on! Lol! Says he will do best not to get us kicked off but not his decision in the end. Didn't give me any confidence that they will be trading post 17th may. He made a mistake by not 'knowing the rules' of AIM which is pathetic for a CEO of a listed company. Tried to blame shareholders because he was trying to arrange a EGM to be honest and open to shareholders and therefore that's the reason we are suspended. Our fault! Not his! Doesn't look good
A number of us have spoken with him and personally I have always found him prompt and genuine, which is one if the reasons I am still here. His phone number is on the RNS announcements
The shares will be cancelled from AIM if delisted. Your right that if no administration the company will go private but shares will be useless. They only hope is that they relist on another market. The silence is deafening.
News The shares cannot be cancelled? if the worst happens then the company would be delisted from AIM and become a private company. You will still hold shares in that company, they will be worth virtually nothing but you will still be a shareholder. The company as far as I can see is solvent therefore I can't see insolvency or administration here, unless the directors opted for a voluntary arrangement. They would have to obtain approval from shareholders in that case. Therefore I see the company being resored to Aim very shortly. Mr T
I think the silence from the Company is telling shareholders everything. I think shareholders have lost the lot here.
has anyone had any contact with this ivan character,,i seem to remember people saying he was answering there texts
And update shareholders ASAP. Very poor from Ivan Couchman. Has anyone had the EGM circular and is it still going ahead?
Very true indeed. TW ramping this to high heaven a couple months back and made to look a total fool. Telling people to then sell at 0.06 when advising to buy at 0.16 and above in the first place. As soon as his sell Rec came out it shot up over 100%. There is far worse companies than inc a few months contract delays and a EGM circular is nothing. I think it's just that TW looked a right **** and now wants to have the last word like you said.
We certainly do seem to be on his radar. From a man who a few weeks ago made the company one of his tips of the year he certainly seems to be doing all he can to finish it off. I can only think that he must feel that he was misled by Ivan, or chose to hear what he wanted, and is now using the Ramsden angle to beat us with to try and save face after publicly backing the firm. What he originally labelled as city naivety is now incompetence and a disregard for the rules. And an honest man with a good track record is now labelled as a fraud. A number of people on here have lost money because they believed that TW had unearthed a good turnaround story, wouldn't it be a shame if they lost yet more as a result of one man's vanity to always have the last word and be proven right in the end. Personally he can huff and puff all have wants but if it is found that he has been actively seeking to sabotage our search for a nomad then he will have a lot of explaining to do.

On what info do you base this?
I think we'll see a new Nomad by 1 May with several new contracts shortly after...
Call me stupid and most of you will, but I actually think we will get an RNS re new nomad shortly and contract confirmation in due course - watch this space ...
Read his summary, "Demands high and exacting financial and corporate governance standards ensuring the highest standards of financial reporting and control" Well he will have to take this down if he gets this company delisted, the useless t**t!
as an RNS: new nomad start working tomorrow for Insetco and we have not only received the 31 Dec payment but also the 31 March payment for the 'agreement for services' - wow. But unfortunately it more likely to be: Insetco is to be cancelled/delisted as management have not bothered to take on a new nomad.
No news. That's a surprise

If you own shares I suggest you attend the EGM, where you will be able to make your thoughts known to the BoD and participate in any motions proposed.
If the shares are delisted you would own shares in a private company, why would this be game over? Being delisted wouldn't be the worst thing in the world as it would vastly reduce the running costs of the firm, which mostly go on nomad and listing fees. If it went into administration then yes it would be a % distribution of cash once liquidation costs had been paid. Administration does not necessarily follow if the firm is delisted.
I'm sorry but your narration had me laughing, "we're in the ****" classic, good luck mate
Was thinking of popping round to Ivan house to ask him for my money back if that happened as I invested on the basis of RNS which turned out not to be correct.
