Lol .
Id like to see them explore the small scale production - especially where they have the shallow grades. Imagine if we were revenue generating...

I feel it should work from here but I cannot get it to play.... does anyone know how?
By the way, it was impossible to buy anything early on today, everything was NT only. Back to normal now. Someone must have stocked up.
Australia has one of the biggest lithium reserves. Russia and China were the main suppliers. Australia want it badly so as to be self sufficient, so don't just bank on this hopefully being a gold prospect, if they have lithium it could well be worth a lot more.
Can U Post The Link ….Cant Get It On Tamers Link…
Ahoy Campers... everyone invested should listen to the Money Sponge interview... someone repost the link please.
You need to listen to the emphasis in Mike's voice as he explains decisions in his characteristic style. Unlike so many corporate figures, he does not shy away from the difficult stuff that so many do. That is the reason why it is better to listen.
Doing so will give you insight into why he/they took the funds at 0.3p.
How he and Nick cannot just dispose of their shares on the quiet for profit (obvious I know but still worth emphasising)
Why previous assay techniques in Victoria were not the best... now replaced with whole of bag bulk samples that are appropriate to the style of mineralisation.
Just how big and prospective these tenements are and that a Major DID have access to the 'data room' previously so they are clearly aware and potentially interested.
How the Tax loss might feasibly work AND the engagement with and appropriate tax specialist from the the get-go (October)
Why small scale production is a possible and appropriate route for ECR and how other now much larger companies did the same in the past.
So there is a lot of content. I was at work half listening and could not ask questions. Not familiar with the platform either but HE WAS OPEN FOR PEOPLE TO ASK WHATEVER. Not hiding. Not evading.
Please add your thoughts.
Go listen. Rich Newsflow going forward here... have a swell Easter BH
Quick start out the blocks this morning.
……if you are reading Doc, could you give an update?
……good point….Danglay would have been an excellent question…..I am sure it is on their radar ….yes 90%
We did enter into and introducer agreement with MTR a few years back with respect to utilising the tax loss
Any mention of potential royalties coming in from SLM or Fosterville South?
Any mention of Danlay? (Think we have 90% now)
Thank you all for the discussion of tax loss transfer. It makes now sense why the raised cash to develop the licences further.
To sell ECR for £ 16m is unthinkable. For me after good results the target would be 3p at least. and that is the minimum covered with tax. The market is a bit tough at the moment but good results and an easy small scale production will boost ECR position against these monsters.
Awenpawen123,
Of course the quickest way for a major to get the tax losses is to wait for a few decent exploration results from both Creswick and Lolworth and look at the data so they are confident in the resource.
Then make a 1p per share (£16m) offer for the company (which would no doubt be accepted at this time)......You get the tax losses transferred and all the licenses effectively for free!!!!!
If only ;-)
Can’t post long mes Dan
Bottleneck good in a way… stops people timing trades
Need to invest in bigger picture
…..actually along with the prospect of small scale production when the find is right. Cashflow!
Cheers BH, so back to the usual bottlenecks. We can hit the ground running and drill as quickly as we want but if we can't get results back in a timely fashion...
Big point regarding.3p placing was need to accept it quickly when offered
Waiting / negotiating does not work
New funds allow big ramp up in scale of activity
Biggest message he delivered
Labs not busy when Davey Road was assayed… v busy now…. Results can be any time
Just a repeat of labs being busy
Not had the chance to listen yet but any mention of the illusive KH results?
Either way at a £5m Mcap its a bit of a no brainer
Its the blue sky carrot dangler. They are fully funded for all operational and drilling. So it would be cash that ends up with a far more aggressive and large scale drilling campaign to add huge value
This £5m Mcap is silly cheap
…….the tax loss is worth £38 million against profits to MGA or ECR…..I reckon a disposal would be around £10 mil ……,I am more in favour of a JV with a tier 1 big boy😗and utilising that way

Whatever way you look at using the Tax Losses it can only be Mercator who can either use the tax losses itself against future profits or transferred to other ECR Group companies to use against Mining/Exploration future profits. The tax loss cannot be sold as a commodity to be used by another independent company not corporately linked somehow to Mercator.
……Doc has said “ manage your expectations “ with regards the tax loss ??
