They bought the company for very little money the accounts where cleared. They wanted the certificate that was held by them to get an aviation contract. Everyone in the security business or hires security firms knows this is a long way back in time now.
Except Keyguard are part of Westminster now and anyone doing their due diligence might be a bit put off to find out that they previously charged for work that wasn’t performed - ie. Fraud.
Nothing to do with westminster

Lawrence was adjudged in the ruling to have been aware of the widespread culture and practice of ‘ghosting’ at keyguard- not a great advert for their services if he remains CEO
Unfortunately, any due diligence will turn up the judgement in the case which Keyguard and Mr Lawrence (who I believe is still the CEO of Keyguard) recently lost and which was less than complimentary about Mr Lawrence..............
You would like to think that we are in the frame for some of this
Like the HUGE Mexican franchise that never happened. Oh what a tangled web Pete weaves.
A franchise agreement with Nigerian investors worth a minimum £1.7m over the 10 year term - Bizarrely Sweet FA ever came of it !

The problem with Keyguard is that the CEO of Keyguard has just lost a major court case because the judge agreed with the respondents' assertion that he had been charging clients for shifts no actually worked!
Couldn't agree more with your comments. The directors know that palms need to be greased. A pity they made such a fuss about getting the 'flakey' contract in the first instance.
From a reliable source, An Asian country is buying lots of land in SL and developing infrastructure including a hospital solely for their citizens.
Who would believe an African country is voluntarily introducing apartheid.
With the money and terms this and other countries offer, Westminister does not stand a chance and never will, corruption rules. It's my belief that's the reason behind the ferry fiasco and to be airport. Westminster needs to shut any further pursuits in Africa and concentrate elsewhere with fewer backhander scenarios.
Plus I've never thought the name Westminster is ideal for commerce in Africa considering our colonial past, still, I think the name will change to Keyguard
Hilarious!
.......and totally ignoring the fact that it is a totally different organisation and nothing to do with WSG.
If you invest you would be pleased. So go away or celebrate a profit
Imagine being acquired by this incompetent shower of 5hat , they have more companies than you can shake a stick at and not one of them has ever made a profit
Exciting week lmfao. All they do is suck the cash back out into their pockets. Legalised criminality at its best
Interesting they are spending money! Lets hope its not another Ferry debacle
From linked in so maybe an RNS later? Or maybe not big enough
It has been an exciting week at Westminster Security HQ; an investment completed yesterday in a tech start-up based in Tel-Aviv, Israel, which could revolutionise the security and close protection sector.
And a company acquisition completed today, which compliments and enhances our service offering and global operational capabilities. With another acquisition close to completion, the future certainly looks bright!
Further details and a press release to be published in due course.
