L200 $170 is 30% off of $245, so maybe that’s what they have taken off the APT figure where you are taking off 20% ?
On another note. Of course BlackRock completed due diligence and see a business case. As did all those lenders that gave mortgages in 2007 or High Street lenders...anyone visited a high street lately? BlackRock wont lose. 35mill is but **** in a pond to them Tungsten market continues to slide, or global recession and the numbers dont add up here...well what have they lost? FA really. They keep the mine and the kit. Any debts to Allmineral or another, ha ha, join the queue as bank gets first dibs alongside administration costs. Mothballed it until the circs improve and sell it on. No bother. That is risk vs reward, and investors here think the rewards are worth the risk. No risk for BlackRock. No risk for the Government and their loan as it isn't their money. PIs take the hit. MM a little too, although he has just reinvested is consultation fees etc over the years.
L200. No one can. Hence several months ago (see silly video of MM on site) where he quoted random numbers to do with sales. It just didnt make sense, hence I started putting funds elsewhere. This baby (other than spikes) is relying on numbers in. WRES has a shed load of numbers going out (3 cash calls so far). If the captain dont make sense or instil confidence (see present sp despite all the news cough cough) then one needs to review their investment for good or bad. Right or wrong. Static investors have lost a chunk on this....so far. Let's see what happens before the AGM. For those that say 'well so and so is buying and not selling '. Great, let's see how that goes, and maybe they should be advising Woodfood. I have sold SKIN (prob too early). Let's see what BOU and EVRH do tomorrow. Perhaps that will bring investors good news. For those that are deep in this, well, as long as you can take the hit then you can most definitely enjoy the win.
If you look at the FID, the expected revenue is $34m less $2.3m for the tin.
Divide the $ 31.7m income by the expected production of 184,000 mtu.
Then you get a price around the $170 per ton.
Explain that ?
