Not replying to emails, so assume they have shut the door permamnently. Cant assume anything else if they go silent on us can we. Lousy management team, they have treated PI's with total distain for years, comunication has alway sbeen p*** poor.
Have a gun. You said "and the price for each share was .258 of a penny"
Which price was that ? Offer ? Bid or Mid?. They aren't all the same dip5h1t
You are clueless.
goingunderground It was the bid price. Are you stupid?
looks like the kremliners.....are back
Hello Jaf. Good to hear from you my friend. Funny here isn't it. Though I do miss the endless Greenbox comments of Getinthere, the ramblings of Safetyman and of course the misinformation of Troajan and K3VMC. Oh and where his Geng with his graphs. :-)
See you at the memorial service in the new year.
Havegun. You are wrong. The bid price is not the same as the mid price. Ask them for a bid price. (or rather get your broker too)
Savvy.
Did you old account get blocked for posting rubbish ? Or, is this a brother/sister of Savvysausage ?
"The mid market price of the shares on JPJ is 2.58 pence" That would seem to be the case. The mid price tells you nothing if you are looking to trade in or out. Bid 0.5p Offer 4.5p The mid price would be 2.5p. 1 million shares would be worth £5k. Closer to the reality of this tin pot company (excuse the pun)
"The price has held up very well" YES Its suspended from trading on AIM. If you consider 40p down to 2.5p holding up then well, there you go.
"due to the Ukraine war" Errm no. Due to the lack of being able to get enough Tungsten/Tin out of the ground to pay the bills. EVER. It was all over here before the Ukraine war
"which suggests there is still some underlying value in the Company" Nope/ It means no one has traded them. Longer term shareholders here are 80-90% down. Shares are next to worthless, so its about clinging on in quiet desperation..
"Especially in Euro" How funny. Why not use the Turkish Lira, You'd have made a fortune :-)
Correct Savvy i meant to say one hundred thousand shares were worth £228.58p after charges.
The mid market price of the shares on JPJ is 2.58 pence each. A million shares have a value of £25,800.
The price has held up very well considering everything that has happened to small company shares due to the Ukraine war. The shares were suspended on Aim way back in April at 2.65 pence and are only down a couple of % since then, which suggests there is still some underlying value in the Company as the price of Tungsten has held up well, especially in Euro's.
JP Jenkins do not charge a fee however the broker I have dealt with charges were £29 .50 and the price for each share was .258 of a penny. If you have say a million shares you would make £228.58 p back
I think the £10k is the fee JPJ charges for a Company to be on their trading platform, not the fee for shareholders to buy and sell shares.
When I looked JP Jenkins website it claims it's order fees are £10k. I would guess there's not much incentive to sell with those fees! Has anyone else heard back from the company recently? Sounds like a dead duck at present....
Congratulations.
I have just had a quote to sell which is less than the dealing charge.I have now written it off.
Anyone could probably buy this company for £1. It's then just a little matter of the approximately $60m debt to contend with (I can't remember the exact figure).
You can dream.
I want to stay in. Chinese could buy this Company.
anyone sold through JP Jenkins Traditional and what price per share were you quoted .I want out.
Aston boy, did Man in black reply on your behalf as though he were you or was it the other way round. ? And to think you both lost the the same amount with the same prices. Coincidences?
Perhaps the reason for the lack of reply to emails was due to the chaps working so very hard on getting tungsten production restarted.then again there may be another reason.
Just for any permissble information regarding the current state oif play? Any progress they could discuss etc. Not even an acknowledgment. Which just backs up my long held opinion on the contempt with which their view PI's
geng...don't hold back. Lol
Astonboy.
Are you able to share on this discussion board, what questions you asked in your emails?
Dream on…they are not even replying to emails now.
for Christmas is Wres to kick off and do well that's all I'm asking.
Ahh Comrade Geng! how are your good pals Vladimir, Xi Jinping and Comrade Corbyn. LOL That said the Tory leadership elections are about as democratic as the Russian and Chinese ones....No f***ing choice we are getting Sunak it seems as I type this.
