Not base147
i await your apology
before u accuse me of anything get ur facts right son i have never insulted ink
does not include all that have been involved. It's probable that a few good people, and experienced business folk, have worked with or for Worldlink, subsequently leaving or forced out due to matters beyond their control. Some perhaps still owed money.
One of the reasons that this Winding Up Petition was shushed up is that "in association with Worldlink" is splashed across all those football betting sites. Hardly a ringing endorsement for Betbutler's customers that their so called "partner" is facing a winding up petition. I'm sure most wouldn't want to place money if they knew that...
inktomi. I guess yet again it's another waiting game. Still waiting for gem123 and I think base146 to appear and apologize for their less than complimentary, derogatory statements made to you regarding your well researched knowledge in to this $hit company. I do hope Riches and co. get their just dessert, as we screwed over when we bought in the IPO and they have still continued with their malpractices. Will keep checking bb for any more inf or latest developments. GLA CP22
I suspect there are already other parties working together who collectively have both the will and the resources to have the long term actions of certain individuals investigated in great detail. In my opinion, this is likely to be more effective than a Shareholders Action Group. I doubt it will result in any financial benefit to shareholders but given the number of disaffected parties, some rather powerful, I suspect justice will be done in time. I also believe that more than three people will be investigated in this process, not just the immediately obvious ones. Just my personal opinion of course.
The Judge has a good nights sleep and hearty breakfast and delivers the right verdict tomorrow in the winding up hearing. Let the legal process being in earnest. - Civil Case first, criminal cases to follow !!
Would like inktomi's thoughts regarding shareholders action group. I think it is a good idea.
Might be a good idea....
I am sure a few people on here including myself would contribute to your flight. This guy will get sorted. Don't worry.
Just heard that the one and only Mr Ritchies wont even be turning up to the winding up case on Monday - apparently he is off to the Seychelles on a jolly with his young female friend. Wish I had done some further research and listened to you guys before investing my well earned cash! Wish I could afford to just turn up at the resort and confront him ............................
yes they do but they probably owe money to the rns machine.....
Don't WGP have an obligation to announce to its shareholders a Winding Up Petition Against them? Maybe trying to sweep this one under the rug?
Peanuts to Ritches!
all the money owed to others who have probably also joined the petition. Bet its over £100k in total.
To Ritches then..?
That's what I'm told.
Not smart to not pay your hired muscle!
Candey LLP represented WGP. Candey were managing the patent action against City Index plus other matters.
We're Candey acting for WGP or others? Interesting quote below taken from their website We generally act against the world's largest law firms and, unlike most other firms, prefer to link payment of fees to success. We regularly recover our legal costs from our opponents, examples of which can be found by clicking on to our Client Wins page.
Thanks CP22, no happy ending for us then. Best wishes also.
the end outcome is a full and proper investigation into the so called management of the company and its directors.
Hi We were in at the begining and now to the bitter end......... Good luck to all with future investments and thanks inktomi for all the researched info about this $hit company. CP22
I believe they owe Candey a lot so I would be surprised if they get through this one intact unless one of the Directors puts a significant sum back in.
