JM sitting on 62.3% and SP dives. He will take it private - just not going to happen mate. You are just plain knocking this. Pack in your stupid deramping. There's large numbers of us with little flutters here who would be pleased to tuck a few more away on a major fall in price and sit and wait for the Billionaire to make his move.

Remember each individual state has to make amendments to their law to incorporate this over arching ruling. How long do you honestly think that will take? I don't believe it's an overnight task. Chances are an update to this will be months away and in my opinion the price will just tumble back to around 1 to 2p again. Well done to everyone that was able to make money.

Personally feel the same way. The really hyper guys are trying their hardest to hold the Fort and for a few moments the price rises but eventually starts sinking. This is going back down well under 5p imo. I'd say a fair price is when it hovers around the 2p mark.

i was just looking at GVC who recently bought ladbrookes corlas and there market cap is 5.9Billion

Reading there RNS after supreme court Judgment part below
I was very happy to read the last sentence " though he suspects existing land-based operators and venues will be the likely initial beneficiaries. "

That confirms what webis said in there RNS

Part of "GVC" RNS
"Broker Shore Capital, which highlighted GVC as the best placed to benefit among the big UK players, said the initial share price reaction had been "a little exuberant" as how the new scene plays out is uncertain. Analyst Greg Johnson pointed out that as well as each state's tax take, there will be a professional sports association share, with the largest believed to be asking for a 1% of wagering "integrity" share, plus the question of who and where gets licensed - though he suspects existing land-based operators and venues will be the likely initial beneficiaries. Nothing complicated here. The days of big trades are all you need to know. There will be a TR1 which either details increased holdings or a decrease in holdings from one or more of the three major holders. That will dictate the future SP.

my professional take

a triple whammy of good luck 1 the shares have been flat for the last three years on very significant turnover . however i fully expect significant profit on this years turnover of around half a billion us dollars at least a million profit putting a value of at least 3p per share as is 2 legalising gambling in the usa AND I QUOTE TODAYS DAILY MAIL PAGE 95 EACH STATE WILL NOW HAVE TO MAKE ITS OWN SPORTS BETTING LAWS MEANING OPERATING IN THE US COULD BE A MINEFIELD FOR BRITISH FIRMS ,not if any one of them would like to tie up with webis numerous licences a racetrack cal expo sacramento offices in kentucky and a website watch and wager with booming turnover. 3 restricting gambling machines will impact massively on uk bookies profits and i quote todays daily mail page 95 THE RULING IS STILL EXPECTED TO TO CREATE A MAD DASH AMONG BRITISH BOOKIES TO SECURE A CHUNK OF WHAT POTENTIALLY COULD BE THE WORLDS MOST LUCRATIVE BETTING MARKET. THESE ARE THE HARD FACTS
