The Iconic labs in Germany and USA are different business sectors whereas the Iconic-labs.co.uk site is in the same brand awareness/marketing business field and is London based. Thats what makes me think its them.

Our address - www.iconiclabs.co.uk

Their address - http://iconic-labs.co.uk/

The logo's are different, as is the design of the website. Their website also has news from 2017.

There is also an Iconic Labs in Germany and one in the US.

I'm sure news will come soon, but I don't think this is it.

RE: New structure
Sat 10:05
They're gradually updating the filing history for Widecells Group plc - up to the 8th March conversion.

beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10197256/filing-history

By my rough reckoning there have been a further six conversions since, so if they're filing 3 times a week it will be a foirtnight before the register is up to date. Of course they could file all in one day - but I suspect whoever is doing it can only manage one a day, with whatever else they've got to do to make the books all "correct".

So that hints to me that we've got another 14 days or so to wait prior to "liftoff".

Interesting on the documents filed for the two new companies it gives the old WDC registered office at Grafton Street as WDC's current address. This is clearly a mistake as the registered office has been changed.

But clearly getting there slowly.

Agree that the new structure is important.

I think there is still some way to go yet before all matters are finalised. Clearly some issues are outside DS's control. The fund was meant to issue the final conversion notice this week - but as yet we haven't heard anything. We've also got a few RNS's missing.

I expect to see increased buying towards the end of the month.

On the IP point WDC is the sole shareholder of the IP company, so it doesn't make sense to me to licence ideas to WDC. It makes much more sense if the IP company licences its ideas to companies other than WDC and then the benefits of that will accrue ultimately to WDC shareholders.

And that is where the real money will be made.

This unexpected extended top up opportunity won't last forever. Surprised more people aren't taking the opportunity given the directors track record. Clearly gearing up to something potentially very big here. And Linton hold around 5% (at least it was 5% prior to some dilution - probably more like 3% now).

I expect DS and Co are frustrated by the fact that there are still some legacy issues to be sorted or still being sorted.

I don't think news will necessarily be delayed until everything is sorted, as opportunities don't last forever, so I wouldn't rule out acquisition/new contract matters coming in prior to the EGM announcement. Obviously juicy targets, new business customers don't just sit around indefinitely.

Topping up as and when, will be interesting to see if they go for a share buy back resolution at the EGM.

New structure
Fri 22:35
We have a new structure in place , wdc is still active with iconic labs IP Ltd , which will licence it’s ideas to Wdc. Sefton is not a director on the IP company , the boys will Probably migrate some systems from Unilad days .. into the IP company and the PLC will sit above it .

Name change

I think this will be the catalyst as it will reassure the market legacy WDC and any costs association have been dealt with - in terms of fund then given what the unilad guys and DS inherited I think they have done well to manage the fund out - it could have been far worse

Remember the fund has to retain minimum of around 60 something million as per agreement. It’s entirely possible they may just drip what’s left into any rising market over weeks and months.

I don’t think it can next week , once the 200mil are gone then yes very possible just look at the BOD unilad guys and the other non executives, rocket sports blockchain ect , I think the market cap if this company could grow quick, this is an opportunity to load up untill last of the funds are out, my opinion is PIs will cash in to quick on the rise and regret it, holders will be greatly rewarded, pick a share and hold ! Chasing 10-20% on aim will just lose you money, this is definitely the top share to load up on at this stage , just my opinion GLA

RdR - I think you are agreeing with me, mostly.
The volume on these low volume days, I think, is generated by MMs and not fund selling, or very little fund sells.

Just out of interest why do you believe the sp could be 1.5p this time next week?

I think the fund have a lot to go still from the 200mil I am just surprised more investors haven’t flocked here to get in early as when the fund is out this will rise very quick on the pending news and multibag I wish I had more money pay day next week so I hope news doesn’t come before ! They will wait till the fund is out and that’s what we want so they don’t dump shares at the same time! What we need is some high volume days with people getting in early to clear the remaining fund as there’s no way you’ll get in low , this must be the share of the share of the year I’m amazed people haven’t moved and invested here from other stocks sooner we get the funds finished sooner money is to be made and a lot of it

Oilnovice - Totally and respectfully disagree on both points. Not every sell but there have been a lot of buys which could be also considered part of the pot (broker conversions).

This thing is a coiled spring and we already know that there is a back log cf contracts due to be announced that could have a profound affect on the MCap of the stock. Combine that with the name change and other organisational updates and 1p+ should be breezed past very quickly if they get the news flow right.

RdR - the 200m shares were converted on Wednesday this week. So in my opinion there is no way the fund is anywhere near out.
Also, not every sell that goes through is the fund selling their shares.
My view is the fund will sell into sp rises (as LB suggests).

Lastly, the LONG-TERM target has got to be over 1p but I don't think we will see this any time soon. In my opinion, it will take 4-8 weeks for the fund to sell their 200m+ (but retaining 5%), and even then, only contract news + disposal/ stabilisation of stem cell business will push this sp over 1p.

I hope I'm wrong and we get RNS galore, but personally, this is, and always has been, a longer term prospect... You need to hold, buy on the dips, and review every quarter.

RNS this afternoon would put the fund out.

As someone else stated, this could be 1.5p by this time next week.
