LOOKS LIKE NO RNS TODAY
Today 08:22
It appears that Victoria Oil and Gasp are "doing a Boris" and have gone into hiding.
Kate Baldwin's email to Mr rouseranger (confirmation posted by him on here)
said that we would be getting a pre AGM RNS that would tell us if we are
(or are not) getting paid by ENEO.

"GRAVY TRAIN PAR EXCELLENCE"
Hi (again) Siliv – Your post at 22:01 was very much appreciated by me as it helped clear
the air and explain something that was of a confusing nature regarding BONUS "deals"
that were struck by Victoria Oil and Gasp and – "certain employees" – [Nudge Nudge ...
Wink Wink] — IN SECRET — we were never told who these "certain employees" were or
what these "certain employees" did to collect 961,546 shares @ 13p per share which
equates to £125,000. Thanks to your post, Siliv, the "smart money" is on these TWO new
customers (that you mentioned) being the reason for the Big Bonus Payout.
>
Well, go on then, can you think of a better reason for "the BONUS deal" —
— all done in secret (with "certain employees" ???) LOL (not).
>
(refer to my post of yesterday) - - -
"shine a light" posted at 10:03 yesterday) where I posted —
"A total of 961,546 Ordinary Shares for bonus awards made to "certain employees" of
the Group for the year ended 31 December 2018 at an issue price of 13 pence per share"
>
The above para' was copied and pasted from RNS 1375B – "Issue of Shares – 05 June '19

A veritable 'Dog's Dinner' Mr. Siliv – a veritable 'Dog's Dinner'
Do you think that Mr. Dik will even bother to turn up at the AGM tomorrow?
Amongst the honest folk that will be assembled – there will be some VOG stooges, too.
You know who I mean ... like folk that are still on the VOG payroll ... otherwise known as
paid "consultants" that we know about what they get paid (when we get an RNS) but we
are NEVER told who they are or what they do to deserve all of the exorbitant money that
get paid ... over the years — Millions and Millions.
If anyone has a cynical suspicious nature regarding Victoria Oil and Gasp – (like what I do)
– this can only be viewed as a licence to print money ... and get away with it.
Never mind, Siliv – this Circus is about to leave town ,,,

Gas vs Hydro
Tue 15:49
Regarding the post at 12:54 –
The link provided didn't say whether the plan was for the
meters to be geared up to take Gas or Hydro Power ???
Cameroon always favoured 'their' Hydro against 'our' Gas.
>
But we threw a Party for His Excellency President Paul Biya
(where Biya trousered $2,000,000 of Victoria Oil and Gas
shareholders money) so we will ''probably-be-alright'' and
we will be well looked after ... what do you think ???
>
Oh! And to scotch all of the rumours:
THE $2,000,000 WAS NOT a BRIBE.

So there .....

Oh! Hang on a bit – they aren't there any more – (t'was a financial decision).
VOG now operates from a "mail drop" type "accommodation address" and
run the business by phone calls and email — Well, that's what I think. LOL

Cameroon: Eneo plans 20,000 prepaid meters and 40,000 postpaid smart meters this year
https://www.businessincameroon.com/electricity/0605-9096-cameroon-eneo-plans-20-000-prepaid-meters-and-40-000-postpaid-smart-meters-this-year

Eneo Cameroon, subsidiary of British Actis, unveils more on its program of deploying prepaid and postpaid smart meters in Cameroon. On the sidelines of the International Labor Day, MD Joël Nana Kontchou said the program is already underway.

“Despite logistics issues observed early this year, the execution pace significantly accelerated in recent weeks. This gives hope for achieving the year-end target which is to install 20,000 prepaid meters and 40,000 postpaid smart meters,” the MD said.

The number of smart meters is expected to increase 40-fold this year compared to 2017 when the company deployed 500 such meters in Douala and Yaoundé. The smart meters being installed are linked to the Metering Management System (MMS), a remote meter index acquisition system acquired in 2009 that makes it possible to read the meters remotely.

Money down the drain.
Tue 11:50
Yes it’s all true vog have been taking all the shareholders money for granted and filled god knows who’s pockets with dosh for years , and they have been allowed to get away with it all. It’s an Absolute disgrace.
But have things changed, on the surface it still looks like they will run out of money again before they get enough customers to make / turn a profit, and that’s why they are trying to pay off debts ie any bonuses / suppliers with shares that are not worth the paper they are meant to cover. They did this the other year when they were short on cash but came up with some reason to stop shareholders revolt.
So look out for another share issue at what 5p -8p before the year end.

Another – "Smoke n Mirrors" – 'dodgy' RNS from Victoria Oil and Gasp – that tells us all:
>
"A total of 961,546 Ordinary Shares for bonus awards made to certain employees of the
Group for the year ended 31 December 2018 at an issue price of 13 pence per share"
THAT'S – £125.000 – PAID OUT TO WHO – AND FOR WHY ???
>
"Certain employees" had better not mean Eric Friend (and his wife) and Eckhard Müller –
– but how do we know when everything with Foo involved financially is so clandestine ???
>
Not for the first time have we received a note via Victoria Oil and Gas telling shareholders
of "a deal" such as shares - or cash - or shares and cash being paid out without any more
information than just THAT.
And good for a laugh – just what constituted a BONUS GRATUITY of 125 GRAND ???
>
Forensic Audit of Accounts should be high on shareholder's list of priorities.
>
And ... "152,088 Ordinary Shares in lieu of cash payment to a former consultant at an
issue price of 22.84 pence per share as per the contract terms"
>
f. f. s. Who is this former consultant ??? Historical RNS announcements are riddled with
"Fees Paid To Consultants"– here we go again with 152,088 shares at 22.84p per share.
>
Not to be left out Foo got his chair at the table with a 240,482 shares being awarded.
>
It's all becoming like one of these daft TV programmes for the brain dead. Perhaps VOG
could bring Les Dennis out of retirement to host ???
"Our Kevin may have left the company ages ago, but what the heck, let's award him with
240,482 shares in Victoria Oil and Gas. What do you think about THAT our Kevin ???

"These'll be going straight into the family Trust Fund – along with the rest of the Swag"

(Cue laughter and applause from the hand picked audience)
— (Les Dennis) "Hey, isn't that Grant Manheim in the audience ???
C'mon Grant and say a few words on stage, pal"

With regards to Feax Investments Company Limited that WE paid $15,461,000 for plus
2,339,664 shares ... with West Medvezhye being viewed as pain-in-the-Ar$e (wot)
waste-of-time – and money — LOT'S OF MONEY — is this Cypriot company now to be
another Server-Gas that just "lies in a drawer" gathering dust ??? Would anyone else
appreciate an update on the state of play ???
$15,461,000 ... FOR WHAT ???

I have just posted:
"What this company really needs is a proper and thorough Forensic Audit of the accounts
of Victoria Oil and Gas"
Correction:
This actually is the LAST thing that Victoria Oil and Gas really needs —
— but as for their shareholders – (both past and present) – that's a horse of another colour.

"Victoria's Secret"
Sat 23:11
"The Company" has 'fessed' up to the spending of $350.000.000 of our money in one of
their now long-ago RNS announcements. If we blow the dust off that one and re-open it
this should provoke "Pythonesque thoughts" of —

"WHAT–HAS–VICTORIA–OIL–AND–GAS–EVER–DONE–FOR–US" ???

THREE Projects – TWO written off – (or "impaired" in Victoria Oil and Gas \ Foo speak).
ONE Project – on a life support ventilator in a last gasp imminent fateful doom situation.
Living on "Pay Day" Loans ... but Victoria Oil and Gas (Est 2004) never has a pay day.

"Where are you off out to ?"
"Down th Local - Victoria Oil and Gas have signed up another two customers !!!"

Bloody pathetic !!!

IMPAIR | meaning in the Cambridge English Dictionary –
1. "To damage or weaken something so that it is less effective"
2. "To spoil something or make it weaker so that it is less effective"
Cambridge English Dictionary — That's Victoria Oil and Gas in a nut shell.
When was it that Victoria Oil and Gas has EVER been an 'effective' company ???
Notwithstanding their disregard for their shareholders ... "You What ?" ... "You Heard !"
>
KEMERKOL — (Posted last Friday at 10:04)
In an agreement $15,461,000 and 2,339,664 company shares to be paid to "some firm"
in Cyprus that had – "the legal right of subsoil use in Kazakhstan" — Bargain (not) !!!!!!
That lot sounds very very VERY "iffy" to me. Never mind - make another coffee, eh ???

Here's a good laugh –
I Googled 'Feax Investments Company Limited' (the name of the Cypriot company) and
it came up with "Did you mean: FAUX Investments Company Limited?"
So I Googled the word FAUX and I got this ... (honest to God) ...
FAUX | meaning in the Cambridge English Dictionary:
FAUX definition – "not real, but made to look or seem real"
YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT UP, COULD YOU ???
M'lud ... I rest my case — L M F A O

Over time there has been more than one poster that has posted on this LSE board –
"What this company really needs is a proper and thorough Forensic Audit of the
accounts of Victoria Oil and Gas"
.
.. .. .. perhaps questions will be asked in "The House" ???
.
Done properly – I'll bet the 'Mail on Sunday' would love to get their teeth into this bollx.

I will be 72 in January and I thought that I was 'au fait' with most things.
Polyorchid was completely new to me, so I Googled it and it said –
– "a person with more than 2 testicles"
Now then, how do I get this into a conversation down at the Frog and Ferret?

Why the disparity between Feax Investments Company Limited & Sever-Gas Invest
in that Victoria Oil and Gas pays the "agreed liabilities and costs" of one of the two
companies – but gets a "Free Ride" with the other company?
At a COST to Victoria Oil and Gas shareholders of $2.500.000 someone should have
heard the words of – "You're FIRED!!!" - (but this is Victoria Oil and Gas).
A company that couldn't negotiate their way out of a wet paper bag !!!
