It does not half make you laugh. The new entity must be a better bet than the pile of poo its replacing. Small free float and perhaps tightly held? May be one to keep a watching brief on?
That people do not look deeper into why a share has risen in scenarios like this. Are people really prepared to part with their money when something as basic as a 1:10 split in written clear as day? Application has been made for the 27,917,654 New Ordinary Shares issued to Existing Shareholders, the 107,142,854 New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing and 3,571,428 New Ordinary Shares issued to advisers in lieu of fees at the Placing Price, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission and dealing is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 15 October 2015.
Share recalculation. Thanks for tip GG79. Further knowledge gained.
The reason no one can trade this is because just look at how many shares Humayun Akhter Mughal holds then look at how many were bought yesterday and the reason for todays rise is not because of yesterdays buys its because of a 1:10 splitt this stock is realy down 12% today at time of this message
Can't trade this share. Why?
Considering the purchase was a good chunk of the total available shares, I think that the purchase was the reason why the share jumped so much
It's a share re-org.
What a joke, this can't rise like this no chance. Something is not rite here
What a rise. #regrets
...people read the latest RNS releases before commenting and querying? Worries me sometimes reading the posts on these boards.
Inside information - disgusting !
Anyone know whether these are actually tradable! Or is this all an Admin movement
1 million bought yesterday ??? @ 0.1p am I seeing things. Does someone have a crystal ball out there ? seems hardly fair ? Comment anyone ?
So what will share holders vote for in the General Meeting? When I purchased shares in 1996 it seemed like a company for the future. Something has gone seriously wrong in an industry for the future and now. Do I really want to be involved in an Investment Company? In whose interest is the company being redirected?
You can buy today and still own this in a delisted format. You also get after a 10/1 consolidation shares in the new natural resource shell that's being funded at c.75p per share also after consolidation. The main man well the ex main man is locked in with 10% of the new issue which will be c105m and you have a resource shell with £750 cash and a likely mcap of £1.1m. Looks a decent bet for a small punt and one yo keep an eye on after name change. Small punt now gets you in and a share of both ventures, 2 4 1 deal if you like!
NOTHING is happening here - this is a "local" share - nothing to see "here" - no strangers welcome here!
I am curious of your definition of the words "very quick" Putting ANY money into this share would be like backing the rank outsider in the Grand National with the jockey facing backwards and the horse with a blindfold on!
Also, it should be noted that, even in this sudden frenzy of trading, the highest BID price is still significantly lower than the lowest ASK price. SO - no real increase in value at all! Just a way to suck in buyers with little hope of them ever making a cent! You have been warned!

Having held this stock for many many years I have come to the conclusion that it is just another "Lifestyle" company. The admin expenses for such a tiny operation are massive, running at almost 3 times the current market cap. Whenever the company has been close to making any money it has then squandered it on crazy projects with no certainty of income. The parts of the company that COULD make some money have not been developed in any realistic manner - The electric bikes should have taken off during last years Tour de Yorkshire but little was done to capitalize on this event. Property assets that were appreciating in value and could have been rented out were sold off to cover admin expenses. This is basically a family firm supported by investors. If there was ever a significant recovery in SP I would be out of it like a shot! (I'm talking of a +1000% rise)
Perhaps good news is on the way, forcing people to sell or not buy in. But it moves very quick
Any ideas why a 60% spread?
Looks primed to make a big move north. Any ideas where this is headed??
Looking like a technical rebound following soft financial results a couple days ago.
LOOK Half year report due in next 2 weeks that will show profit generated from new Saudi contracts over next few years. Significant rise expected
