no point in URU selling the MRS stake (8.91%) anywhere near the level it's sat at. Whatever JZ does with his chunky personal holding of 5.59% is entirely up to him. He took up 4M in the bookbuild @ 6.5p with the price not getting high enough to make worthwhile profit, then he bought another bundle of 4.45M @ 2.48p ave recently after the scandalous drone episode and ensuing market ructions. He's not exactly ahead of the curve just like everyone else there (including myself) i believe. Anyway, this is URU and the sun is shining on the good and the righteous. And the rest. :o).

You couldn't make this shit up if Jz hadn't of bought Mrs shares with Urus cash they wouldn't of needed funding. Its just another way for Jz and Hogan to keep the gravy train going.

Couldn’t agree more diggit, normally we’ve had future work programmes released via RNS which usually includes “shortly” “soon” “anticipated” this way as you’ve said there’s clarity and a full schedule ahead of us! Just need it implemented now!

It’s all looking very positive, which is very refreshing for a change. ATB

I'm thinking very close king if intentions of stated timelines for submissions are to be met. (beware the obvious slippage potential though imo). Also, on page 20 - Project Plan under the Resource definition section, the timeframes given for drilling, follow up Geological modelling then proof of concept with potential declaration of a JORC compliant resource all fall consecutively from May to September end. Just over 4 months. All in all, wherever we get the funds from the potential to press ahead is set out plainly for all to see. First time we've had that type of clarity i think?. :o).

Funding
Thu 14:08
I wonder how close we are from news on the funding ?

The Mineral Rights and Licencing Annual Fees, Mining Right Application, Environmental Impact Assessments & Integrated Water Use Licence costs are $240 345.00 (£190k) all this is getting submitted in the beginning of June, the licensing preparation of SLP, MWP and assoc. documents are getting prepared now, it all costs money !

I’m assuming the mining application when lodged fees have to be paid ?

Yeh, they must've had the bid @ 170p in error as i was in advfn live prices and it dropped a full 20p in one hit to 150p without any signs of a sell. Anyway, the fact we're slightly ahead just now on a markets political wobble day gives hope. ATB. :o).

A few further thoughts...

Pg11

*** Historical holes - data incomplete and need to be checked.

UL 8 ~2% Ni over 6m
UL 11 ~3% Ni over 6m (3m?) and ~0.4 % Cu too likely <80m below surface.

However when I do 91 minus 88 I get 3.

First I've heard of those results

ZO17 over 1km away and appears positioned to be along strike of low resistivity anomaly - R1 lineament (pg12), found ~1.7% Ni over 2.25m (at end of hole)

Can't really read where Uit 1-1 is on my phone but if it's where I think (first hole due E of zo7) strike of high grade Ni could be towards 2.5km as that apparently hit exactly the same Ni Cu and pge as zo17, got a bit concerned initially thinking they'd twinned the hole but zo17 intercept >100m deeper.

Again this links up with R1 lineament.

McCreesh - new geo looks good just come off a PhD at waterburg and has collaborated in published work with kinnaird. He will be an asset, not too sure how new the IB is, sure I recognise his name.

Interesting that team is now umbono plus jz.

Scale of the ip anomalies look potentially very significant. In one instance many 100's of metres of strike 100s metre wide and according to top and base depths over 100m deep

Say 1km strike by 200m wsw to ene and 100 thick/deep at specific gravity of 3 also gives 60mt seem more realistic c.f. 800x5000x5x3 to me and would fit quite well with the pit shell shown (again hard to read designations so could be wrong on that)

Interesting that the ip anomaly relating to the pit shell outlined is the biggest one shown and the anomaly is stated as having a top depth of just 13m - very shallow indeed.

When shorts close doesn't it require buying? When I do example calcs on raising 1m at today's price the dilution looks not that bad if you consider the reasonably achievable cap that could/should? result with still less than 1.5m issued shares? So capped at ~£2.4m surely still possible to reach 5m on pure speculation and who knows where on decent results and sentiment change. Not saying placing will happen, flow through from Canada has been mentioned? inside - ish premium placing? Will have to wait and see.

So far so good as far as I can see, corrections very welcome just my thoughts as usual.

Only two things certain here, sp is going up .... and quite a few chancers who sold and are now pooing their pants as the sp is going the wrong way for them.

Always a gamble AIM. Worst thing is seeing it go against you. Still not too late to buy back, many multiples yet to come. Things are happening and the losers who choose to try and reinforce their poor choices will just end up being more miserable as the sp passes 200p, 300p, 400p etc.....

Aimho, dyor, etc...

King, going back to my post on 7th May, ccc want to double their wealth by end of Q2 June, so would need to sell 117k at £60 to do so, URU borrowing 1m from someone or even a JV won’t get the SP to £60 £45 or even £10. I do get what you mean re UMH tho.
Wia I don’t know what to think
Anto most probable, even Amtech will be in for a bit soon lol
Diggit agree very odd he’s back on the scene when he apparently doesn’t like URU

can talk as much garbage as the next person, myself included. As Leonardo pointed out in reply to him though the word "placing" wasn't mentioned but surely we all knew further funding would be required to make progress on Zeb as available cash reserves were being depleted by necessity to keep the lights on. Time for JZ to call in a favour if he can. I find Doc's resurgent interest in URU interesting!. :o).

My views are as per my posts today at 10:12 & 12:56, if you go back to the consolidation the reason stated was “having a negative effect on investor perception of the Company.” Also other reasons for consolidations are to attract institutional investors who normally do not to invest in penny stocks ?!

My opinion is the new funding will be done through the service agreement that we have in place with UMH (Umbono) don’t forget two new geologist from Umbono have recently come on board ?!

Ofd I’m surprised you haven’t thought of this scenario yet (maybe you have) Ccc divest in June, Mining licence applied for in June !?

One thing is for sure, someone’s buying ? Zorbas?

Do people really think zorbas will do a placing on the open market with his reputation in tatters proven by his running of MRS and URU!! I can see the only people investing in this will be his dodgy associates or a JV with an investor looking to invest in nickel. The trick up his sleeve must be forth coming drilling results after placing to boost the share up.

With these amazing shareholder rns

Firstly their share are mixed with 0.4 and 4.5

Secondly bvi rules no need declare and we have seen major shareholders disappear in April within one day. We know they don’t immediately report to the market .they will prob sold the share at the peak 3-4 p and bro back in cheap. We are not in the same boat

Hogan took the 0.4p placing.
He also took some of the premium placing, which basically ensured his original purchase became very profitable.
Him and his crew then ramped it, the best ever play on AIM was one comment from Hogan.
Everyone bought the ramp, he even lied to close associates.
He knew in advance about the drill delay, off Zorbas obviously.
They were probably out by the time that landed with their short positions ready for the drop.
These people are conmen.
Day trade their stocks if you must, but after all the warnings here, NYO, ANR and MRS, anybody investing their hard earned in these guys need their heads read.

I am pretty sure that the approach they have used is that pre the premium raise their buy in was massively lower, then with the rise they will have sold into it to fund their purchase in the premium raise, then more than likely they will have shorted it through the decline.

All done behind the veil of anonymity with the regulators ( joke ) being in the UK, the business being in South Africa, office in Canada & the individuals using a business listed in Cyprus

All of this is just a gut feel that I have on how JZ & crew have benefitted from the rise & fall in SP

Exactly diggit and they’re all still invested. Surely that says something? Bigger picture etc ,.. ? As you’ve just mentioned how do they profit from it ? Only one way I presume sell above 4.5p (£45) ATB
