is very strange here. Some massive buys coming through to today, and an awful lot of interest, but no sp movement. No doubt things will start to move in the coming week or two. Things are looking very optimistic at the moment
... this is an addittional 7% of mkt cap or a SP of 46.5

level2 shows ordr book buy side 1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 3 prices 41.5p, 41p, 40.75p, 40p, 39.75p, 39p, 38p, 35p sell side 1, 3, 1, 3, 1, 2 prices 42.75p, 43p, 43.5p, 44p, 44.75p, 46p support at 41p by 60,000 shares by 2 mm's resistance at 43p by 90,000 shares by 3 mm's Details from ADVFN.
Without me going through all your posts on iii what is this stocks NAV value? As per: The Company shall promptly but having due regard to all applicable legal, governmental and regulatory constraints and with a view to maximising shareholder value, dispose of all its assets in an orderly fashion. If the Company's Ordinary Shares are trading at a price below the NAV per Ordinary Share, the Company shall immediately effect a return of capital through a cash distribution to Shareholders. The Company shall continue to seek new investment opportunities. If the Company's Ordinary Shares are trading at a price above the NAV per Ordinary Share, the Board will selectively determine, on a periodic basis, whether or not to make new investments. In addition, the passing of Resolution 5 provides the Board with authority to purchase and cancel up to 70 per cent. of the company's Ordinary Shares through general share buy back or tender offer as a means by which the Company can effect returns to Shareholders.
in this morning, pretty confident
Whats all this about sale of all assets, as per the news at the end of March?
since my last post there are now 5 mm's sat at 40.5p seems the mm's are think this has risen enough today in my opinion last trade was 1,204 shares at 40.46p and one before that 40.475p for 902 shares. I'm tempted to say they dont want a quick rise on this but that is probably swayed by the buy back knowledge.
40.5p 4 mm's sat there showing 120,000 shares against 1 mm at 39.5p with 30,000 shares the 40p got taken out with a buy below the ask for 28,973 shares at 39.975p seems a bit strange.
live prices sell 39p buy 40p cur 39.5p up 5.3% mm's buy side 1,2,1,4,2,1 prices 39p, 38.5p, 38.25p, 37p, 36p, 33p sell side 2,2,3,3,1 prices 40p, 40.5p, 41p, 42p, 44p I see 40p as a stumbling block at the moment with the possability of a drop to 38.5p Trades so far buy 221,537 shares sell 8,064 shares unconfirmed 0 shares.
My apologies I should have looked myself I will not be so lazy in the future. Can't buy only get neg trade for 5,000 shares so will use spread betting on a long. Thanks riddler.
I was so tempted to get back in here what is the extent of the upside on the charts please. I will have a look at the FTSE forum later on.
Trades looking good 135,974 buy and 1,500 sell mm's buy side 1,4,5,1 prices 37.5p, 37p, 36p, 33p sell side 1,1,1,2,3,3 prices 38.25p, 38.5p, 39.5p, 40p, 41p, 42p I think more rises possible but no takers yet at 38.25p

Hi - thanks for the updates - hope your fine n dandy mate! Goes without saying tho I'll say it anyways it's sterling work my friend & very much appreciated! I also know others hold you in high regard which I have to say I agree with (for what it's worth - being new to this game n all!) Anyways thanks again / all the best & regards bn.c!
Thanks - yes I enjoy reading your posts as you come at things from a different angle. Not sure about relying too much on charts for this one though!
On the up again... Tempted to sell on the dips and get back in, but I learned my lesson with Yell - in at 12.5 - out at 13.5 - now look! Ah well. GL all.
My theory is that as long as they keep buying up the shares while NAV > SP - the more valuable these will become. Essentialy less piggies down at the trough whan the the NAV finally gets realised. I would hope that as they sell off assets, they use the cash to buy back shares while they are still cheap.
This is my feeling - the more they buy back, the more the remaining shares are worth in theory. Am I over simplifying here?
Thanks - that was my hunch - have dipped out again now as suspected retrace - will wait for opportunity to pop back in soon. Thanks for your reply
having said that - 600k shares are a drop in the ocean when you consider ther are 231m share in issue - so the effect is probably negligible
I would have though that by taking those shares off the market at a low price (compared to the NAV) would push the share value up
more buys than sells, despite a few smaller investors jumping ship. Anyone have current level 2 info for buys v sells?
your stalker here - thanks for the info mate - but aint got any more funds for a wee while. but once again thanks buddy!!!!
