fantastic appointment by the BODs of Toople.
Greg has turned small companies into £200m Mcap.
if he can achieve 10% of that success then we are looking at £20m which is 18 bagger!!!
5 bagger only 5 mill mcap
Nt to buy
It's coming together very nicely! I would expect a bit of a gap up today!
note this part
having successfully overseen acquisitions worth in excess of £200 million
£200 mill and we have a 1 mil mcap even a 10 bag only 10 mill from here
Commenting on his appointment Richard Horsman, Non-Executive Chairman said:
"Greg is a classically trained salesperson who clearly excels at winning business. Moreover he is industry agnostic with expertise across private equity, fundraising, sales, finance, marketing, customer success, HR, IT and product development. He has a proud track record of continually producing double digit top and bottom-line results and has flourished in the competitive marketplace. Importantly he also has extensive M&A experience, having successfully overseen acquisitions worth in excess of £200 million. These complementary skills, combined with his previous telco experience, will prove invaluable as we seek to capitalise on new opportunities that are presenting themselves in light of a continually more digitally connected UK."
10 bagger in the making here imo
2022 Q2 onwards is where Toople is going to make huge progress.
Sp is priced to fail at £1M Mcap, and Reading the 31 March Rns and the BT Directors comments does seem Toople has left behind the misery years behind them
now new Dawn has arrived.

this is looking for a rise when news comes.
look at what The BT Director said, this is a NEW Operation not old reselling.
Steve Rathborne, Partner Channel Director for BT Enterprise, commented:
“We are delighted to be working with Toople and DMSL on this new operation.”
“Building on our long-standing partnership, this initiative will provide more customers with access to our market leading BT portfolio of business communication services.

how is Toople managed £3M Revenue?
They must be doing some right, and the fact they opened 2nd Office in Cheshire speaks volumes,
plus BT are supporting their new business strategy, and are training staff.
all looking good to me.
500% near term is a possibilities.
Toople
Mcap £1.2M
Revenue £3M and growing
Start of 2022, Toople added 2nd office
BT are associated with Toople
Let's this sink in BT with £18 billion Mcap partners with a micro cap
Its been a recovery story for 5 years, whens it going to recover.
Over that time the number of shares has gone up in billions not millions.
Theres no Large BT contracts to hand to Toople. All Toople do is resell their services to BTs own customers and get a commission. I could sign up tomorrow for that franchise model. It wont scale.
It could become £5m, its not going to.
Toople PLC is a recovery story.
pandemic hit them hard, now on the road to recovery.
cheap SP, won't be cheaper for long.
£1m Mcap could become £5M on a good update on new contracts.
£5M Mcap potential in the near term, that's 500% upside potential from current levels.
when I mean Big BT contracts etc I mean in relation to Topple current contracts.
yes Toople provides Services to small to medium size businesses.
You fundamentally dont understand the BT relationship.
A big contract comes through a BT customer.. Its a BT customer, All toople get is a commission. A one off, on to the next... nothing. more for 3 or 5 years.
Now you need to look at Big? Whats Big? Toople ONLY deal in the SME market for BT because thats the franchise model they use. So theres never going to be a deal big enough to do what you want.
They need to move back to direct billing, decent customers, thats how they get share price growth. BT provides a cash option, but no growth.
Your right loads of people resell the big networks.. but they bill it too. Toople have moved away from billing due to bad debts hence the share price crash.
Just need one Big contract from BT customer through Toople Plc and this does multi bagger.
Too many BT customers would like to use 3rd party services.
with Mcap £1m this could go on a run.
example in the UK there's so many Companies using big networks to rely on their services, yet most don't go directly to the likes of Vodafone, BT, EE, they use Talk talk, Sky, plus net three network instead.
big opportunity here because of tiny mcap.

5 billion shares at 0.027 = £1.3M
so someone can buy 100M shares that's 2% of the company for £27,000
Don't look at how many shares, look at the value.

hope you understand what I mean
And let’s not forget it will take a few multiverses to shift 5 billion shares
Hope it works out for you.. but toople history has been a dismay
Earl Of aim! Nice post and an excellent write up!
The stories been the same for god knows how many years.. begging bowl will be out from the bod soon.. just look at the history of toople. shamble

QBT was called "Clear Leisure" it had £1m Mcap last year, and then they changed around, and now its c£28m Mcap
that's 28 bagger from my initial entry, however I sold out a lot earlier.
With BT in the mix, Toople Plc can do 20 Bagger and it will be only £20M Mcap.
plus it's main listed.
