Ooops
I see we had an rns. Didn’t really say much though
No posts since November on this board…
Are we did an RNS soon does anyone know?
Yes, they run out of money this month according to my estimates + they need to pay back a loan...
Anyone have a view on Time Out Group. I understand the Markets are doing well in Lisbon, Dubai, etc. but not much news. The key is refinancing of maturing debt. No idea how that is going.
Rights issue diluted it somewhat, perhaps someone has the figures.
Under the radar this is creeping up £1.21p pre-pandemic and will rise as things re-open actually up over 5% Friday.
Starting to move now
It's a newish company so investing in new sites takes up the cash. Covid has affected it similar to restaurants and pubs.
Strong bull and a good couple of days here.
still trying to work out how the mkt cap was so high a few years ago? looks like a recovery stock from the share price graph but thats it...
it seems to lose more money the more its revenues grow... what am i missing?
Hi I got into these via the PB and that was a nice rise above 55 recently, big drop yesterday brings it back to 46p
Certainly on my watch radar t o top up suppose it is a big play on the travel market opening up.
Me too. Looking to sell some and get to a freeroll. BOTB stock should turn up soon too. ORPH is up nearly 400%. TGR up more than 100% since December. All PB offers. Great fun. The main dawg has been ROO but I felt the IPO price was a bit mad so ignored that
Great result since placing and I am holding . Just for fun I am doing all of the offers on primary bid , keeping the winners and selling the losers . It is a strategy of sorts ( most people do the reverse ) but at least the portfolio looks great with everything up ! See you in the pub next week !
I am so pleased they are opening again as I was turning into an alcoholic !
Received the shares yippee
Has anyone received shares from Halifax share dealing? I haven’t yet. Cheers
HL
Thats good Who is your broker? I still havent received mine
Yes received. Keeping hold of them. Not selling. COVID restrictions being eased and time out was more than a pound before lockdown.
Anybody received their shares from PrimaryBid yet?
got about 50 percent from PB, better than nothing. Price already gone up and extra buys have appeared last week at 40p+ so re-rate must be coming soon.
Received just over 53% of the 95k applied for. Good to see institutional buying here with some nice buys going through above 40p
Slightly disappointed as only received half the amount applied for via Primary Bid due to the demand. Can't complain though when the Primary Bid deal was at 0.35p per share. The price was £1.20p per share before Covid arrived.
bought Time Out shares from PrimaryBids subscription offer as price before lockdown was more than £1.00+ according to Google
Applied for 95k at 1.25pm let’s see how much allocation given today/tomorrow
RNS
The Company is pleased to announce that the PrimaryBid Offer successfully closed at 1:30 p.m. on 30 March 2021 after being oversubscribed.
